This is my second time here. The first time I went in the afternoon and it was busy, but nothing overwhelming. Therefore, I decided to head over at 8am on Saturday morning and it was quick! The service here is amazing! Also, the staff truly tells you what replacements need to be done on your car. They are not pushy at all and recommend a timeframe as to when you should replace the part. This morning I stopped in for a car wash, and while there I asked if they do brake pad replacements. The mechanic, Jose I believe, took a look over them and stated that the brakes were still in great condition. About 6 months ago, I had purchased tires at a different store and was told I needed new brakes at my next oil change. So despite having been totally willing to spend money based on what someone had told me, Jose was kind enough to look over the breaks for free and told me that they were still fine with plenty of miles left on them. This level of professionalism and respect for clients is highly appreciated, and shows the level of care the staff have for even non-paying clients. I have come to this facility for years for routine car services, and after today will be coming for years more, and recommending them to anyone who needs even an oil change. Great job! read more

They never checked my transmission oil level after several visits. I recently decided to double check my fluid levels after my last visit after asking specific questions about the invoices notification that identified that all levels were checked and full. The factory seal (red torque stripe) was still intact and coated in road dust. Once opened, I had to add over a pint to achieve the proper oil level. Came to get an oil change since my car decided it needed one. I arrived, sat in the lobby for about 20 minutes and my car was done! They even gave me a free car wash coupon for the car wash next door that was good for 30 days. Great and speedy service. Wow. Phenomenal service. My high mileage oil change couldn't have taken more than 25 minutes and it was busy, even for a Sunday night. I even got a free car wash next door, great value! I was lied to about a price of service so they could gain another sale. Instead of being honest about the price, he decided to lie and say it would be cheaper. So I would agree to the service. I would've never agreed if I knew that specific service was that amount. I come to jiffy because I trust that I would receive an honest service. Instead of treating me the customer with basic human decency, instead I got scammed. If I was a man this would've been a different story but as I am woman they prayed on the fact that I have no knowledge of cars. These type of employees that provide our community with dishonest service should absolutely be shut down. We the customers keep this business open by coming for service. I got here close to 8am one morning awhile ago and it went pretty smoothly! The only hiccup was me not knowing exactly where to go so I walked into the office and waited until they were ready to assist. Turns out, oops, I wasn't supposed to go into the office, you just pull up! Jeanine was incredibly friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot for going to the wrong place. An oil change includes a free car wash and they do check your air filters too. There is coffee in the lobby whole you wait but you do need to ask for it. Also it is in a shopping complex so if you get bored and want to run some errands you can do that. It doesn't take long for them to do though! read more

Took my 2001 Toyota Camry here on 03/01/23. I asked for an oil change and they gave me an estimate for $122 after coupon! I asked why the estimate stated they were putting 5w 40 into my vehicle instead of the manufactured recommended 5w 30 and the young gentlemen said it's because they were out of it 5w 30 but 5w 40 is still recommended. According to the vehicle's manual this is not true, so I left and a few days later I took my car to the nearby Tanaka Auto where I paid $62 in total for the correct oil type with no fuss, no upsale, and no coupon. read more

I was a little nervous coming for an oil change as I usually go somewhere else. I went in around 7:30 Saturday morning hoping I'll be in and out. The whole process including my oil change, air filter and tire rotation only took about half an hour! The owner spoke to me prior stating other issues that I was aware of about my car. He didn't push anything but definitely stated the concerns and reasons which I appreciated. They also had a lobby where you can wait in the meantime. Overall I am satisfied with my visit and can now have another reliable place to go to if I am in town needing an oil change. They also honored the coupon they offer on their website! This is the last time I will be going to a Jiffy Lube. EVERY TIME I go in for an oil change they always want to replace my air filter or tell me my brakes need to be replaced or my windshield wipers need to be replaced, even though a week before I just bought and put on new windshield wipers. I can replace my air filter 4 months prior and they'll say I need to replace it again. This place is a money grab. Jose M. told me next time I come in they can measure my front brakes and tell me how low they are. I asked if they are so low that you think I need to replace them, why didn't they measure them now? His answer was "They just saw they were low and wanted to come in and tell you". Convenient that they want to sell me on something without actually showing me the problem. This has happened before where I was told by a Jiffy Lube member that my brakes need to be replaced and then I head to another auto repair shop and they told me my brakes are fine. I can't get my money back but I will never be giving them my money again. I've been warned before by another auto repair shop that Jiffy Lubes are full of young technicians fresh out of trade school that don't really know what they are doing and are just starting out. I believe it. I highly recommend everyone find a shop they can trust with more experienced mechanics. read more

