I came because I heard a clicking sound coming from my front passenger wheel. The manager got down and took a look at it and said your caliber cracked on the inside. Then told me I needed a new rotor an brakes pads. I said how much am I looking at? He said $800.00 after I picked my mouth up I said I'll be back. I then drove my truck down the street to Berry Automotive. He ask me to turn the will to the left and checked an said oh the bolt came out. I said are you sure you mean it ain't cracked? No it's just the brake bolt has vibrated out. I'll put one in for you. I ask what do I owe he said nothing at all. They did the job....but they went through my belongings as well. I found an envelope (that was under my passenger seat) on top of my bag. Being a GA "winter", they had to go through a pile of jackets to seek out the envelope. They also went through my bag which I only use to hold makeup. So, they get this review with no material gain for their sketchy actions. Really sad. They were nice, but nice doesn't mean honest. read more

I took my car for a service at your Mableton branch today. When the service was complete I noticed that that the car had not been reset as the service and tyre rotation light was still on. I asked the manager if he could please do it and he told me he didn't know how to do it. Luckily one of the other mechanics heard me and came to do it. When I asked where the sticker for the windscreen was he gave it to me and told me to do it myself. I have had cars serviced at this branch several times and have never experienced anything like this. This is embarrassing for your company and sadly I will be giving a bad review following today's experience. read more

This was my first visit at Jiffy Lube and I will most definitely return for my car needs. The previous day I went to another business for an oil change and they turned me away due to them being at capacity. On the next day while in the area I turned into Jiffy Lube just to inquire about the services and I was greeted and helped immediately by a young man name Johnny. -He was very kind, helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. -He explained the price and what all will take place and that it won't take long; I agreed and proceeded with getting my oil change along with checking other areas of my car. -While in the waiting room there is a tv for entertainment and beverages (coffee and tea). The manager inputted my information and spoke with me about various details about my vehicle. She should me my air filter and we both decided it would be best to proceed forward with changing it. -Within 20-30 minutes my car was ready. I was also told about my brakes and rotors which I will replace at a later time. My total price was about $70(Oil Change, Air Filter, Labor, and taxes). It was a little more than I had expected to pay but it was worth it due to the overall mannerism and services of the place. -This place is located on Floyd Rd next to the Captain D's. Proceed slowly or you may miss the turn. -In the past I have heard bad stories about Jiffy Lube and I am glad I can help but it to rest with this review. I came in for Emission Testing. Before I gave my keys to them, they asked me to pop my hood. I was confused because they could've done it themselves since they had my keys. Also, I didn't know they needed my hood open to do an emission test. I even made sure, and he confirmed that I needed to open the hood. So I did, went to their waiting area, and waited. The waiting area was okay. It seemed to take a long time. They seemed busy too. I saw my car roll out, but it took them a while to call me up and check me out. I wished they checked me out faster. I mean, I saw my car ready to go. I don't know why it took so long. At least they seemed friendly. So anyway, the next day, I realized my hood was ajar. They didn't even open the hood or close it properly! That could've been dangerous. What if the hood opened up while I was driving? Ugh. To be fair, the place was busy, and the guy who took my car probably got confused and thought I needed an oil change not emission testing. Still, it's a dumb move on their part, and I don't know why they asked me to open the hood instead of doing it themselves if they needed to. read more

I came here about 3 months ago for the first oil change in my new SUV. The customer service was friendly and got me taken care of in a "jiffy"....atleast I thought. I drive my car for a few days and it seemed fine but then one day I was leaving home I noticed a huge oil leak where I park my car. As a result, i took my car to my mechanic to check it out since it was so much oil on the floor of my garage. My mechanic took a look and asked me if I had recently had an oil change and I told him yes. He then showed me that they didn't properly replace the oil pan filter properly(part of it was literally hanging under my car). He said he was glad that I came when I did because i was losing oil at a pretty fast rate. I will say once again that the customer service was great but that wont make up for this mistake as it could've caused a ton of damage to my new vehicle with such a careless mistake! I won't be back here bc I feel like I can't trust them with my car of my safety as a result of this experience. read more

I really only come here for my annual emissions test but felt the need to write a review after getting that done today. The staff are really nice and welcoming and they live up to their name (service is always quick). My husband came yesterday too for an oil change and was in and out within 20 minutes. No complaints - place to go if you need some quick work done and want good and courteous service. AND they always say happy birthday when you get your emissions test done. Maybe all places do that but that little extra kindness made me smile =) read more

I took my car here a few times in the past because I was in a hurry and hate waiting for any amount of time to get my car serviced and/or repaired. This place is overpriced, even with the coupon, and the up-selling is SO annoying. I just want an oil change - and fast. The last time I took my car here for an oil change, the female "automotive technician" (I doubt that) - could not even figure out how to push the latch down and open my hood. On Monday, I went to get a standard oil change on my suv. I purchased the Groupon that included tire rotation, windshield protective services, and more. Sounded like a great deal. I ended up also purchasing a new air filter. After my oil change, I drove less than 10 miles, where my car remained parked until the next day. The next morning, I needed to run an errand and hit the highway. Within 25 miles, my check engine light came on and I felt my car losing power. I used my GPS to find the closest Dodge mechanic. As I arrived at the dealership, my vehicle was extremely shaking and trying to cut off. I called jiffy lube and was told to bring it in and they would check it. They said they may have not connected something. I had the mechanic run diagnostics. The engine was shot. The no. 3 wasn't firing at all. . My suv was fine. I just needed an oil change. Now I'm out a car. I do not recommend anyone going here. read more

Great experience the staff was helpful and very quick. I will use them in the future. I had a terrible experience this morning with another oil change service that was not ready for me and who lied or never bother to check if their state emissions test machine was not working even though I called them Tuesday and again on Thursday. Jiffy lube earned and seemed to want my business. They spoke to me, had a clean bathroom and it was a great experience. The jiffy lube crew was professional, nice and gave me back some loose change and a receipt instead of vacuuming it up. I will return quarterly for their outstanding service. The service was fast - but they did not do half the things they signed off stating they completed. I had to go back in and request the oil light be reset, request the sticker, they did not wash my windows. They did put air in my tires - but the put the drivers side front and back on 34 and the passenger side front and back on 40!! I'll echo the other 5 star reviews... The staff was courteous and helpful... They could have unsold me to a full synthetic oil but they said i didn't need to... The lady who vacuumed my car found a $20 bill under the seat and left it on the console for me. They informed me I had a damaged skid plate and they put it back on the rack and removed it.... no charge... Best customer service I have had in a very long time... read more
