I couldn't find them on yelp, so I left this review on other social media outlets. Now that I see they do have a Yelp, I wish I had seen it before they cost us so much damage to our vehicle. Jiffy Lube in Jeffersonville caused over a hundred dollars worth of damage to my husband's car yesterday. When we first called about it, the customer service person ask for us to send a copy of the receipt for the repairs. We haven't done the repairs yet, because the car is at the mechanics, but we were going to get our hands on an estimate to send to them for the repairs needed. In the meantime, the manager, Bill, arrived back at work and left me a voicemail letting me know in no way, shape, or form would they refund us. He did invite us to return to Jiffy Lube and have them "service" our car again. Since their "service" included not only damaging the car, but as our mechanic put it, "They did not even change the oil. It's black--it looks like it came out of a diesel," can you imagine the hutzpah? I just called and spoke to Bill at the Jeffersonville Jiffy Lube on 10th St., and told him that we received his message, a'we do not trust them to service our car, and that they will get the review they deserve. Bill's response? "Very good." And that is the story of Jiffy Lube on 10th Street in Jeff near the new Kroger. Your experience with them may differ, but why risk it? Tim has to cover an unexpected expense and be without his car--possibly for the entire weekend and longer. Definitely not a "quick" or inexpensive oil change. read more

Just wanted an oil and filter change, this male kid comes and says I need my brakes changed they are worn 4mm. I asked from the start just an oil change nothing else. Who takes any information seriously from a male that has his finger nails painted, not me and the 15 minutes charge is a load of . Dishonest business. Do not go! It is unfortunate that such a great location for the Jeffersonville community is being used by the business of dishonest people. They will try to upsell you on new brakes and tires no matter what you go there for. I went there for an Uber auto inspection. Justin, the technician, mentions that he would have to fail me on my front brakes and that I would need new rotors as well. It is a relatively new vehicle (less than a year) and is parked in my garage. I went to another Jiffy Lube in Louisville and was told that my brakes and rotors are fine and my Uber inspection also passed. I will make every effort to let everyone in the Jeffersonville community know to avoid this establishment of dishonest employees. read more

I rarely, if ever, give a 1 star review, but today is the day. I drive for a company that gives us a 15% discount for oil changes at Jiffy Lube. This location has refused the discount. I will contact Uber about this. Additionally- my vehicle is a 2021 and the employee argued with us and claimed it was a 2018 and then filled out the paperwork this way. Someone got in the vehicle, completely lowered the passenger seat to full recline and removed the head rest. Now my car, that has never had a single issue, has an airbag light stuck on and the employee claims we have a bad sensor. Apparently Samantha, Christina, and Justin have been trained to intentionally damage vehicles to run up the charges- as if $90 for a simple oil and filter change wasn't high enough! I can get it done at the dealership cheaper than this. This has most definitely made an impression and will be shared with management with Jiffy Lune and Uber. read more

Visited this jiffy lube for an oil change on a Saturday morning and was happy they weren't busy yet. The location is very well organized and appears new. Upon entering the location you're promptly greeted and are told which bay to pull into along with an inquiry on what services you need. They offer coffee, tea and water as well. I came for an oil change but the mechanic servicing my vehicle made me fully aware of everything through the process. They completed my oil change and recommended an engine flush due to oil build deposits and grit. I agreed to the service and they explained all the benefits and added pricing. They were transparent and honest about pricing and offered a military discount too. I also saw significant increases in my mpg after my vehicle was serviced. I was there on vacation so I won't be able to have my car serviced there again, at least a planned one but I highly recommend them and would visit again. read more

Don't take your car here if you don't want to have to pay for a new alternator. Car was running fine when I took it in for an oil change. The man underneath was complaining about where the oil filter was located on my vehicle. If you can't get to it let me know and I'll go somewhere else! (Been to several different places, and they never had an issue). Long story short, they got oil in my alternator, and I had to replace it. I can understand wear and tear, but the car was running perfectly fine with no issues before I brought it in. The issues started right after I left. Will never go here again!!! read more

The service I received at this place was pretty good when I received my oil change BUT I just recently got my oil change done at a different Jiffy Lube location. They were super concerned as to where I had gotten my oil change done before because they over tightened my drain plug. I was lucky enough it didn't end up causing several issues before I got it fixed. read more
