I think it is ridiculous that you charge $5.99 for the "use of tools." Also, my car takes 5 qts of oil, yet you charged me an extra $1.20 because you added 5.1 qts. This is price gouging. I thought much better of Jiffy Lube. Please stop the add on prices. You do not seem to have any issues raising your base price. Will find a new store if you keep up the add on charges. I have taken my 2008 GMC Sieria to the Jiffy Lube on West Eisenhower in Loveland, CO. for 4-5 Years. On 9-27-23 I dropped my truck off for an Oil Change. I returned to get my truck and drove it to Boulder for a Service Call and then drove it back home to Loveland. After getting home I went outside to get in my truck and noticed a big puddle of oil under the truck. I then let my truck sit and took another vehicle to work. I then took my truck back to the Loveland Jiffy Lube and an employee checked out my truck. I was informed the employee that was working in the pit on my truck did not tighten my oil Filter and it was leaking. They added Oil and put a new filter. The employee who discovered the oil filter problem gave me a document on Jiffy Lube letterhead stating what he discovered and signed and dated the Document. I called the Loveland Jiffy Lube and spoke with the Assistant Manager and got nowhere. So I asked for the Owners Name and number and was refused the information. The Assistant Manager has stated she would call be back and hasn't. Therefore, I have contacted Jiffy Lubes Corporate Office and spoke with my Attorney. I was told Coporate would contact me and they still have not. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES TO THE LOVELAND JIFFY LUBE OR DO BUSINESS WITH JIFFY LUBE. MY TRUCK MOTOR WAS DAMAGED BY THEIR UNTRAINED STAFF AND NOBODY WANTS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. SO I WILL LET MY ATTORNEY ADDRESS IT IN COURT. Bunch of dolts working here. Completely incompetent at what they do. You drive your car everywhere, needing to rely on it to get you to where you need to be. A lot of times hauling precious cargo. This place used to be the best in northern Colorado. I don't know if they changed owners or changed business philosophies, but I would never go back to them again. You should always shop around and I definitely recommend it with this place. In fact, I would skip them all together. You should also look their work over. Definitely do that if you decide to go here. I would not buy any extras from them and if they say you need something done, I would get a second opinion. I just think that it is easier and safer to skip this establishment altogether. Such a shame because it used to be such a reliable business. read more

These guys are AWESOME , I came in for an oil change which is competitive with other locations in town(I checked!) And without me asking they cleaned my windows, checked my lights and probably a couple things I didn't see. You see I have had a headlight out for a bit and when I saw them checking I was like oh ya. Wow, this is really hard to give one star when no stars are deserved. Yelp needs a no star option that says "Run the other direction, don't look back, don't hesitate" I usually try to say something witty or funny about a business even when I am not happy about the service. I just can't do that here -- the attitude of the manager was so bad, the service was beyond poor, and the price was so outrageous that it is too serious to be funny and I have no sense of humor about my treatment by this business. I decided to try Jiffy Lube when my regular oil change guys were closed. First, they have a 20 point checklist and if you are lucky they will do about 1/3 of the actual work. They did not reset my oil service light even though the checklist said it was reset. I knew my tires were low because I checked them before going in and asked them to check them. The invoice said 32/32 but they still looked low and I checked them again. They were the same as they were before I went in. My chassis is sealed so there was no lube for that. My battery is maintenance free so no work for that. No access to transmission fluid so no need to check that. My windows were just as dirty coming out as going in but they say they washed them. Honestly, I don't have a clue why I paid almost $60 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter (no other filters) In fact, I even told them they didn't need to check the air filter because I just changed it! They checked it anyway -- it was like they didn't listen at all. When I called to ask the manager how to reset the oil change light he told me to look it up on the internet because he wasn't sure. When I asked about the tires the attitude on the phone was unapologetic and the manager acted annoyed that I would even ask such a question. I was accusatory, I just needed to know if I needed to inflate the tires. I wrote three emails with no response and my second phone call ended abruptly when I asked the manager for a refund and it wasn't because my cell service dropped the call. It is a shame that Grease Monkey was closed. At least the guys there say to me "hey, we can't do half this stuff to this car, you just need a basic oil change, not the deluxe. No point in paying for stuff we can't do." They even washed my inside windows once without me asking just because "they needed it and we are not busy." This is honest and caring. Very dissatisfied with today's service. I stopped in today for an oil change while I was out running errands and because I had a digital coupon on my phone from ValPak, I incorrectly assumed that I would be able to use it at this location. By the time I had mentioned that I had a coupon and was informed I wouldn't be able to use it, they'd already begun draining my old oil. I didn't even have the option at this point of going somewhere else. Okay. I can deal with that. The CSA who'd checked me out said he could offer me a $10 off coupon for the trouble, which he neglected to do at check out. So, at this point, I'm paying twenty dollars more than I had planned for and am getting way less than I normally would. I usually take my car to a dealership in Fort Collins where I get my oil changed, they run a basic inspection, top off all my fluids, and wash my car. They didn't even bother to fill up my tires which were low. I paid more for today's service where I got less than half of what I normally get in Fort Collins and for twice the amount of poor service. The guys working seemed more interested in getting me out the door. They weren't rude by any means but we're quite unfriendly and standoffish. If I had the option of giving fewer stars, I would. Next time you need an oil change, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Probably anywhere else. read more

