I just want to share this great review to everyone! I was about 4000mile over for my next oil change and FINALLY I'm here. Wheeew! This location is super convenient since starbucks is next to the shop so you can just walk to starbucks while you are waiting for your service. The ship was slow and it was only me that time so they changed my oil less than 20Min with free vacuum. I just want to give high-five to Alan! He gave me super great service from beginning to the end. As soon as I parked my car, he opened the door for me and walked me inside, explained everything what I need to be done and why it's important for my car. Crooks! Liars! Thieves! Worst experience ever. At checkout they said they'd done this this and that including filling all tires to 35psi. As I drive away (I was in a rush cuz the oil change took 45 minutes) my dashboard light comes on saying one tire is too low (and I had specifically asked that they make sure that tire was filled) and when I checked NONE of my tires were at 35 (see picture) So then I wondered what else they lied about. Well, I checked my oil reading and it's says....wait for it...7% oil life left. What in the actual F**K?!?! So now I have to find time to go back and get the geniuses there to (hopefully) do the work they charged me over $100 for. I'm livid. And to make it an even more horrible experience...the guys were literally fighting and screaming and cursing at each other as they worked on my car. So unprofessional! So I just went back after work. Talked to "the manager " and started with the low tire pressures. First he stumbled over his words and eventually looked at my air valve caps and says "Oh, you have green caps. We don't do the ones with the green caps". WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME ALL THE TIRES HAD BEEN FILLED WHEN NONE OF THEM HAD???? He tells me that's what it said on the print out from the guys who "did the work". Oh....you mean the dumb f**ks who were fighting and throwing profanities left and right? Give me just a small f*****g break! Then I ask why my dash says there's only 7% oil life? He says it's just cuz the guys didn't reset my computer. I'm not sure if that's true of if they really didn't change my oil but I'm leaning towards the latter since they already blatantly lied about my tires. I asked for a refund and he wouldn't give me one. I didn't have time to sit for another 45 minutes because I have a child and need to pick her up. Go screw yourselves Jiffylosers....you should be ashamed of yourselves. I work very hard to keep my family afloat and $101 is a lot of money for me, not to mention having to take extra time out of my day to confront you and be disregarded. read more

I believe it was the fuse to my headlight that proved a little challenging to remove. They were so rude to me, and said they couldn't find any information that I had been there before. I've been a customer there for at least 25 years. I have 6 cars and company work vehicles. I asked them to top off my oil, I was in a hurry and would come back for a oil change this week. After telling me I wasn't in there system calling me a lier!! They finally figured they were spelling my name wrong. Then after all that the car I was driving wasn't one of the ones on the list ? Because they only keep the list for a year or so. He said they only top off oil for loyal customers!! Really 25 years plus and a list of vehicles in his computer not including my business ones !! He could see I was a good customer. It's hard to get to four stars, or be a fan of Jiffy Lube, but this place is good. The staff didn't try to pressure me to upgrade stuff or get services that I didn't want to get. I was in and out quickly and happy with the results. Only down side, their vacuum was broken the week I went in, so I couldn't get my car cleaned. Hopefully, they will get that fixed soon? read more

This is the best Jiffy Lube i've ever been too. Period. I was greeted nicely by a young man who told me someone would be with me immediately, and he meant it. I got 4 people doing old change on my car, vacuuming it and I swear, they were all singing while working on my car! I was offered coffee as well. The place is very clean and neat. I was done within 15 minutes. They also had $10 discount promotion which is even better! But that's not what completely win me: before I hit the next 3,000 miles or 3 months mark, I could come in and ask to "top it off", aka refilling windshield fluid, oil etc FREE OF CHARGE. Called ahead to make sure our 30ft Class C motorhome could be accommodated for an oil change. We were told yes so we headed over. A bit of a challenge getting in from westbound 85th due to the Starbucks line but we managed. It is also a bit tight to get in the garage but the guys were super helpful and acted like it was normal which I really appreciated. We sat in our motorhome while they worked on our Majestic Ray. Understaffed long wait at this location. The Ley only operate one bay so unless you are prepared to wait over an hour on your car you may want to go someplace else. I stopped by on two occasions thinking the first wait was unusual but seems to be the operation model here. read more
