I was so impressed by his enthusiasm and professional manner. We discussed (quickly) the options I could purchase in addition to the oil change,note to self the prices seemed reasonable and the staff like a well oiled machine(couldn't resist the pun).Teamwork like they were telepathic. I had a coupon on my phone which I showed to Michael immediately upon arrival and even though they didn't have a scanner he honored it anyway. I also learned that for the 3000 miles between oil changes I could bring my vehicle in to have the oil checked and topped off(up to 3 quarts).What a deal! They asked if I wanted the tire pressure checked,air added if necessary. Yes please. Vacuumed the interior, I should add that vacuuming, tire pressure check were both free. They treated me with courtesy and respect and great attention to detail with my car. Kudos to everyone there . Then, he was so completely thorough and transparent with me about what my car needed and showed me the steps that could be taken each step of the way before he provided the service. michael s was amazing with helping me out i had a lot of questions when i came in to get my oil changed! he was very knowledgable and efficient. i was in and out within minutes, and he helped me understand things a lot better than i did before. i'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and usually places try to up sell because of that, but he gave me good alternatives and options when i was there. i'll be returning to this location just because of my experience with him! thanks michael! read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Jiffy Lube on Kettleman Lane on Sunday July 9th. Shaun greeted me and immediately provided me excellent Customer Service. He was professional, friendly, Kind and made sure that I was in and out. While I was extremely impressed by Shaun, the entire crew was friendly, which is rare! Especially for an early Sunday morning. Michael went above and beyond to create a great customer service experience. He provided the best recommendation for my car and told me about a better coupon for the services I was purchasing. The wait time was under 20 minutes and all staff were polite and helpful. He gave me a form to receive a gift card for my oil since I use full synthetic oil for my car. THEY ARE ALL ASSHOLES the workers are mean and unfriendly i come in for a oil change and they say the fuel injector needs to be replaced out of no where.If you go here keep your wallet locked in a submarine because they will definitely try to sell you something you don't need.Did i mention the wait time was over a hour and they weren't even busy with anyone. read more
