I am alarmed how long it takes and how much for the oil change. Only one person ahead of me and it took more than half hour. Supervisor just walking around. $109 for an oil change. Had some squealing occasionally on my brakes so I went by just to make sure everything was okay. They tried to tell me I needed new rotors and brake pads and proceeded to "show me" that it needed to be done ASAP and that it would cost me $380. Because the slight shine on the rotors and the brake pads were pretty thin which means it needs to be done. No measurements though. It seemed weird since I get my car serviced with Toyota every 6 months with the last time being 2 months. I left and do a walk-in at Toyota at 7am only for me to leave half an hour later telling me my brakes are fine and that there is a slight shine that may produce some sounds but I'm still within the appropriately mm. Visited this jiffy lube on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change as it is close to my house. Was quoted a 30 minute wait for my oil change, and only waited 20 minutes (not bad). Expected just the oil change, but got a bunch of other services done (vacuumed floors, wiper blade/steering fluid/etc check). First time doing my oil change anywhere besides home and not bad. My car and I were serviced by Roger, Oscar and Cynthia that day and I cannot thank them enough. Appreciate their hard work and awesome service. This review is based solely on Jiffy Lube's price for Lyft vehicle inspections. I came here because the standard rate should be $12 for a vehicle inspection. But the manager told me they charge $25. This is a vast difference from all other businesses that do vehicle inspections for Lyft. There is a pep boys off PCH that honors the $12 price. Save yourself the money and go there. read more

Arrived here around 5:35pm and suddenly they said uber inspection is from 8 am to 5 pm only. They should tell in the first place, when the time I called them. Wow.. what a waste. Went in for oil change, they told me 30/40m until completion. Cool. I left and came back 45m later, sat in the waiting room, they still weren't complete. Waited another 15m and still not complete nor any update. I went out to ask for an update. The guy tells me they damaged the oil filter when they took it out the car and he had to have someone go pick up another one since they didn't have it in their inventory. Told me it would be another 5m. Another 20m go by and the guy says he's almost complete. The whole process took 2hrs, alot longer than the 30/40m they quoted. Terrible service read more

Went in today for an oil change. My washer fluid wasn't topped off and nothing else was done to my vehicle. I paid $43 and received poor service. I called the shop and no one answered and the district manager will not give me a call back. Mike what happened to this shop? Also the CSA said my washer fluid evaporated because of the heat which is totally bullshit since i live down the street from the location and my water level sensor turned on before reaching my house read more

I went in this past SATURDAY, 7/29/17 for an oil change & was told I needed $1500 worth of repairs, i.e., brakes, transmission, etc.... And the information was presented to me in a manner as if I was being told the repairs were $15.00. As if people walk around w/an extra $1500 in there bank accounts. This was my 3rd & LAST visit at this location. I took my car there for convenience. One star from the initial contact with the first and only employee who took the time to acknowledge that I was there. The mechanic that greeted me was extremely indifferent. He appears to not want to be at work. At this moment Jiffy Lube had only one car in a facility that can handle three cars. I am car #2. That was really helpful, especially since my knowledge of cars and car services is not my strength area. Lorie was also able to help me get the best possible deal. Needed and oil change so I came to jiffy lube because I had a coupon for half off an oil change so I decided what the heck. I got a full synthetic oil change and new windshield wipers installed on my car. They did a whole inspection on my car and also saw that I need air in my tires and and that my left back tail light was out, so they fixed that as well. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received when I visited this specific jiffy lube, it was overall pretty inexpensive for all that I had done and was done within about 20 minutes. Liars! Do not get your oil changed or do business here! I just took my fleet vehicle into this location and they charged me for a tire rotation that they didn't do and then tried to convince me the position my tires should be in. I had 2 new tires put on the front of the vehicle exactly one week earlier and the technician that convinced me they should be in the back (not the front) After the oil had been changed and the tires supposably rotated to the rear. Claimed and charged me for rotating them to the rear. New tires same front location... Could not refund the company any money... What a SCAM! read more

Staff is incredibly friendly, the group provides excellent customer service and they do a great job at changing oil; however, recently I went for a brake inspection. The person informed me that my front brakes and rotors would need to be replaced with the option of my rear brakes as well since they're fading. I questioned the replacement of the rotors since the sound just started. He informed me that the rotors are too far gone to be resurfaced. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Took the car to the dealership service center and they informed me the rear brakes are the only ones that need to be replaced and they can resurface the rotors. I'm glad I checked it out before paying potentially for service I didn't need. read more

