Went here for an emergency oil change. First of all paid $20 more than what valvoline would charge for the same service. 2nd someone on their team isn't smart enough to know that my car takes 5w-30 and not 10w-30. 5 minutes after driving off their lot noticed a burning oil they spilled somewhere on my engine. Then come to find out they put the wrong oil when I checked my paperwork. If I knew that these people didn't know how to currently the oil in a d*mn Honda I would've done it my self. I called 6 times and no one answered the phone to fix my car. I deserved a refund and fresh oil changed because some dummy put the wrong oil in my car. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I brought my car in, along with a coupon. The mechanic refused to accept my coupon AFTER doing my oil change, explaining that it was only valid at the location it was sent from. I kindly showed him where it said valid at all locations, but he again refused. As I am standing there, I decide to write a yelp review. And what what?? They have the SAME coupon if you check in. So I confirm the address with them and show them my phone. The cashier said "Fine, I'll just give it to you." Hell yes you will. And. You just lost a customer. Came into get an oil change and my brakes and rotators changed asked them how long it would take they said maybe 2 hours but the workers were good so it would take less time while I sit and wait the manager brings in pizza and the entire staff leaves the shop to go into the office while there is a bunch of customers sitting there waiting. They then tell me after the 2nd hour that the brake pads they ordered for my car were the wrong ones and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to order them and change them then they were going to test drive it to make sure everything was okay. I go pay the $560 and walk out to my car to see a scratch on it and I tell one of the workers I didn't come in with the scratch and he tells the manager and the manager comes to take a look at it and asks if I want to write and incident report and if I say yes so he takes me to the office and he shows me that the camera can't see that side of my car not that anything could've happened just that he couldn't tell and then I call district manager and he says the exact same thing and the best he could do for me is give me a free signature service. Stopped in for a quick oil change for my daughters car on our way to the airport. We were convinced she need her tires rotated and were assured they had their "very best" tech working on that so we would be out the door in 20-30 minutes. Well almost 2 hours later they had the car done and I'm nearly positive they rotated the tires and then rotated them back. At one point they had EVERY tech standing around scratching their heads. I had to go out in the bay and ask several times when the car would be finished and they kept telling me any minute. I had a 2 year old with me AND almost missed my plane. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ok despite all the bad reviews I decided to come here to get my oil changed and a brake job. Upon arrival I was greeted right away by an employee and he assured me it would be about an hour and a half wait due to me having my brakes serviced also. When entering the lobby, I like that it looks and smells clean and they also offer free wifi. After about 20 min of waiting the mechanic walked me outside explained very clearly what my car needed and made recommendations. He gave me different price options for my budget and gave me his opinion on which services I should buy today. Out the door I paid $300 for an oil change and a brake service (which included brake pads and new rotors) Total time: 3 hrs. I expected I long wait time so I brought a book to read. But while I was waiting, this jiffy lube establishment was turning out customers like clock work. The other customers spent an average of 20 min. Every time I'd look around the room I kept seeing different faces. So that was great. But the main reason why I gave them 5 stars is this: I have a bad habit of throwing receipts on the floor after I make a purchase, like at the grocery store or Best Buy. Along with other small pieces of paper that I jot down notes. Well I forgot to gather them up before I got out of my car so I can sort through them. This concerned me bc I know part of the service is to vacuum the floor. So I thought they were going to ether going to suck up the paper, or not vacuum at all (which I would of asked to be completed thus taking more time) well they picked up all the papers even ones that were blank, placed them on my passenger seat and vacuumed the floor. So I was very happy about that. I also got a one year warranty for my brakes and I drove away very satisfied. This place is awesome and I'm coming back again. read more

Seriously disappointed in the service I received there today. The guy who greeted me was nice as he walked me into the waiting area but the guy who came in to let me know about my car was a different story. He tried telling me that I have never serviced my car and when I asked him if he could top off my coolant, he told me that it was empty and that they would charge me $10 extra dollars to do so. For an oil change that I thought was gonna cost me 27.99 (managers special) ended up coming to 68.00. When I presented him with a coupon, he told me that the code was invalid. Lucky for him, he accepted it but I still ended up paying 48.45. What a complete rip off!! Not to mention the group of guys bullshitting in the parking lot while my car was being worked on. The rude one I had to deal with was one if those guys. I will not be going back to this location ever again!! read more

