Terrible. My partner took my car in for an oil change and a new brake light, and now my car has body damage with water and condensation in the brake light which was not there before. I promptly called & spoke to the manager who was on site when they replaced the brake light (ahem, and left my trunk open for 25 minutes in the pouring rain) and he refused to fix my flooded tail light. I've now filed a claim with Jiffy Lube only to find out they're a franchise owned by Heartland Automotive and they have denied my claim to fix the body damage their employees caused. Don't bring your car here unless you wanted to be cheated and lied to, or worse, come out with body damage they refuse to take ownership for and fix. Update as of 6/22/18: Nobody has emailed me back to fix my car after the comment left here by the franchise. Do not take your car here if unless you want to risk body damage. read more

It was an ok experience but for the price you are better off going to your original dealer where they do a full inspection, tire rotation and fluid top off. I had not been to a JL in many years but for the convenience I gave it a go. I was expecting them to check my air filter, top off fluids, and at least assist me in turning off the maintenance required notification on my dash. None of that happened. They just changed the oil and checked my exterior lights. They did not know how to turn off my maintenance light. They said "just push a button". I know it's easy but still had to google it. Noting is was premium synthetic oil, I left there paying the same price ($120+) I would have paid my Toyota dealer for full inspection, battery output test, tires rotated, tire pressure check with nitrogen, fluid top off, vacuum interior, brake pad inspection etc. what I paid for at JL was convenience. Stopped in here today for an oil change, the guys working were super knowledgeable and helpful. I was there for about 40min and they even fixed a headlight and my blinker for me! Prices are great, and location is super easy to get to. If you're in the Kirkland area and in need of an oil change I recommend stopping by this jiffy lube location (it's also next to Starbucks if you don't feel like sitting inside the shop while you wait). There was even an awesome $15 coupon available for my service today which was great! read more

Usually get oil change at this jiffy lube as it's close and convenient, I had just been to Firestone to get some work done on my engine mounts and while I was there they wouldn't change the oil because the sump plug was stripped (jiffy lube had asked us who had done that also... it was jiffy lube but they put it back in). Firestone wouldn't touch it unless we had the oil pan replaced ~$590... While getting a top up, I mentioned it and the newer staff gave me one direction but the manager got involved and replaced it with a new sump plug... so all set and saved $600. I'm from out of town and needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube was pretty much the only place that could see me right away, and I was very impressed by the service. The young man (sorry I didn't catch your name!) who helped me was SO cheerful and friendly. He was a pleasure to talk with, and he explained things well. Upselling attempts were very polite and honest, and not pushy at all. My oil change was very fast, and they also shook out my cabin air filter and refilled a tire with low pressure. I recently went to this location for oil change and had an amazing experience. There was a little bit of wait, but once I went in, Javon and Brian provided me excellent service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Read all the reviews before you decide to use this location. Brought in my Honda for an oil change. Normally I go to the dealer. It was a very bad experience. Their incompetent staff and rude manager Vince, provided horrible service. A simple oil change ended up costing me close to $700. They basically used the wrong direction on the Racheet Tool and damaged the thread of my oil pan. Initially they told me to get a new drain plug from dealer and that will fix the problem . I go to dealer to get a new drain plug, dealer told me Jeffry lube damaged my oil pan. There is a Custome Jeffy Lube made plug that is a temporarily fix. Vince the manger blames Honda dealer for the damage. Yeah right . Dealer would send me home without addressing the issue and put a special temporarily Jeffy LUbe made plug??? I'm going to small claims court . read more

Unfortunately, I am fairly upset by how slow my service has been at this location. When I arrived, there was only one car ahead of me. I was greeted ten minutes after I pulled up, and told that because of being understaffed each car would take only fifteen minutes. Being only the second car to arrive I thought this would be fine. I'd be in and out in, well, a "jiffy". This was not the case! After they had finished the car before mine, another pulled up. They were immediately helped and shortly after they had their vehicle worked on and out before mine was started. It's been over an hour and a half since I arrived and they are just now looking at it. Since they pulled it into the garage, two more customers have pulled up, one was helped right away but is still sitting here with me. Because of the speed of help I received and the rude attitude of the attendant helping me, I only gave one star. This jiffy lube has been anything but a pleasant experience. Hands down best service I've ever had anywhere I almost bought a new transmission because my fifth year kept slipping on the freeway, turns out I just needed tranny fluid! They filled it up and didn't even charge me!! saved me hundreds maybe thousands of dollars! And they were super super nice. Worst auto experience ever. I came in expecting a quick service. Turns out there was about an hour and a half wait which was expected with how many vehicles they had lined up. I spoke to two employees who kept passing me off on the other. It took about 30 minutes of waiting, being told "I'll be right with you" before someone even took down my information. While I was waiting, I asked one employee if he could help me and he replied "that's not my job." Once I finally was being helped by a sassy 17 year old who had been passing me off on his coworker, it was still unpleasant. He asked what kind of oil I wanted and I told him that I didn't know to which he rolled his eyes. I asked when my vehicle would be finished to which he said "I don't know, come by before 7 when we close" This Jiffy Lube has 0 competence when it comes to customer service or respect for their customers time. They seem to be overwhelmed and under staffed. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will. read more

I even came by to get my oil topped off (I'm sure I have like a serious problem in my car that must be causing a leak but I do "light" maintenance- if a light ain't on, I don't wanna hear it). I HATE writing a bad review....but I have to give my experience. I went in and was greeted by a very nice guy who offered to drive my car into the garage (I dislike that part, don't ask me why), and then led me into the waiting area. Another guy came up to me and offered to fix the ding and small crack in my windshield for only $5. That was nice, except he didn't tell me I'd have to spend time on the phone with my insurance going over the boring details of how the crack occurred. Then a third guy came in and said he was going to look up my car in his system and see what kind of oil it required. Well I drive a 2011 Hyundai, so I kind of assumed the basic $40 oil change would have been sufficient. He told me that NO, it was "preferred" to have some special (magical maybe?) oil in my car, and that oil change would cost $60 or so. Eek! I said "ok" even though I was suspicious if my car really required the more expensive oil. He's the expert, right??? Well when I got home and told my husband that my oil change cost $70, he guffawed out loud and said "Babe, you got HOSED!!!". Great. read more
