Hmmm... Seeing a correlation. User Alicia and I have had the same experience. Seems that when these jokers see a lady that may not know too much about cars come in they dupe and swindle like old-timey cads of yesteryear. Same synopsis as Alicia, went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation only to get told that there was more work necessary before they would release the car... $500 worth to be exact. When told that was out of the price range affordable they quickly come up with an alternative that will cost less. After agreed upon I left for work only to come back at the agreed upon pick up time and be strung along further for 4 hours and told that the parts to finish will jot be available until Monday or Tuesday. To top it off they inform me that there is a noise that the car is now making which it definitely was not when it was brought in, the plot thickens. when they decide that there is no way to release my car and It is decided that I need a rental, they wait so long to tell me that all the local rental places are closed and the closest location that has cars is an hour and a half away. The day ruining just keeps coming. Keep in mind that the car was taken in on Thursday for the trip home for Christmas on Saturday so the devastation at the resolution can't possibly be expressed. As of now, my car is still trapped at this death hole for automobiles and I can't seem to free her. The only person who seems to care about my plight or try to affect the outcome is Patrick the assistant manager. Other than that manager, Donny Dela Fuente and district manager have been little to no help if not part of the problem. After seeking more help and information from friends, family and some trusted professionals that know more about cars, they assure me that the diagnosis of these Jiffy Lube schisters is far off and taking advantage. Sure my car probably needs some love but don't take advantage of me because I am not as knowledgable about it. Shame on you Jiffy Lube, way to ruin the name of a reputable company by being shady. Am very happy with this lube shop . is my first time I take one of my cars to this kind of lube shops. And let me tell you... this people that are working here are very friendly as soon as I park to the parking lot an employee was there to help me out I ask for prices and this guy named Victor greet me inside there office and gave me a lot of information about all the services they do at their location. I thought it was going to take a long time to do my service cause they had 3 cars inside but, Victor called me out to their work area and started talking to me about my service he explain everything that my car needed. how many quarts and what kind of oil should I use I choose synthetic oil. and also he replace my air filter and ac and heater filter and offered me discount on does too filters I would definitely go back to this location plus no charge of putting them back in. they also did my tire pressure and vacuumed my floors and clean my windows the manager was very polite and friendly .... I was in Yosemite when my "Check Oil" light came on. I did not want to drive home like this, so I looked for a Jiffy Lube in Oakhurst, CA. There wasn't one so I went to Eagle QuickLube. When I drove home two days later I had to make an emergency stop, at Gorman on the Grapevine, because of a loud rattling noise coming from under the front of the car. When I looked under the car, there was a plate hanging down from the front of the car. I asked a passerby for help and luckily, he was a mechanic. He removed the plate, said it would be safe to drive home and to have the plate reinstalled. I went to Jiffy Lube, at 81088 Hwy 111, Indio 92201, and was approached by Angela. Angela was so friendly and helpful. I told her my long story and she said that she would install the plate at no cost. We take both our cars to this Jiffy Lube location and will continue to do so because of Angela and the amazing, friendly service we receive there. Thank you Angela and Team! read more

My daughter brought in her 2019 Jeep Lattitude because the engine didn't sound right and yellow/red lights were flashing on the dash. The staff here took her car in immediately and topped off her oil and coolant, because they were low. Diego was extremely helpful to her and took care of her car in quick order, so she could drive off. I wanted to thank Diego and all the staff here for their gracious assistance to my daughter, and would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs fluids, oil change, filters, minor maintenance of other auto needs. Overall great experience. Monte and the team took my vehicle inspected it thoroughly and replaced one of the wheel locks that was missing within a timely matter. While waiting I noticed that they are quick with service and actually show their customers what the vehicles issues are such as dirty cabin and engine filters and give you the best prices they can offer. They checked out my Jeep, made some clear recommendations on required filter replacements and had the whole job finished in 15 minutes. They even helped me find a coupon on my phone. Everyone one there were very nice and helpful.The manager Donny was very courtious and also helpful ask me and my kids if we wanted water to drink.
