Overall, great communication, fast turn arounds, and excellent customer service!…read more I was due for my regular service maintenance, but I was also having issues with tire pressure this past weekend and I knew all my tires were due for a change out soon anyway and was worried about getting a potential flat if I waited any longer (I have a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid and these cars do not come with a spare ). I was trying to look for a shop that would be able to do everything at once ASAP (a One-Stop shop if you will). I found this shop and I'm satisfied with how detailed and communicative they were throughout the whole process (shout-out to Anthony!) Past shops have never given me a detailed report with pictures, status of wear/tear, and written explanations for the recommendations for my car, and it was so nice to be able to cross reference everything. Anthony was so knowledgable and took the time to explain all the "why's" for the recommended services. "Recommended" was very much emphasized throughout our conversations and the inspection report that's given to you is clearly color coded with Green (Checked & Okay), Yellow (May Require Attention Soon), and Red (Requires Immediate Attention) so you can opt in/opt out for any services based off the findings. A clear timeline for the service was communicated to me and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day (probably would've been same day if I didn't need new tires).They also offered a free shuttle service after I dropped my car off and washed my car after the service was done! Great experience overall.

Most shops see this thing pull up and suddenly everybody disappears to 'lunch,' but not here. Maria and Cesar handled it like absolute veterans. Maria was at the front desk looking so good I almost forgot why I came in there in the first place. Customer service was flawless she had the whole place running smoother than my truck after the service. Meanwhile Cesar looked like the final boss of diesel mechanics. Dude walked up to the truck like he'd wrestled lifted suspensions in hand-to-hand combat before breakfast. I'm pretty sure at one point they needed FAA clearance to work underneath my truck, but somehow they got the oil change and fuel filter done fast, clean, and without launching a socket into orbit. Truck came back running perfect, no leaks, no problems, and no 'check engine light surprise package' two miles later. Honestly Glendale Lube Center feels less like a lube shop and more like a Fast & Furious side quest. Great people, great vibes, and solid work. My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. If your truck is ridiculously tall and slightly irresponsible like mine, these are your people.

I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. I called around for estimates this place got my attention quick they explained the service well and gave me a discount over the phone. With out me asking they gave directions, upon arrival they greeted me well and open the doors for me. No pressure at all they explained whats recommended based on the miles of my car, I told him I hadn't done work to my car at all 100,000 miles and neglected everything, on top of the discount they gave me total of 40.00 off for taking care of everything recommended took about 35 minutes waited in warm lounge with comfortable chairs it was an excellent experience I recommend u try this location. read more

throughout the years, Jiffy lube has gone down they used to show the new filter and install it. no more... they used to have great prices- like special days with 25 to 30% off; no more... They used to have a full time hostess; no more... Now they have the mechanic go to the computer to the service area back and forth; not appealing... So I decided : you want me to bring my car to your shop? sorry, no more! I wish people would comment on the decrease of service in various business, but it is not happening. Excellent customer service! It was my first time going to jiffy lube, but this location really made want to come back. They walked me through the procedures of what was going on and explained the services that were recommended real well. I have to give it to them they really know their stuff. Not only that but the employees are cool as hell and honest! They also vacuumed and cleaned my windows! No one else does that. read more

I came here for oil change paid $104 for that most expensive oil change in town. broke my oil pin and told me it was already broken, replaced it with wrong one, which messed up my oil pan. Its going to cost me $400 to replace oil pan. called store and customer service no one is picking up. I would say don't go here, seems like they are just learning to do oil change under big name and big price. read more

I came here because my favorite Jiffy Lube location in Pasadena closed down. This one looked like it's going to be going under soon too. Nobody in there, but that is why I like it. Prompt service. I came in the afternoon and was pressed for time so it was my mistake not to review the quote. They add on items that should already be part of the repair. Other things to keep in mind with this Glendale branch: (1) If you buy tires from Firestone they charge extra for balancing unlike Discount Tire Centers or America's Tire where it is included, so you save money buying tires elsewhere, (2) They do not deduct diagnostic fees when you authorize the repair unlike all other Service Centers even Dealerships, they also don't tell you that beforehand, (3) Firestone will overcharge you for parts. Granted dealerships will do the same but it's just a sleazy practice that no one should be doing. (4) They will not thoroughly explain what's included on the costs. Like I said I should have reviewed the quote in detail. They added hazard protection for the tires without letting me know, which added $125 to my bill. My verdict is go elsewhere. These people will pad your invoice and are dishonest and deceptive. BE FOREWARNED!
