I took my 2013 Honda Civic in for an oil change. Alfredo greeted me with a smile and professionalism. He checked my air filters and they both needed replacement. He showed me what they looked like! With all the sand and wind here in the desert it's good to check so your car runs more efficiently! Emmanuel and Donny did a great job as well! I also took my 2013 Hyundai for an oil change but it was too early for that. They did change my air filters though, much needed since all the dust storms lately! These guys are awesome! read more

Took my car in to get an oil changed Luis got me signed in and told me the different oils for my car. He did great explaining it to me. They changed the oil and filters as well. Also put air in my tires they were a bit low. I didn't catch the names of the other guys but thank you!! It was like 15 minutes great service and great work! Took my truck in for the first time several months ago. The team was courteous and professional. After a couple days noticed a significant oil stain on my driveway. I took my truck back it was a faulty oil plug, it was replaced and fixed and sent on my way. Recently took it in for another oil change again good customer service and friendly team. I took the same truck in Ford F150 and after a couple days more stains on my drive way, took the truck back same issue faulty plug, fixed it and on my way. A few days later another oil stain the truck is leaking again! Took it back and the response to my surprise by the manager was go buy your own plugs at the dealer and bring one to me and I will replace it. This whole ordeal has been a huge inconvenience having to come in while working to address the leaks and not to mention the concrete cleaner I had to buy and pressure washing the stains. Jiffy Lube was paid for a service a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE for ONE OF THE MOST COMMON PICK UPS IN THE WORLD. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube and had to pay for a second oil change and brought my truck into Quick Lane for the service. The company I work for has several vehicles and uses Jiffy lube for all of them. read more

I don't understand what is going on with workers now days and just not paying attention to who's in line first? I pull up for an oil change, I stand outside my car for five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No one bothers to greet me. I go inside the office to talk to someone, and no one's there. As I'm waiting again for someone to acknowledge me another woman pulls up in a fancy Mercedes SUV and immediately she's helped, her car is moved and she's off the lot before anyone HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Get it together guys, PAY ATTENTION. This is ridiculous that people can skip lines like this and when I point it out all I get is "oh I didn't notice" stop coming to work stoned and maybe you can notice more. read more

My car needed all new brakes and rotors, I called around and jiffy lube gave me the best quote. I don't no much about Auto repair, but knew that it was about a $800 job. I met with alfredo and the mechanic who actually did the repairs was Emmanuel. After picking up the car I noticed the ride was kind of rough I went back to jiffy lube to ask why. Alfredo advised me that it could be because of the tire rotation. I gave Alfredo and Emmanuel a hard time about this at that time. Since then my car drives great and they did a really good job. The shop in indio ca on highway 111 ran by Angela and her team are disrespectful and completely messed up my wheels when i asked for a routine tire rotation. Angela and her team spend a little over an hour working on my wheels and every test drive they did after rotating my tires had a sound that I know for certain wasn't there before I brought it in. After they put my tires back where the were before the sound was still there. They claimed my back tires became "warped" which makes no sense because my tires are new. Angela accused me of bringing in my car with a wheel problem beforehand. However, I know my car did not have any problems before bringing it in. If there was a issue before going to Jiffy Lube I would definitely NOT have brought it here. Jiffy Lube is for routine maintenance not for repairing auto problems. Angela then tried completely her scam by sending me across to American tires (larry) and refused to give me a refund due to having "her guys" work on it twice when they messed up my wheels. As I'm waiting to be lead in or to be asked about services, other cars were coming in after me were being addressed and helped. I was just there being ignored... Never coming to this location again. I ended up going to the one in La Quinta and right away had better customer service. read more

While in town looking for a place in Palm Springs I noticed my Oil Change light came on :( . I checked to see that there was a Jiffy Lube in the area. I found this location in Indio, Donny was cheerful and ready to take my car right in. I arrived at 7:02am and was out 20 min later. I would recommend his location because of Donny's great customer service. The shop and lounge were clean and his employees were looking sharp and ready to work. read more

I visited this location and got a routine oil change. Sales mechanic brought in both my engine air filter and my cabin air filter to show me they were dirty and to up sell me. $30 and $60-$80 respectively... what a joke. Anyways, I told him no thank you and went on my way. Note: they always try and sell me the engine air filter... but this is my first time in around 50 oil changes to be shown my cabin air filter. By the way, to take out this filter requires removing 8 screws and dismantling the glove box. As I drove away, I turned on my A/C and massive amounts of dirt starting blowing out of the vents and ALL over my car with my children in the back seat. I quickly turned it off but it was too late. I got home and ran the A/C for 15 minutes to clear it out and then cleaned my entire car. Keep in mind that I was using the A/C on the way there and it was perfectly fine! The next time I drive it happens again. They either installed it incorrectly or purposely did it because I didn't buy it from them (i'm hoping it wasn't the latter). I returned the following day to talk to the guy who was at the front desk. He came up with some story about how when it was removed it had dislodged the dirt and caused this to happen. Keep it mind that in 20 years of driving, I have never had my cabin filter removed nor had I had dirt like this come flooding out of the vents. He basically said thats what we do and no one has ever complained about it. I won't be returning to a Jiffy Lube in the future. PS - I went to Autozone and bought a new cabin filter for $7. UPDATE: So after watching tutorials online... I removed my glove box and found out that... THERE WAS NO FILTER THERE!!!!! They took out my filter and didn't put it back!!!! The carelessness of this establishment is unparalleled. read more

This is the second time I take my car to a Jiffy lube first was in Cat city this time I took it near my home. I was greeted by Sam, and his crew. The all worked on my car, saw that passionate way they all worked as a team, communicating about my car, Sam recommended few things that my car will need in the near future, explained to me what they're doing aside from oil change regarding my filters they even showed it to me, had a coupon I used, for the service I got and the amazing customer service and great price that's going to be my spot for my oil changes from now on, I really appreciate it. I came to this location a few days ago and was greeted by Victor who by the way has exceptional customer service! Him and Dony worked on my car and I was beyond satisfied from the moment I stepped in, to the moment Victor handed me back my car keys. I got an oil change, air filter change and cabin air filter change. I appreciated that Victor brought out my old filters to show me the condition they were in to help me decide if I needed news ones, which I did! I would recommend you try this location! My experience here was great! My car is diesel and it's usually very difficult for me to find anyone who can work on my car. I pulled up and was able to stay in my car for drive thru service and right away Victor and Donny were able to help me out and they knew just what my car needed! I went into this facility with a battery in my trunk I needed to swap out and I had no tools and couldnt shut the car off. Two guys ran out with the tools and swapped it out on the spot. Don't do it! I went in for a routine oil change on Saturday which turned into $500 worth of work on my '07 Camry. Upon leaving the facility, I noticed that my glove compartment was hanging off it's hinges. I brought it to the manager's attention and he corrected it right there. Fast forward to Monday morning and I'm leaving for work when I spot a huge puddle of transmission fluid under my car. I drove straight to Indio Jiffy Lube and brought it to Manager's attention. He apologized and had the servicemen correct the problem. He indicated that the serviceman failed to secure the cap on correctly. I filed a formal complaint with Corporate Headquarters. I am a retired mechanic, took my car for an oil change. Really bad service, I checked the oil myself after 500 miles, it's brown, they just topped off, never changed it. Same with the filter. Tire pressure 20 in all 4 tires, coolant reservoir very low. I think you better stand around and see if they do the service. I didn't. I just warn you people. read more
