I spent 1k on a part that needed to be replaced and mechanics at roc auto decided to go to the junk…read moreyard and get a defective part for about 300$ and put it on my vehicle and act as if it was brand new. I was told to comeback of the part continued to make noise. Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance...only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential. The number I was given to call back went to voicemail so I got a second opinion from another more honest and reliable mechanic ...who showed me exactly where the problem was....the mechanics at roc auto were irritated that I got a second opinion while I had both them and my new mechanic on a three way call...It's really a shame that these mechanics at roc auto conducts business this way...I would not recommend them to my worst enemy They make the rest of you mechanics look like scammers who take advantage of working class citizens.....thanks a lot You have been warned don't let them take your money

Moments later, a young man came out by the name of Shadecio and helped me. When it comes to customer service, it's very important to me. Edwin and Shadecio were very polite and professional. I had called in to this location the day before I brought my car in, they were able to accommodate me with an appointment the very next day, I appreciated their seemingly open schedule. An employee I spoke with on the phone assured me that my car would only be there for forty minutes and that I'd be able to get a print out sheet showing my alignment as it was when I brought the vehicle in, and as it was when re-calibrated. Online this location had been advertising all of four of these services to be done for a total of 236 USD. I brought my vehicle in at 2:45 PM and then I was told it would take two hours to be finished. When I returned to retrieve my car, only the oil maintenance and the alignment had been done (I was informed that my tire tread was too low for their company's policy to allow a rotation/balance) the total cost for these two measures was 200 USD. I had been told that my fluids were topped off; in fact my windshield fluid was still low. The print out that was given to me was inaccurate in regard to my vehicle's mileage. Adequate service; will not be returning here.
