Today Angel went above and beyond for me. I have been having the worst time in this heat without AC and went in for what i thought would be a simple AC recharge. When my recharge didn't make it cold Angel told me exactly what was wrong with my car. My AC compressor is broken! If I had gone anywhere else I would've walked away thinking it was my own fault the AC didn't work even after being recharged. Stopped in for a question regarding my stuck emergency brake. David explained a quick fix method and then went out of his way to make sure I was set. He gave me his cellphone number and said that if I couldn't fix the brake, he would drive to where my car was and look at it himself. David then fulfilled his promise by stopping by on his lunch break. He was able to release the brake. He didn't charge me anything and said, "We all need a little help around Christmas." I do t typically give reviews unless something is really great or inexcusable. In this case, the later. Stopped in and asked for a check-up on my car as I was about to go a long road trip. The guy was super friendly and said he'd take a look. 15 minutes later the guy calls me over and says that everything was fine. Said he gave me a free top off and added air to my tires. Day of trip I notice my oil gauge has me at 40%. Wondering if I have a leak, I take it to another Oil Service Station. No leak. None of my fluids had been topped off. My washer fluid cap had fallen off and my tires were over pressurized. That and my car popped up as needing several service updates. Don't know if this was a new guy that didn't know what he was doing or what. And if so where was the supervisor to make sure? Won't be returning any time soon. read more

And the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I told them that I thought I needed my air cabin filter replaced, and they informed me that it was not necessary. I appreciated their honesty.
