I took my car into this location for the first time yesterday for a standard oil change. What I ended up getting was a broken car seat recline button, and smoke pouring out of my hood that I get to breath in on my way to afrom work. I hope this is just an oil overflow situation where it just needs time to burn off, but I'll need to have it checked out if it doesn't resolve itself in the next day or so. Very disappointed with their shoddy workmanship and will definitely not be returning to Jiffy Lube. P.S. My side car bay only one car moved. 3 additional cars came after me on left and were serviced and done. Still no communication of any kind. Ridiculously bad customer service. I've had a lot of oil changes with cars over the years, but I was very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of this Jiffy Lube. I had bought a Groupon for full synthetic for my wife's car since I don't drive it a lot I make sure she has oil changes that last for a while. The location was right on the corner of a shopping plaza so easy to see and pulled right in this morning and was welcomed. Gave them the Groupon and also the brand oil filter I brought since I have experienced issues with aftermarket filters. No problem, the took around 10 minutes at the most to do the oil change, top off and / or checked the fluids and air in the tires. Waiting area had a lot of comfy seats, free coffee and water and tv. My car had been suffering from decreased engine power for a some time. I took it to Jiffy Lube to get it diagnosed and have the oil and oil filter changed. I was helped by Joe, who was amazingly helpful and informative. He advised me that it would be a good idea to change my transmission fluid because the fluid in my car was fully oxidized and old. I opted in to have the transmission fluid changed along with the oil and I must say- my car feels like it did the day I first bought it! The engine has sprung back to life and my ol' car has that torque back that I'd have been missing! Quick service! I was in and out in basically 45 minutes. If you're looking for fast, reliable, honest opinion - definitely stop by the Jiffy Lube on the corner of Devonshire and Reseda. I recently just got my oil changed at this location mechanic said I needed other stuff to be fixed and I ended paying $230 for these things to fixed my car was perfectly fine when I went to take it in to get only an oil change as soon as they were done fixing everything I drove home and my car started to shake and both my check engine lights went off Luis and his employees were no help fixing my car when it was completely there fault my car had no issues when I took it in. They had me go back and forth to different location to see if they could fix those engin lights and were no help they ended sending me back to this location I am very upset I tried contacting main guy in charge and emailed him waiting for him to get back to me this is not fair for my money to be taken from me and makeing me pay more money to get my car fixed when they were responsible for both my engine lights coming on ! read more

Workers were talking half the time and joking around, when they could have been doing my oil change more efficiently. Came today for a quick lyft inspection. After being rudely rejected at the Reseda location a mile away. I understand this is probably the less expensive service they offer but the way you build your customer's base is by being polite and helpful. I've been before but since covid I didn't realize it changed to a drive up and sit in the car deal. I had planned to go to the store while I waited but that didn't happen. It was finally my turn. The guy says a bunch of stuff that I can barely understand because of the mask and I'm already annoyed that I've been waiting so I agreed to it. I didn't realize he was recommending I pay for the most expensive oil change I've ever experienced. I ended up paying almost $85 for the platinum oil... Wtf do I want with $85 oil? I'm driving a mfing Subaru Forester! The worst part of it all is I had to sit there and listen to him be all buddy buddy with the guy before me and hear him talk about how he gave him a deal on his oil change... He was extremely knowledgeable about what my car needed and he was able to educate me on my vehicle, car tires, etc. I am new to the state and unknowledgeable with caring for cars.