I always go to Jiffy Lube every time my car needs an oil change. Always fast and good service. Today when I came to this location the host greeted me as soon as I pulled up and took my information. It wasn't even 5 minutes when the mechanic came to talk to me about my vehicle. Of course they honored a great price for the oil change but I was also informed I needed a flush for the car which I was not expecting. They offered a discount if I added another service which was really helpful especially cause I was only expecting an oil change. Robert was amazing and made my experience fast easy and comfortable. I went to this Jiffy Lube a couple weeks ago and was sitting in the waiting area when the supervisor came in and said that wherever I had my oil changed last, they stripped my oil plug. I said, that was here, and her response: "I'm going to have to call you a liar." Really? For one, that's not exactly quality customer service and for another, I'm not lying. We went back and forth and I demanded my car back, went home, and filed an online complaint with Jiffy Lube customer service about being called a liar. I was impressed when I got an email back the next day with a case number and was told to give the franchisee 24 to 48 hours to get back to me and if I didn't hear from them, to contact customer service again. Never heard back from the franchise owner. So after 5 days I emailed back to corporate and got an instant response. With the subject line: "Jiffy Lube Case Denied" and the letter, in part, read: "According to our records, the franchisee has informed you that they have denied your claim." I was called a liar, no one from corporate or the franchise ever spoke to me, and my "case" was denied. I've spent over $1,000 at this place since I started using them about 10 years ago. get ready to be jiffy lubed and screwed. place is right next to my house so i thought "eh i'll give it a shot." big mistake. $106 for an oil change the girl told me. my jaw slammed right through the tile floor and into the earth. she tried to say it's because my car needed synthetic, which is true. but why is walmart auto center going to give me a synthetic oil change for $48. seems like a no brainer to me. she was pissed that i wanted to save money (shame on me right) and ripped the receipt in front of me and threw it away. very professional. wouldn't call 911 if the place was on fire. read more

For my first time here there was no wait and I was attended to immediately. In addition to my oil change, I needed my brakes looked into. I usually go to my dealership for oil changes but decided to go with jiffy since I don't have a whole lot of time and I've never been so decided to try. After 15 mins, the cashier rings me up for the wrong vehicle/year (I was charged for the wrong car). I noticed the error and told the cashier, she then had someone reverse the charges to me debit card, then when they fix the issue, the cashier check noticed that I asked for full synthetic but the service was for a blend. Omg It was a mess. Then later when I go to the gym, I noticed that my AirPods were missing from the center console of my car. They were there the previous day because I always drop them off in my center console of my car. I searched every where... and boom they were gone. Wow... my AirPods were stolen aside from the big mess from a few hours ago. Worst worst experience ever. Don't ever go this location. It's a hot mess and they will take your AirPods. I'll be stopping tomorrow because I also noticed on my account that they double charged me. Wowz I don't know if I should be mad or laugh at this point because it's been such a headache. JIFFEY LUBE I tried giving my paperwork to the person that wrote my info, but he said no we do that at the end, then he ask me what kind of oil I wanted the was 2 options one was 5 w30 and 10w30, my reply was the regular one 10w30 witch is the one my car has always use, I also ask to make sure the lube the chassis. Well the job was done and the person in charge of collecting payment told me the recommendation to replace my air filter, well my air filter I a K&N off-road type so I knew nobody took a look at it, so I question him on it he replied oh well we mean it should be clean, but no effort was made to offer me that option even do I so the recharging product in their window display. Wiled discussing the service preformed I ask if they lube the chassis he said there machine is broken for a while. I said you don't have a hand type first he said no but after a few minutes he came back in and found a manual gun. I paid an additional $39 for the oil 10w30, my GROUPON coupon $29 I was very disappointed with my experience at JIFFY LUBE, to top it off and sharing my experience at AUTO ZONE with the clerk I found that the Never clean the outside of my windows. I went to this location on Monday they didn't drain my oil they just added 5 more quarts to car, The oil boiled over and left a smoke screen behind my car for miles. Went to a auto repair place he gave me the excess oil to take back to the Jiffy Lube I showed them and they were like " I don't know what happen, I checked it." No sorry, my bad I don't know how we could have done this. Will avoid this location from here on out. read more
