I had bought my car about 2 months ago and I was already near my 5k mile mark. my car is under warranty but I didn't want to wait 4 days for the dealer to service my vehicle. It's a new car and I didn't know if it could take conventional or synthetic. So they had fully sold me on the full synthetic, because stupid me never did my research. I have a feeling I got robbed. I just came here in between meetings and I'm not familiar with the area. Great service and extremely quick. I was in and out In twenty minutes and the guy who worked on my car was extremely nice and let me know I needed something else fixed. Because I had been hearing the noise I knew it to be true. Also I was willing to get my air filter changed but he was honest enough to let me know I didn't need it to be changed. Great first experience here! read more

I had a pretty bad experience and had to file a formal complaint. Both Jiffy Lube and the area manager were very responsive and within a few days contacted me to discuss my concerns. They outlined clearly what had gone wrong and the actions taken to correct the problem. So, what was a very bad experience has been resolved. read more

Please have mechanics *clean their hands* before touching the inside of the car. I had motor oil on the inside door handle, window buttons, around the displays, and on the steering wheel which also wiped onto my pants. Otherwise the staff is courteous. read more

This is my 3rd time coming to this Jiffy Lub and everyime I have a issue. I brought my car in with for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a screw holding my plates. Once they changed my car oil they didnt not replace the screw and used a zip tie to replace the screw, which left my skid plate hanging. Then after waiting an 1 1/2 hours they had the nerve to tell me to wait until the guy working on my car returns from lunch because I just got here and dont know whats going on. I asked for a manger and the guy said Im the supervising manager. My issue was not resolved! Im so upset, Ive never commented on Yelp but this customer service was horrible! read more

Nothing Jiffy about this place. I was there for 30 minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. Then the guy comes out to ask me what I wanted and his attitude was HORRIBLE!!! 1 hour later I had to ask the same guy what was taking so long because I saw ppl that came in after me, leaving before me. One of my biggest dislikes for me is going to any place where I need to have my car checked. I always have the feeling that I am being taken advantage of because I'm a woman alone. Well, not the case here. Went in for what I thought was an oil change for $149 and to my pleasant surprise Jonathan, the tech, appeared to tell me I simply needed a quart of oil for under $20.00. They did the service that I came here for. One thing I didn't like was that the mechanic told me that my rotors are bad and need to be replaced.... one issue I had with that is was they did NOT even look under neath the tires and use a device to give me the measurements of the rotors. Makes me believe that they are trying to have me buy something that I don't even need . Good thing I had a mechanic friend of mine perform a full inspection of my car to tell me exactly what's wrong with it PRIOR to getting my service done there . Other wise I would believe anything they would of said and consent to any service they recommend. Really no bueno to try rip of the customers. Again, telling me my rotors are bad when they did not even look underneath the tires and use the measurement devices to assess the rotors . Other wise they did good with the service. One good advice is to have a mechanic you can trust to tell you exactly what's wrong with your car so you can get what's needs to be done or you'll be suckered into buying service you don't need . read more

I went in for an oil change and to make sure that I wasn't leaking brake fluid due to a recent soft brake pedal experience. Leo was friendly, professional and very polite. He showed me my options to improve the health of my car. Very happy with prices and an unexpected 10% discount on everything. John, the master mechanic helped me decide to replace my master cylinder and saving me $150 from a quote from another service center and $400 from a "dealership". I hate this place. I'm going to stop coming here. When my husband and I pulled up the first thing we asked was if we can use a $20.15 coupon we received in the mail. The guy said yes. When our car was ready to be serviced we were told it would take 10-15min. A few minutes later the bald Asian guy said our car's serpentine belt was really bad and needed to be changed otherwise our car would break down. We refused the service bc we know what JL always tries to upsell. We have never gone to a jiffy lube where they tell us everything is fine. There's always "something" that needs to be fixed "right away". The 10-15 min wait turned into 50 minutes. There was no reason for that long of a wait. Upon paying , the attendant tried to charge us their managers special which was more than our coupon and at first told us she can't accept it bc of the managers special. We told her that we asked upon arrival if we could use it and the worker said yes. It doesn't make sense to me why they won't honor a coupon, it wasn't expired either. Why would she be so intent on charging us a higher price. Also when she reviewed to us the fluid levels etc. she also said "the serpentine belt was good". I hate this place. Don't come. They will lie and try to rip you off. Re-cap. So jiffy lube follows up on yelpers who put a bad review. See below. I took the bait and gave my info. Some on contacted me asked what happened. Apologized and said they would relay it to the managers on site. While I appreciate the effort. I felt like I was just repeating what I wrote on my review. There was no purpose for it. One star because i am a regular here came in and waited patiently for about an hour when i got up to see how things were going my vehicle didn't move an inch. I thrive on customer service and today wasnt a great experience for me. I would love to come back to have my vehicle maintenance done, but it is hard if you have to wait that long without even a heads up from the staff. Maybe maybe ill try back again. read more

