This place is quite simply okay. They provided the service I wanted and were friendly. However, before they started working on my car they asked me if a price was okay, and it was $30 over the price of the online quote plus the coupon I was going to use. He said he'd come back about the price, and they started doing the oil change before we agreed on the total cost. I've been going here for my oil changes for at least two years. The people that worked there were nice that BUT the service was not the best. I went there today for an oil change and I don't know if they have new management, but they were spot on today! Very thorough, very quick and it was like well oiled machine. I previously came here and had the brakes replaced on my car. Since the replacement I noticed a new rattle in my front passenger tire. I came back to this Jiffy lube twice to get it checked since they had done the recent repairs. Both times they said it was nothing and everything was fine. The second time they went so far as to say it was the hood rattling from not being seated quite right. I didn't believe them (I know a decent amount about car repair), so I took my car over to Mazda to have everything inspected. Sure enough, the bearings on my passenger side tire were loose and the front axle was in major need of repair. I am glad I listened to my instincts and not Jiffy Lube as it probably would caused even more damage, even more costly repair, and potentially my safety. read more

The staff was quiet but polite no issues with them. They had no line and like always Vasoline had a crazy line but they were super fast which I needed. I will not go again because the cost was way more than I have ever paid for an oil change even with there "coupon." They nickel and time everything, every oil change I have done prior included windshield fluid and with an oil change price so high it should and they wanted another $10 for that. read more

I had my oil/filter and air filter replaced. They did not credit me with their own coupon on my ticket. When I queried the tech and the manager, they both told me that they did not care whether I was happy or not. That attitude really pissed me off. This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube and I had planned to return to have brake fluid and radiator coolant flushed, as well as fuel system/injectors cleaned and AC cabin filter replaced. Had to have my car towed here recently because it wouldn't start, and the crew took such good care of her! I'd been having issues with the radio and power steering going out for months beforehand, and have had at least half a dozen people look at it and tell me nothing was wrong. The battery was holding a charge, and the alternator was replaced, but to no avail. Christopher, Marshall, and everyone at this Jiffy Lube were the only ones to solve the mystery that my battery was wired incorrectly! I sat waiting to get an oil change with 1 car I front of me for an hour and a half and then when it was my turn they literally told me to back up to let someone go before me. Don't waste literally hours of your time Update: went back to get my oil changed because I had a Groupon and the team would not honor my Groupon and told me to get a refund and then proceeded to try to scam me to pay $150 for an oil change. So I sat in the parking lot and bought a Groupon to go to Valvoline across the street for $60. Do yourself a favor and just go across the street to Valvoline they won't waste your time or try to scam you. read more

This is my new go to oil change place. I used to go to Valvoline across the road but they are too slow and don't always have enough staff I think because this jiffy is off the beaten path but very close to hey 70 they might not get the eye traffic . They are always friendly, larger wait room and it's actually a " quick" oil change . Staff very friendly. read more

He was funny, kept the process moving, and let me know if anything else needed taken care of. My back windshield wiper was bare and we were going to change it out, but unfortunately they didn't have the replacement in. Tried 3 times in 2 weeks to get oil changed here during their open business hours. 1 time they had one guy who clearly just didn't want to work say computers were down. Next two times I got there at 8:10 (open at 8) and not a single employee was there yet. Valvoline across the street has constant huge lines. This place has gone downhill to the point it is a complete train wreck. Rude, punk employees. Can't get an oil change, the scumbags are too busy trying to leave early. Got there an hour before close yesterday with one car in the bay and they said the computer was down. What B.S., they just wanted to leave early. Got there today at 3:30 and there were only two cars in the bay and they said it would be two hours because of brake jobs. I told him that was ridiculous and I was calling their customer service and the hoodlum clapped his hands and applauded and told me not to hit anything on the way out. Complete lowlifes run this place now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been coming here over twenty years but will never be back. An oil change place where you can't actually get an oil change is about as worthless as the employees who work here. Happily sitting in the line at Valvoline now. Purchased a Groupon for this particular location since I needed an oil change. Groupon included Oil Change, Oil Filter, Tire Rotation, Windows treated with Rain-x, and your car vacuumed for only $35! I figured, why not? First of all the staff here was friendly and I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes which is awesome with no appointment. The problem? Well i hate to complain with such a good deal and I know this sounds petty, but they told me they vacuumed my car and I get in and see that it was not done! Not one bit! haha I really don't care that much in retrospect, but don't tell someone you did something when you didn't. That's just bad business and it cost them 2 stars in rating! We recently had an oil change for the first time at Jiffy Lube at 7093 Old Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37221. They damaged the washer so the tank leaked on our garage floor. We had to take the car to a full service shop. The full service shop evaluated the problem, ordered a new washer, took the pan out to inspect it and did another oil change, so we lost several days use of the car and had another bill. We would never use Jiffy Lube again. read more

