My spouse brought my 2019 Nissan Rogue in for a Signature Service Synthetic Oil Change and top off of coolant/anti freeze. Immediately after my spouse returned I left in my vehicle and immediately there is a vibration/rattling noise that was not there before the service. My spouse returned the following morning to have the sound problem corrected- but nothing happened or changed. This is unacceptable. read more

I think the last time I got an oil change was when I drove from Cali to Vegas which was almost 8 months ago- so yes it was time for an oil change! There's a jiffy lube literally down the street from my spot- but I made the trek to this location (3miles away) because of the high star rating reviews. After my experience today, I now know why this place has such a high reputation... the guys here are seriously the real deal!.. Drove in and was greeted with the quickness.. they immediately started by checking all my lights. From there I walked into the small waiting area, and they began the oil change process. Within 15 minutes, my oil change was finished as promised. Special shout out to Logan, who was super helpful in providing recommendations for my car. He was very good at explaining recommendations for my car without being overly pushy for me to purchase the services. Also, he was able to help me install my cabin air filter. Besides the fact that we waited nearly 45 minutes before our car was serviced (there was only one car in the bay ahead of ours), this particular location appeared to be understaffed and had the misfortune of the computers going down. Once our car was in the bay, we only had to wait about 20 minutes or so. The manager said that we would get $15 off since we had to wait so long, but we never got the discount. In the end, you have to get your oil changed, so it is what it is. read more

I had to ask someone what had changed- Bc the service has always been good but now it's great! Asia was extremely friendly from the moment I pulled up. With my full service oil change they cleaned all of my windows and did a full check of all my lights and fluids. The sign says 15 minute Oil Change. I waited 20 and they hadn't got to my car yet so I had to leave. Normally I wouldn't be so tight on time but on this day I was. I am going to go back this week :) and then I will update my review. To be honest I wasn't mad they didn't meet what their banner said because they are quite often slow there and I was glad to see them with customers. Strolled in on a Sunday, just needed an oil change and with little to no wait I was getting serviced after I pulled in. * This is a drive up service, so you sit in your car and wait while they work on your vehicle! But you can go inside if that makes you more comfortable to get out of the heat. * Rick was my attendant, and even gave me a surprise discount since I havent been back in a while! So sweet and very helpful / informative on any concerns I had with my vehicle! With that said, The staff ALL wore masks (in 100+ degrees heat), was super friendly and worked fast and efficient! I can't even comprehend how upset I am. I had my oil changed today at the Jiffy Lube on Windmill and Pecos. I will say the service was great and friendly. But none of that means anything when I get home and I have oil dropped all under my truck and all over my driveway. I will never recommend this place. I was literally the only customer and they still felt the need to rush me through at 4:45 with a closing time of 6. And you guys charge me $125 for a damn oil change. I will be taking this further. Guess it's my fault that I didn't take it to dealership for $100 for the same oil and only to get it done twice with two tire rotations included. I am definitely done and only hope to get refunded for this less than bad oil change. read more

Just moved to the neighborhood. Badly needed an oil change so my wife could get the kids around during the week. Happy this Jiffy Lube was right around the corner from my new home. Showed up at 4:15 PM on a Sunday.. only 1 car in front of me and 2 guys working. The employee starts yelling at me right away.... not even a hello..., "We aren't doing anymore oil changes!!!," "We're closed!!!" I said you close in 45 mins and there is only 1 car already on the bay. He responded, "I don't give an F..., we ain't doing no more today." I asked why he had to be so rude... He just walked away and said... "I dont care." Wow. It takes more effort to be mean to people. This guy just wanted to close and turned down a new and potential repeat customer. I stopped in today for an oil change. They used to give your vehicle a good going over, but not anymore. They had one lane open, because of a shortage of employees, They not only didn't do the windshield and vacuum, there was no check of any engine fluids or filters. They used to be a go too for oil service, worth paying a bit more for. There was no "Signature Service" which they are famous for. The Absolutely only thing done was an exchange of oil. read more
