Charles, Johan, and Russell thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle! They drove my car into the bay for me got my oil changed very quickly. Suggested I change the rear differential fluid, and explained why. I agreed, I also had them replace the cabin filter in my vehicle, which I'm glad they did because it was dirty! As a female, it's scary going into places like these in fear of being taken advantage of. However, these guys were honest and very knowledgeable. I've never been in and out of a shop so quick! I try to avoid leaving one star reviews, but sometimes you just can't avoid it. I have been to this place a couple of times out of sheer convenience. My "regular" place had a line 7 deep for an oil change, but I was able to drive right into Jiffy Lube. I pulled into the bay, they confirmed which oil I wanted to use and asked if I would like the coolant topped off for six dollars. I was kind of surprised that there was a charge, especially six dollars and they hadn't even checked the coolant level yet. I confirmed I wanted the coolant topped off and also asked if they would check the wiper blades. When they were done with the oil change, it took two employees to figure out how to properly shut the hood. They approached the window and asked me how I was going to pay. I said Credit Card and then asked "did you check the wiper blades"? He says "oh, my bad" and proceeds to check the wiper blades, telling me that the driver side blade needs to be replaced. It took three employees to figure out how to put the new blade back on. When they were finished for the second time, he told me he would be right back with my receipt and the sticker for the window. After a few minutes, another employee told me to start the car and pull out of the bay. I pulled out, and informed him I was still waiting for my receipt. After about 10 minutes, and frustrated with the whole experience, I left. On the drive home, I wanted to check the new wiper blade and much to my surprise, the windshield washer fluid was completely empty. I thought this was something that they topped off automatically when they did your oil change. Maybe there is a charge for that now too. Who knows? When I got home and went to fill the windshield washer fluid, I discovered that the coolant level was low and was never topped off. All in all, a very disappointing experience and Jiffy Lube is definitely not a "well oiled machine". I chose convenience over quality and paid the price. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would! I took my dad's car for an oil change on June 13, 2025. There is no oil in the car now. I have had to take it to another place to have it looked at because they were not opened when the oil light came on. The other shop showed me the stripped bolt where the oil is leaking out. This should not have happened. This a costly mistake on Jiffy Lube and their technician. A cost that my 81 year-old father cannot afford. read more

I called the day before to see if they do power steering flush in my car I got yes Go in and they start doing my my car not even 5 mins a girl comes to me trying to explain they can't do it I have to get my break fluid done instead mumbling unclear so I said can I speak to the mechanic so they can explain she gave attitude tried to speak over the mechanic so I asked her to please be quiet so I can take in what he's saying she walked off and said you got attitude . Then her female coworker comes in looks me up and down a walks out. Very unprofessional here I should have known when there were any cars there. read more

I went there to get my brakes checked and after Candi claimed they will look at them and see what needs to be done she quoted me $1000! I was being told 2 different things from 2 different people Candi and Tania. Who they said aren't mechanics. I came back and asked to speak to someone different and Candi was so unprofessional and disrespectful! She rolled her eyes at me and after I told her don't do that she did it again to provoke me! She even tried to fight me! I later talked to Rick, super nice guy and I heard from him and a mechanic they said my brakes were good. Didn't need to be done. They didn't even go to the mechanics about it either! Just trying to charge me for no reason! I wasn't gonna come back cause Candi which I believe should be fired for how she was acting but I suggest no one comes to this location. read more
