Five stars for being a good staff and getting the job done. I cannot speak for other services other than regular oil changes but Donny has done well as a manager every time I have gone in there. I took my car for oil change and I payed for nothing they didn't add any oil to it. My car started acting up about 4/days layer so I took it to my mechanic and he said I needed oil change. Can you believe it. And the worst part is I was warned by a friend before and because it was convenient I took it there. Never ever again and I will let all my friends and colleagues. read more

Arrived this morning to get an oil change. I waited in an empty room for 15 minutes minutes and gave up after I couldn't find an employee. As I was driving away I saw the worker hiding behind the building talking on his cell phone. Poor service. read more

Let me start by saying that I have always changed the motor oil myself on all my vehicles for as long as I can remember. I decided to try out this Jiffy Lube and I have to say I was very impressed! Donny was very professional and courteous and gave me a great deal! The whole process took about twenty minutes and even checked out all of my other fluids and air filters. Needed an oil change/alignment. I got there 20 minutes before close and they denied service because oil change alone they said takes 30 mins even for drive through service. There were no other people there and they were all standing around talking and just didn't want to do the work on my car so they could go home on time. Will not be going back. Poor customer service skills. read more

I noticed a leak under my truck. So I looked under my truck and noticed a funny colored substance around my oil drain cap. So I thought it had been damaged and repaired poorly. So I called the store and told the manager, the manager was very friendly and just asked me to bring it in. When I got there he identified the problem was a leak in the rear main seal that was dripping down to the same area as the drain plug. I felt like they handled the situation wonderfully. They have serviced my vehicles for several years and I appreciate the continued great service. read more

I visited this location because is close to home. I waited in the lobby for about 25-30 minutes, employees walk in and out from the lobby and never acknowledge me, there was no smiles nor "I'll be with you in a second" . About 3-4 employees working on a Sunday they only had 3 cars including mine, terrible customer service, no communication whatsoever, and 2 other customers walkout due to poor service. read more

Fuck jiffy. Hands down trash... brought my Chrysler 300 in for a oil change, dude behind the counter told me the oil bolt was stripped and replaced it with a temporary plug (I've never had a leak or stripped bolt) I know this because I've been underneath several times. So I asked him is there going to be a leak, and he says yes but very small, didn't offer me a replacement plug, had a very unfriendly personality. He's lucky I didn't come back and smash his head open for costing me a extra 200+ for repairs and another oil change. I could careless about the money, I care about my car and who wrenching on it. You cant justify stupidity and unexperienced mechanics, please take time to teach these guys how to use their tools correctly. read more

Was just there trying to get oil change they left me standing in the lobby I asked a employee how long for oil change he told me to sit down and relax "first come first serve" he said I told him I'll go somewhere else he said go ahead if you want. Of course I left it was pretty funny the way they talk to people (limited vocabulary and people skills ) needless to say if you need an oil change there are lots of choices, Indio Jiffy Lube shouldn't be on that list. At the station they have you get out of the car and then they get started on it.Then them come into the office and give a price while away from the car.Charged $60.44 just for synthetic oil for 5 1/2 quarts along with other fees.Last service on the car was at Walmart with synthetic oil and full service was less then the charge for the oil here.Five courts of synthetic oil over the counter purchase is $23.00Feel completely ripped off.IF THEY WOULD OF GIVIN A PRICE WHILE IN THE CAR JUST WOULD OF LEFT.Sales tactics to feel stuck.Never again will I ever use this place again. read more

It was supposed to be a jiffy lube on my van but it took forever. Maybe because it was a Sunday but shouldn't this also a busy day since everybody is off? No problems with the staff. They were very nice and friendly. Service should have been quickier. Waiting area is clean and the whole area is clean too. But service should have been fast. read more

Ok so I start off by notifying the check in guy that I changed the air and cabin filter two month back and after waiting 28 mins before the car hit the rack for the oil change I could tell he was slowing down the process for us as I we were only spending 27.99, oh and more than the advertised 24.99 for a straight oil change? So I ask if they would check the Transmission fluid as it was changed there, he advised no, you didn't pick that service package? but you guys changed it last time, , his response, "should be ok now if it was then" Going somewhere else next time. Upon receiving the standard response and apology via yelp reminding me that the technicians are trained to sell you stuff you may or may not need based on your knowledge of cars. One of the technicians lost the air box hardware must have been many oil changes ago. So trying to purchase the lost hardware from Toyota for the air box not possible without complete purchase of the air box, no joke,went to the dealership. I ended up finding the hardware surprisingly after many miles and visits to JL, it was .lodged down in the motor compartment, use a long magnet to retrieve it. I now change air filter myself to ensure the air box is assembled correctly with ALL the hardware so it works properly , man I hate to think of all the filters purchased because the box was open in the rear due to the missing hardware and improper assembly of the air box, thus intaking foul air for all those years, that is the reason I change those two filters is, lost hardware for the air filter box, more than once, and the disassembly of your glove box without notification? I bet most folks didn't know that most car house the filter under the dash or behind the glove box. Anyway this is about the treatment of customers, and now maybe some facts about how well your vehicle is serviced and by it seems hurried technicians that need to be trained on proper disassembly and proper reassembly, . read more

My battery died in 117 degree weather, and after getting it recharged, I drove directly to Jiffy Lube. My 2 yr. warranty was 2 months overdue and was purchased at the La Quinta Jiffy Lube. Donny, the manager, told me that he was not going to make me drive to La Quinta in such extreme heat and would take care of me right there. He gave me $20 dollars off my new battery, showed me where the cold was was and the restroom, and assured me that everything would be taken care of. While working on the car, he noticed that my air conditioning wasn't working well and offered to check the filter under the dashboard, as a dirty filter could affect the air flow. I had just put in new coolant. He found out that I didn't even have a filter, so the dealership where I purchased the car second hand had never replaced the filter. Donny never pushed other services, just made suggestions. He was so nice and sincerely caring that I would highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Indio to anyone needing service on his/her car. read more

Prices have gone up since my last oil change 9 months ago. Up about 5%. That's ok... but while there they recommended a rear differential service because my mileage indicated it was due. Price: $199.00. I said no and went home to check my vehicle history. This same shop performed the service on my last visit for approx. $97. There records either didn't reflect the service or I was being sold an unneeded service. Also didn't have any service stickers for my windshield so I had to make my own with a label maker. They are conveniently close to home but I'll try someplace else next time. read more

called ahead to get a quote for an oil change on my ford edge and i was quoted $30.00 for up to 5 quarts. however when i arrived that quickly changed to $200.00. i laughed and told them they were out of their mind! how did it go up almost 7 times of what was originally quoted! i think maybe they thought i was stupid. little do they know. i left went to the dealership (where i should have gone all along) and they did it for $45.00! read more

I have used this Jiffy Lube for a couple of years now and always been extremely satisfied with the service I've been provided. Today I stopped in at 4:10pm to have my oil changed. I am leaving on another business trip tomorrow morning so needed to get this done today. I was welcomed by the gentleman who said it would be 35-40 minutes to wait I said ok I really need to get it done today. Then another man by the name of Roberto is standing in garage area shaking his head and when I get out of my car he says who comes to get this service 30 minutes before they close. He was clearly upset and angry. I sat in patio area and he again walked to his car and said it again. At that point I decided I was not comfortable having Roberto touch my car. I spoke with the other employee and he apologized and said Roberto was having personal problems and I was the 3rd customer he affected today. I left without having my service done. Unfortunately I will be going somewhere else for service. To the owner: get ahold of this employee as his behaviour is disturbing!! read more