Went in with a $24.99 oil change coupon and apparently Jiffy Lube coupons are locational even though the coupon says NOTHING about where the coupon can be redeemed. When I asked if I can get the coupon price he said Loveland Jiffy Lube doesn't except those, but everywhere else does.... read more

Had been going here for years with OK service, but last trip in they up-sold me to a transmission flush/refill. Went from Jiffy Lube right to the ford dealership for other work. When I came back they told me in their standard check they found the transmission was over filled, that would have led to problems quickly. They realized it was fresh refill and drained of the excess. I went back to Jiffy Lube, confronted the "Big" manager who on looking at the record of amount added confirmed the over fill. He didn't say "Boy I am sorry that happened", he just said "Crap, whats that going to cost me". Haven't been back, didn't like the attitude, now prefer T&T tire for my changes. read more

Had many oil changes at this location, but this last time fell completely short of my expectations. Toyota just released my Highlander back to me for $100 after finding this location had knocked one of the sensors off the air-intake when they checked the air filter causing an engine light to stay on. I took it back to them before I took it to Toyota and they argued it was just a coincidence, but it wasn't their fault. They reset the engine lights, which came back on the next day. Toyota seems to see this quite frequently, as the Toyota mechanic knew exactly where to look. Sorry, Jiffy lube, you lost me as a customer, when you told me I was wrong in not a very nice way. read more

Probably the worst of the NOCO Jiffylube branches. I took my '03 Oldsmobile in for a transmission flush. They told me it'll be done in 30 minutes. After 1.5 hrs they finally approached me and informed me that this particular vehicle (a VERY common vehicle) falls under some kind of list of vehicles they can't change the transmission fluid in. These guys completely messed up my car by putting in too much oil in my Subaru!!! There was oil all over everything and everywhere. I paid 41 dollars for this service and now I have to pay almost 500 dollars to replace the plugs that were blown. The Subaru guy said that he didn't think that the old oil had been drained. When I talked to the manager at JL, he told me he had films of the technician (?) filling the oil. Bull. I explained that there was no way that I would have snuck into my garage and put in 4 quarts of extra oil in my car. They are dishonest and incapable mechanics. read more

Had an oil change done there Feb 2014. Needed to have the oil changed in my daughters car. I usually do it myself. I found them somewhat rude and extremely expensive. The biggest problem was I just changed the oil in the car myself last night, and the filter was on so tight I could almost not get it off. Most filter wrenches would slip. I needed one that would crush the filter to take it off. Way too tight. The drain plug was also cranked on way to tight, rather than properly tourqued on. I will NEVER go to them again in a bind. I would rather lay under the car and have slush falling on me doing it myself rather than go to this place again. read more

Horrible place. We had been taking our vehicles here for a number of years I stopped several years ago after a bad experience where the owner was to contact me and never did. Now last week my wife who has continued to take her three cars here went to town for an oil change parked out back in line after an hour or so she noticed everyone that had come in after her was checking out. She looked for her car but it was nowhere in sight. After going outside she found it parked where finished cars are parked but no service was done. Piss poor manager told her he was sorry and would put it back in line. She declined. I called and asked to speak with the owner and was told by piss poor he would have them call over a week later and no call. Stay away from this place. Radiator caps left off on previous visit only to have it fall in the fan and cost me a cap, fan and radiator is why I quit going. Horrible place!!!! read more

Jiffy Lube deserves negative 5 stars. My friend and I went in for an oil change with my mother after seeing the Larimer County Parade and we had a big filled with Eagles hockey tickets, candy, water bottles, otter pops, and multiple store pamphlets which was left tucked under the passenger seat hidden from view. All of which the employees stole. They laughed in our faces when we confronted them and then they tried to deny it and pretended to look for these items in the trash while another employee attempted to sneak them into the trash so it would seem as if they had "accidentally" thrown them out. There was one employee, John, who tried to help us locate the stolen items. They gave us back the Eagles tickets but nothing else. Even before our items were taken they were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. The car had to go back into the shop multiple times because they made many mistakes. I don't recommend EVER using Jiffy Lube unless you wish to waste your time and lose any items you may have. read more

I hate to give any business a bad review but I will not go back. I was told they greased, topped of all fluids and checked tire pressures. Being a Truck Driver I am up on all of these things. I got home and noticed my back tire was still low as it has a slow leak a once a week need to fill. 1 week later my low coolant and washer fluid was low they did not do these things I am starting to wounder if they even changed the oil they tried to up sell me an air filter very disappointing read more

I got my oil changed and they tried to up-sale me on a bunch filters i had recently changed. Then when my vehicle was done they told me my valve cover gasket was leaking bad. When i got home I opened the hood to see that they had spilt a bunch of oil all over the exhaust manifold. When the smoke didnt stop for a week or so I looked further into what was leaking. The valve cover gasket had been cut. You ask me how i know this well, I never had a problem until i brought it there. Upon replacing the valve cover gasket there was marks either caused by a pocket screw driver or a small knife on the Valve cover as well as the cyl. head. The way the gasket was ruined was by a object inserted from the outside. Maybe the tech spilt oil and need an excuse or they just sabatoged my vehicle because i dint fall into there up-sale crap. I would never recommend Jiffy Lube to anybody. Negative stars for sure read more
