The service I recieved at this location was amazing. 15 minutes for an oil change, as it should be! The 3 gentlemen that serviced my car (I wish I had the paper in front of me so I Could name them. But I went at 5PM on 3/11) were outstanding. Not once did I feel pressured or was "Upsold" on anything I feel like I didn't need. They did recommend I get some plate lights replaced but I turned it down. This was a much better experience than those guys "down the road" that use a vacuum to change your oil. Very suspicious. I took my car in for an oil change . Autumn quickly came out and told me I was next in line . She was friendly and very efficient. The technicians were also polite and thorough. I had a coupon and a gift card that Autumn took care of. She also reset my maintenance light on my car . It took only 10 minutes in and out . I've been taking a couple of my cars to this Jiffy Lube for several years. Over the years the service has always been outstanding. The friendly staff and quick service keep me coming back. I was there on Monday night for an oil change and it was busier than usual and I believe they were a little shorthanded as they quoted me a longer time than it usually takes. Do not get your oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I went in for a routine oil change in November. Immediately after driving away, my car began smoking, accelerating/decelerating sporadically and generally malfunctioning. I went back to the shop to ask them to check my car. They told me it was just acting up due to cold weather. Fast forward to the next day: I'm stranded on the side of the road & got towed to a mechanic where we learned that my car had been double filled with oil. Jiffy Lube did not remove the dirty oil from my car before adding more - causing lasting damage to my vehicle. My catalytic converter is being replaced, along with my spark plugs and other hardware, because of Jiffy Lube's negligence. Worst of all - when I followed up with Jiffy Lube about the lasting damage my car sustained, the director of guest services implied that I was lying about the whole thing and denied my claim, despite having documented proof from two separate mechanical shops pointing to oil contamination as the direct cause of my car problems. I'm deeply offended by this accusation. I will never be back to Jiffy Lube again & frankly wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. read more

Sometimes I have to switch Jiffy Lube locations due to my schedule, and that's okay because I get consistently good service every time! I like knowing that, and Jiffy Lube is pretty quick! Sometimes they get busy, and of course you can expect to wait. I usually try to go at a less busy time and usually have no issues. This time was no exception. This was my first visit to this location, and I will be happy to be a return visitor! They were very friendly, showed me around the customer facilities and had me on my way in no time! They usually ask if I need any other services based on my car's mileage or any other possible needs. They aren't pushy and just move on if you decline. Stopped to get wipers. I was 2nd car in line outside of bay. 45 minutes later. Still no wipers. I think they did oil changes on other cars before just replacing my wipers. Two employees said it would be quick, I assume because they wouldn't need to use the bay. Looks like they are finally starting to replace the wipers. They talked way too fast for me to understand anything going on in my car. They forgot to rotate my tires so they got in my car and started driving away! They should have at least made me aware that they were going to bring it back around. It cost me 80 dollars to replace the engine filter, oil change and tire rotation. I feel like I'm paying for things I don't really need. read more

Come here if you have 1.5 hrs to get your oil changed. Understaffed and the guys working sure don't look like they could work any slower. I'll never be back. They also tried to charge me an extra $18 because they put the wrong kind of oil in their computer system. Also, they'll try to sell you 50 things no matter how often you say you just want an oil change. read more

I give this location 5 stars and 2 big thumbs up!!! My boyfriend and I were taking a road trip throughout the USA in the middle of the hot summer. While driving through Indiana our air conditioner started blowing out warm air! We pulled into Pep Boys and they said they could not take care of us till the next day. Then we spotted Jiffy Lube. Had to give one star or wouldn't be able to give bad review. Maxed out oil capacity to charge more then coupon allowed. Had to remove half a quart just to get oil in normal range. Found my glove box open? Who opened it and why? Cleaned all my windows and streaked them so bad couldn't see when i got out into sunlight. I had to wipe them down with a tissue just to see thru them. They said they use Pennzoil, but if you don't pay an up charge they use crap no name oil. I changed my own air filter two weeks before going here and they tried to tell me I needed a new one for 40 bucks even though there was no dirt visible. Told me my transmission oil was due for a change. I asked how would you know when it was last changed. Told me they've seen enough to know. I'll be sure to tell the dealer who change it 4 months ago. A Jiffy Lube coupon doesn't mean you're getting a deal. Even if you avoid all the bait and switch tactics. You still don't get your money's worth. read more