Came here several times for minor things like oil changes and brake light fixes. Brought my Focus to run diagnostics and find out where a leak was coming from that was staining the inside of the hood. Was charged $110 after explaining what Autozone told me was wrong and they assured me they could fix but first needed to pay the initial diagnosis.so i did and after the exact same codes came back was told to take it to the dealer cause they were unable to fix and that they were unable to find where the leak was coming from (i already knew was the radiator reservoir just wanted to see what theyd tell me). The upside was that dealer wouldnt charge me diagnosis cause they had already done it. Came back next weekend asking why i was charged and told dealer would take their diagnosis as they did not. And asked for a refund. They refused and said they could fix the o2 sensor for a whopping $400 on top of the $110 i had already paid. Decided to try my luck with the dealer instead and they fixed everything including radiator fluid reservoir for $220 however was told they had misdiagnosed the issue and advised i get a refund from Jiffy Lube for misdiagnosis. Went back to Jiffy lube and was told to come back cause manager was only in during the week to process refund (while im at work) so i took time off work to come and was told very rudely they cant refund me and that they didnt misdiagnose. I showed them the ford dealer diagnosis and still refused this as evidence of their misdiagnosis. Was told to file an "incident report" and that someone would reach out to me, surely to tell me the exact same thing that they cant refund me haha this place is a waste of time full of teenie boppers who think theyre mechanics cause they can change a flat tire. Dont waste your time coming here. Staff is rude and dismissive, and you might get charged for a fix that isnt even needed on your car and youll still have the same issues read more

I hate this spot every time I pass by I flip up the middle finger to this spot.. This spot should turn to a fast food spot in that case.. I brought my car in to have them check if my brakes needed to be done. I was told that my front brakes and rotors both were due. After having the repairs done, I checked my records and the front brakes and rotors had just been done less than 6 months and under 2500 miles previous. As a women who is not savvy with mechanics, I trusted their evaluation and advice. When confronted after the fact, they had no explanation. I had all of the paperwork to prove that the repairs they recommended and provided were unwarranted and unneeded. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get some kind of resolution. I talked to the manager who said he needed to consult with the district manager. After a week with no reply, the manager suggested I come in again to write an "incident report." It has now been another 2 weeks since my incident report was submitted and there has been zero response from their district manager. I don't know if they were negligent or knowingly provided unneeded repairs, but either way I feel like I've been taken advantage of and their corporate office does not seem to care at all. read more

HORIBLE SERVICE Okay its my first time ever leaving a review. This jiffy lube is a total joke. So we're not from this area. We came to this place without checking review or anything because u all know "jiffy lube" is a place thats known to everyone. But my guess was completely wrong. The manager was seriously rude as hell. If hes the manager who takes care of the store and shit, he needa respect customers, not consistently reminding the customers if they understood what hes freaking saying. How rude? But before everything, he has to learn proper language when he talks to his customers. And most places change the mileage on the display after oil change in general, but when we got our car back, nothing seemed changed. We are now even afraid if they actually changed the oil or not. And guys, its not $27 for the conventional oil change. Theyll charge u more than that for sure lol read more

I'm going to start with the fact that I know absolutely NOTHING when it comes to the maintenance on my car, because my dad usually takes care of that. I went into Jiffy Lube today for an oil change, and Lore was so helpful!! She printed out a copy of what maintenance work my car's make and model needed at certain mileage points. She made sure to break down the services and the kinds of damages it can cause for my car if I prolonged the wait for mantaince work. Long story short: she not only made sure I got my oil change, but she got my car's tires rotated, and got my much needed transmission flush (all at a great cost, if I may add). Friendly staff, but I've had to way 15 minutes before even deciding what type of oil change I want to purchase. I went in a few weeks ago with my old '05 Toyota and Mo and 'Tina did an excellent job helping me not only fix the problems my car had, but explaining exactly what had caused it and how to prevent such a thing in the future. The service from these two was exceptional. Typically, I feel like mechanics are speaking down to me. I didn't get that impression from them to me or even from other employees to the customers that were being serviced while I was there. Great, honest staff. I've been coming to this jiffy lube for 2 years now, and every time I come here, I am treated horribly by their employees. The mechanic did not do a complete inspection of my car. He had a terrible attitude, because I was asking questions, to receive the best deal possible, so I get everything done I needed to get done on my car!! Love how quick the service is! The staff is all super friendly!! Just will take time to make sure all went well. Hang in there for update. I have looked at my receipt and it looks like I am to get a vacuum and window cleaning. I didn't notice the vacuum had I not read this. Also the window "cleaning" left my windows smeared. They looked like someone used a wet cloth on them but didn't put elbow grease into it. I noticed once got home that water leaked from the area above right passenger tire. Not sure what it is. Seems more than say when AC drips. Like I said, the work that was done totaled $288 based on the recommendations. I have no idea what a differential is and why it needs to be emptied and filled again. Also, came in with check engine light on and they didn't address it or what it is about. I kind of feel suckered. But when it comes to car health. You sometimes take their word for it. Just hope they aren't like those places you see on the channel 7 news that "do " the work but really don't. read more

Was not a big fan of these guys......a long time bait and switch pricing scheme was going on here for years. But now they give you up front pricing before they begin working on your vehicle. The new store manager Mike is doing a great job and Tee was the guy who worked on my car did a professional job too. Get there early because they are always super busy but the fair pricing and great new customer service have made me a happy returning customer. read more