I have visited here several times now and have always had a great experience. I never felt pressured for additional services but I do appreciate the list of items scheduled for replacement. If I do not want the additional services, I simply say no and there is no other discussion. I did visit another location nearby and received the hard sell even after the "no". I also appreciate the free topping off services between oil changes. I stopped into today for a flickering oil level light and they quickly topped it off and checked the other fluids. I now take all my cars there now. Clean, quick, and easy. No complaints at all. read more

Man this Jiffy Lube is the absolute worst. 1. They managed to break pop rivets off my splash/skid plate. 2. They ripped the tint on my windshield attempting to a sticker that took little to no effort to remove. 3. They also tore my wheel well on my car so I have to replace that now. 4. They also had no idea what kind of car I had and how much oil it required. After all of this the manager had the balls to say that I hit some road debris that broke the wheel well and that the tech wrote my car was missing the pop rivets on the splash plate when he was under the car in the bay the entire time. Lol On top of this all they charged me $109 for an oil change with rotella t6! I can buy it at walmart for less than $24 a gallon. Maybe you guys should hire someone that knows a thing or two about cars next time. read more

Went in for an oil change yesterday. Am now stuck on the side of the road, at a mechanic somewhere in nowhere TN, thanks to them not tightening the bolts that hold the oil pan/gasket in. Check engine light came on, luckily, right before an exit for a 24 hour mechanic. Could have blown my whole engine if I'd made the drive I set out to. They also didn't bother to tighten the bolts holding the skid plate on all the way either. Don't know if incompetence, or just sheer laziness, but they could have cost me my car. I moved to the Bellevue, Tennessee area from Minnesota. I brought a coupon with me because I knew I would be getting an oil change soon after moving. The coupon was for a $19.99 oil change. The manager said that they don't take out of state coupons. I said okay, I have several other coupons for other company's and I will take my car there and I politely said I was not going to pay over $40 for an oil change. He then changed his mind and said he would accept my coupon. I personally didn't care one way or the other and I was not rude or upset. They serviced my car and I drove off. 3 months later my husband takes my car to the same Bellevue location and they would not service my car. The manager wrote "DO NOT SERVICE 20 COUPON" in the computer system. This was embarrassing and wrong and if I was going to be banned the manager never had to service my car in the first place and he could have been man enough to tell me not to come back and not put that responsibility on the workers. I can't believe I was banned for using a coupon. I contacted the corporate office. Here is their unacceptable response: M, Charles Charles.M@teamlucor.com date: Wed, Jan 25, 2017 at 8:37 AM "I have contacted that store and spoke to the General Manager and asst. manager and they are unaware of the situation or of having banned anyone. women beware, my wife went here for her last oil change and they put in a smaller filter, they also tried to get her to get services done she didn't need. I had just flushed and refilled her steering, brake and radiator. the tech told her all the fluids were bad, I double checked as soon as I came back from a long project out of state, fluids were fine. I was in the middle of a long drive from Massachusetts to California and badly needed an oil change. I found this place on Yelp, and was hesitant to go because I usually pay around $25 for an oil change back home, and Jiffy Lube charges around $45-$50 minimum. I didn't have any choice, however, so I pulled in and everyone there was so nice. When I told the gentleman that seemed to be the manager that I was in the Navy and en route to California, he offered me a military discount which helped tremendously as I was not expecting the expense. What stood out the most, honestly, was how friendly and courteous all the employees were. I was thanked by each one for my business as I left. I've come here twice now for an oil change and I'll continue to return. They're nothing but professional and great, and I've never felt pressured to purchase anything that isn't needed. In fact, they show me my air filter and explain to me why it doesn't need to be changed yet. Maybe it's because I already get full synthetic in my car, but I'm leaning towards that if they tell you that something needs to be changed in your car, it just does. My ex is a mechanic, so I'm always on my guard about mechanics trying to pull one over on a woman. I don't get that vibe here. I learned today that you can't go to Autozone/auto part stores anymore to have them add freon to AC unit due to new rules/regulations. I looked into this, & sure enough, it's true. So, I was referred to Jiffy Lube in Bellevue. In past, I've not been a fan of this Jiffy Lube, however, it'd been ovr decade since my last experience. And bc I was desperate for cool air in my car (which was blowing at 110degrees!!) I arrived at Jiffy Lube, & was greeted by Cody. He not only was super nice & attentive, he listened & explained to me all kinds of scenarios that could be happening, like low freon? A leak? Worse case scenario, a new AC unit! Eek! I freaked of the thought that I may nd new AC, but Cody had a calmness. And he assured me he & the team would do their BEST to solve the mystery. Idk if freon was all I needed, but l'll kno within 30days. If no leak, Cody said I get reimbursed half for what I paid for services done today. We shall see, but in meantime, I wanted to share my pleasant experience w/ Cody & staff. I learned interesting/helpful facts.
