Brought our two cars here for the first time on the recommendation of a relative. Both hadn't been serviced in almost a year. We got here early and were greeted warmly by Reyn, the manager. He checked out both cars. While one car hadn't been serviced for ten months and the other for over a year, the low mileage didn't require immediate servicing. Our older car would need an oil, filter, and transmission fluid flush in about 4 months, but I decided to that one today. I can't recommend this place enough! Their customer service is commendable from the moment they greet you in your car. Jacob, the Assistant Manager, was warm and kind in answering all of my questions. He was able to get me some great discounts for the services I needed done. Sign up for their deals via email as well. They offer awesome coupons. I cashed in on a few for my oil change and fuel system clean up. I didn't know they offer safety checks as well, by appointment only, during certain days of the week. Jacob assisted me with that as well. The waiting area is tidy. They offer free coffee and water. I was in and out within 30 minutes. My go to place for my car maintenance needs. Excellent Service all the time. This is our go to place for oil change and other services. They're pretty reasonable but i go there because the crew there treats you awesome. It may be crowded or jam with cars but it's worth the wait. You can walk around and have ice cream or eat at jollibees or do your banking at American Savings. 7-11 is also right around the corner. Very rude worker ... needs to practice customer skills. Customer (me) waited almost 20 mins ... no one came out or was around to receive customers. How did I know they were in the hole fixing one van. ... only one van was on the rack. No worker was around. Usually there are 3 or 4 workers working on the cars. It was upsetting to be spoken to in an uncourteous manner. Hope that worker thinks before he speaks next time. read more

That little red light in my car is no longer winking at me!!! I preface this review by saying the only thing with a car that I am familiar with is how to operate it. Anything more than that I'm a hopeless PERIOD dot. Finally decided to deal with things and make my car a happy vehicle. And what luck for me today! Passing the 555 No King Street location and it appeared to be clear for me to stop in. So I did; and here is my story! Kordel (CSR) and Joanne (CT) checked me in. It was simple and painless. They took the vehicle information and paperwork from me and did the rest. It turns out I needed a safety check so Blane (Insp Tech) came over to assist. Last but not least, Lindsey was my cashier who went over the list of tasks, and graded my car giving it an A minus.... My car not only got fed the proper auto nutrients but it was given a window bath and floor vacuum. All of this done in 30 minutes! Definitely teamwork at its best. You can wait in their waiting area where coffee and water is available along with a television program for viewing while waiting. Bottom Line! Service extraordinary, Cost controlled and reasonable. Needed an oil change. Down to 5%. I called Beretania St, they hung up on me twice ( maybe phone malfunction??) When they finally answered I asked how long the wait would be. His answer was, there are 8 cars. Then, I tried to call Punchbowl, phone rang and rang u til it stopped. I called again and it rang and rang. Since i was headed that way, I decided to just drive over. As I pulled in there were 2cars in the bays and one car parked. There was a technician talking with a customer. I was told it was a 45 minute wait. I called over to the King Street store and told they could get me in and out right away. I quickly pulled out of Punchbowl and headed into H-1 to the King Street store. As I pulled in, there was an empty bay do I pulled into that spot. Brandon, technician Rik my info. He was very professional and polite and advised me it would take about 30 minutes. Yay! I headed over to the waiting area and watch soccer. Sure enough, they were done in a Jiffy! I had to take my company vehicle in today for my 15,000 mile service. Had my oil changed, and my windshield wipers replaced. They cleaned all the windows to my car, & vacuumed my car's interior. All this was done within less than 30 minutes! How's that for excellent service!!!! I like this store, as I always receive excellent service when I come here! In the past, I've taken my company vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at the Moiliili location, but I noticed they either did a lousy job vacuuming my vehicle, or they did not do it at all. I can totally see the difference from the work that the staff at the Liliha location did, vs. the work which was done at the Moiliili location. The Liliha location, by far does SUPERIOR work!