AWFUL SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE! I wanted to get multiple things done to my car: oil change, tire rotation, and check one of my tires for a leak (and repair if found). They were nice at the start and took my car right away and were quick to change the oil and rotate the tires. When they called me back, I asked about if they found an issue with one of my tires. All they told me was that one of the guys mentioned he found a nail. No other info! No repair! No nothing. Just pointed across the street to American Tire and said you can have them take a look. Because they rotated the tires, they didn't even tell me which tire now had the nail in it! The website said they repair tires, NOT TRUE! Then, I went to pay and had a $20 off coupon I wanted to apply to my services. The lady said she can't apply coupons after the service...WHAT?! Why would I have to show the coupon before and not just at payment...$100 for oil and a tire rotation. She also handed me a receipt for a free carwash with a different customers name on it....?! THEN, the next day I realize that they didn't put 2 of my tire valve caps back!!!! HOW CAN THEY BE SO SLOPPY! read more

Disappointing. Brought my 2007 Escalade in for an oil change about 2 months ago. This car gets driven infrequently, and I noticed a small oil drip immediately. I have only driven about 400 miles since the oil change. After a recent trip to the desert, you could see the oil visibly dripping from the bottom of the engine. Fearing the worst because its an older car, I crawled under and found the oil filter drenched in oil, and so loose that I could spin it with two fingers. There are only 2 or 3 things critical to an oil change....tightening the oil filter is one of them. Last visit to this location. read more

Pretty much my go-to oil change place. Once the light goes off, here I am. Pull up, give them your info, wait inside and you're in and out in no time. Easy, peasy lemon squeezy. What's nice is that unlike other locations like this, they don't try to nag you about extra stuff to fix. There's just no fuss here. I also like that they vacuum the floors and clean up the car a bit. There's hardly ever a wait here and I'm out in maybe 30-40 minutes. If you're a regular, they also remind you about oil changes, give you a coupon to come back, and then you also get a coupon for a car wash next door ($6 value). Win/win. read more

What a bunch of assholes. First they didn't bolt down the cover after they performed the oil change so I was driving around with the cover almost hitting ground. Go down from my drive way, scratch. Go up to my drive way, scratch. I had to come back and asked them to fix it. The excuse was it gotten lose. It wouldnt if you put it back properly! I've been going to this auto shop for the past 2 years for all of my oil changes. I recently found out from Honda when I went for general check up that jiffy lube did not tighten my oil pan all the way and that I had to replace my entire oil pan for 400 dollars. They advise me that I go to jiffy lube and ask them to be repair it for free. I went back to jiffy lube few days later, and asked them to check out my oil pan if they needed replacement, which they said it did. I told them that I've been getting all my oil changes at jiffy lube and that they needed to replace them for me since they are responsible for it. However, they refused just because I didn't have the evidence of my past history of service there and even refused to pull up records from 2017 and 2018. The manager there told me that the record does not show any of my previous services in their file. Then I talked to another worker back in the office and they told me that the computer can only shows that calendar year records and that records are still available 24 months on the day of the latest service. Very disappointed in their dishonesty and irresponsibility to fix what they messed up on :( read more

Be sure to check their work. They filled my windshield washer receptacle with water assuming I wouldn't check. Unfortunately for them I did check. When I brought it to their attention they attempted to convince me their wiper fluid is very diluted. Seriously!?! It was clear! Not even a hint of blue. I have been coming here for about two years. I have since taken in two different cars when visiting. Today I have brought in my third car here. I have NEVER been charged this much for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. They always vacuumed my other cars I brought here. But today, I asked them o double check and they said they don't usually vacuum the backseat of a two door car. Whether you bring your own oil or buy their synthetic oil, you'll get charged $45 regardless for the "labor." And the reason I say "labor" is because that labor includes conventional oil, and even if you bring your own oil that price does not decrease to just labor, it will still include the price of the conventional oil. Jiffy Lube rips you off essentially :) never realized this until today, and I've been coming here for 5+ years. You're better off learning to do your own oil changes and save yourself the money. The guys are great and I haven't had any issues with the employees. That's one of the reasons I feel terrible for giving them this review but Jiffy Lube needs to change the way they conduct business. read more

Angel and the guys were super helpful. Im from AZ and all the sudden oil started leaking. I was getting ready to start my 6 hr drive but was kinda worried at how much oil was leaking.