Had the oil changed and braked fluid replaced on my Chevy HHR. After completion the check engine and traction lights were on. I asked what they had done to cause this. I guess they expected me to just drive away with the lights lit. It took 5 mechanics and 15 minuets to correct the problem. It was explained that they unplugged something to remove the oil filter, This never happened before. I am done with Jiffy Lube and going back to Meineke from now on!!! read more

I've been coming here for years with no problems. A few weeks ago I come in because my AC is hot. The shop was super busy on a Friday afternoon with Uber. They said they topped it off no charge. I knew they were extremely busy so I thanked him and left. The car AC never got cool. I come in today and the manager says, there's no record of you coming in. Bad, Bad, Bad. Wow for people who do this for a living, they sure are terrible. They forgot to put a washer back after changing the oil and now my car is leaking! On top of that they stole one of my cd's right out of the cd changer. They had enough time to look through,listen and make a selection of what to steal. To think we have taken our three cars to this location several times. I guess they stole other things and we just thought we lost things ourselves. And talk about up selling. He was very helpful and he explained how everything would work and how they would go about repairing my vehicle. He kept me updated while the repair was going on. I was driving and all of a sudden a warning light came on indicating that one of my tires was under inflated. I just so happen to be passing by this Jiffy Lube so I stopped in asking them if they can check by tire pressure. I had every intent on paying them for this however they told me that I did not owe them anything. So in addition to them checking my tires for free, they were also very polite and cordial. Here right now getting an oil changed. They told me I had to pay 80$..ummmm I never pay that much for an oil change and the sign says 27.99. He goes on to say they recc this other oil not then conventional oil and if I don't choose the one he's recommending no warranty on my car. I'm literally so annoyed!!! I came to jiffy lube today I was meet by worker named Oscar I had bought a engine air filter earlier from autozone I asked if they can put it in for me he told me that it would be 10-20 dollars cash depending on if it was difficult to put in or not when I told him no it's ok he then told me he will do it for free then he brought out the paper work for my oil change but when he wanted me to sign it the numbers did not make sense it stated that my car need 6 quarts of oil but really my car takes 4.2 quarts so when I ask Oscar about it he got frustrated and told me hold on and then I seen him throw his clip board and talk to another worker so then they had the truck behind me move to the right and go in the other lane and started working on the car I waited for about 20 mins and then the worker Oscar talked to came up to me Eric and asked how can I help you I told him I need an oil change he said it's 99 I said ok but even he couldn't explain why so to shorten the story they charged me 113 but after I did all the math I paid 86 dollars worst oil change ever they didn't put air in my tire didn't fill no fluids didn't even show me my oil level they I think everyone should go to Valvoline on Atlantic DO NOT GO HERE or you will have the worst experience read more

This location has always given me the best customer service. After having a horrible day due to a Honda dealer trying to rip me off, I came here to have my brake fluid drained and exchanged at a much more affordable price than the dealer wanted. The guy that helped me here reviewed my paperwork from Honda and said they are being ridiculous for wanting to charge me so much and even went out of his way to call his mechanic that he highly recommends for big repairs and that quote dropped from $800 by the dealer to only $250 by his mechanic. He went above and beyond to reassure me that I was only getting the maintenance I needed for a reasonable price. Car maintenance can be a pain, but not here! read more

Me and my family have been bringing our cars for many years to this Jiffy Lube. We know how to do oil changes, but we would prefer bringing them here cause the prices were reasonable, and the service was great. I wish I can say the same about this place in 2016. This year, I received the most horrible car service ever in my last 3 visits. My first visit this year, I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting to get an oil change. An hour into the waiting period, I asked the lady in front what was taking so long. She was polite and she went to the back to see what was going on. She came back to tell me they were really busy. I asked her how if there was only 2 cars that were in front of me. She went to the back and asked again. When they were finally done, I noticed the African American man who was working on all the cars was laughing and looking at me as I left. The second visit was the same as the first. I had set myself to not return to that jiffy lube and do the oil changes on my car myself. As I was trying to unscrew the oil screw, I noticed the screw was damaged. The African American man making all the oil changes drilled the screw tight. I went back to jiffy lube to get the man to loosen up the screw. He was extremely upset and took his sweet time doing the other cars. 45 minutes later, he went over to my car and started screaming to his supervisor that it wasn't his problem. His supervisor made him loosen up the screw. He was extremely upset about it. If the man is going to do a job, he might as well do it right in a kindly matter. If not he should find another job. I don't plan on coming back to this jiffy lube until changes are made. I was a loyal customer until I had these bad experiences. read more
