I start the wash and the first thing I notice is there is no high pressure soap. I saw an employee walking across the (avoiding eye contact with me) so I walk closer to him. Me: can you check the high pressure soap? Employee: Oh it's broke. Didn't you see the sign? Me: What sign? Employee: Oh someone must have torn them all down. High pressure soap is broken. I finish in the bay and pull forward to the vacuums which I then discover are broken as well. There's no towels (just like last year) and the vacuum area is a mess. Trash everywhere and you can tell no one has paid any attention since the last time I was here. That's because the employees are sitting around a round table smoking and joking. There's no time to clean the place when that table clearly needed someone to hold it down. Parting thoughts; this place is a joke. My thought is, if they pay that little attention to detail would I trust them to change my oil? The answer is nope. No worries though as I won't be back unless I hear it changes ownership to someone who gives a damn about their business. P.S. during the 45 minutes I was there no one took the time to hang new "No soap" signs. I question the honesty of the employee that informed me of said signs.

Clean establishment. Fast and accurate work. They even replaced a brake light that was out with no extra cost..and a full synthetic oil change is cheaper than the Groupon itself..which is awesome info..so when I do run out of oil buys on Groupon..I can come here and get it for a little cheaper..cause saving money at place that takes care of your car needs is always a plus.. The manager did want to look to see if I was under the problem. Just told me I had to pay. I pull out my card and show him. After the oil changed he told me that cost was $$.00 and I told him again. He punched my card, and that was not the end of it. They told me I need my car pipes clean and it was the law that he could not let me drive my car off the lot. I tried to tell him that I got it done somewhere else and started to show him the paper, getting mad at me, and he told me to get outut, a customer was hearing this. After the manger stop tell off and try to sell me I didn't need. I just wanted to leave, when I start to leave, he gave me a free oil change. Truth I would not go back if you payed me all the money in the world. I don't like to be treated that way and be sold something I don't need, knowing I did need it. So, if anyone tell you that you need to buy or need something, ask other auto places and see if they say the same thing. 2. Know your car. JUST DON'T GET SOMETHING DONE. ASK A QUESTION. There are always people who love to talk about engines. If you don't explain it to them, that is not the place for you or tell you that is the law( make then show you in writing). Keep track of what you do to your car and who does it for you. There are comany what will do and say anything to get your money. I don't know about you but I am not rich. A good COMPANY WILL LISTEN, NOT TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED, OR TELL YOU LIES. Talk to other people and see what they think about the company. The AAA tow driver recommended I have it towed to the AAA Auto Shop to get a AAA DEAL.. So I had them tow it there. The following day I got a email the technician. He said I needed a new engine and it would cost about $15.000. Mine you the car was a 2012 buick enclave maybe $2500 to $3.000 Maybe. I HAD IT TOWED TO MY SHOP OF CHOICE. It needed a heater hose.
