It was time for a much needed oil change. I've always hated going to get an oil change because the employees usually try to rip me off. I was going to wait for my dad to come with me but I decided to go alone. Efrein helped me out. He pulled up my last service data and decided to do the same. I told him my tires needed air and hw told me they would service them. He was super helpful. The total oil change happened in about 15-20mins. During the wait I checked in to Yelp and was offered a $20 off coupon. After the service was complete Efrein helped me reset the oil life on the dashboard of my car. Overall the service was really great and I felt comfortable the whole time. I will definitely keep coming to this location in the future. read more

I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for years. A few days ago, I went there to get an oil change on my work van. While sitting in the van during the oil change, one of the employees said to me that my front brake pads were down to 10%. He said they could replace them for a decent price, but he then told me I should consider replacing the wheel rotors as well. He said that they didn't have the tools to turn the rotors and repair them, in case they were damaged, so he recommended just buying new rotors. I declined the service, and took the van to a tire shop two days later. The tire shop refused to change my brake pads because I had 90% left on the pads! I emptied my entire van (which took a lot of my time), so I could take it to the tire shop. Thanks Jiffy Lube guys, for wasting a lot of my time because of your dishonesty!! I was apprehensive about taking my vehicle for an oil change here. I had a horrible experience in the past with Jiffy Lube. But it was Presidents' Day, and the shop where I usually take my vehicle was closed. I decided to give Jiffy Lube a chance at redemption. I took my vehicle here at approximately 9 am. A gentleman named Rigo welcomed me to the location. I told him exactly what I needed, and he said they would take care of it. He led me to the lobby and told me if I needed anything to please feel free to let him know. The lobby was immaculate and had a television for customers. The price was also reasonable for an oil change with synthetic oil; no complaints. What tipped the scale into a positive experience and encouraged me to visit this location next time was their customer service. Rigo was a true gentleman and a class act. He was polite, professional, and down to earth. He even parked the car for me so that as soon as I walked out the lobby door, it was ready for me to go. The whole process took less than 25 minutes. Came here to get my oil changed because my coolant light kept coming on & Guillermo & Rigo helped me out gave me a discount and got my car on its way they were pretty knowledgeable and quick and answered all my questions I had since my car kept making a weird noise everytime I would start it . The price they charged are unbeatable I went to valvoline prior to visiting them here today and they wanted to charge me 180$ plus to add coolant . I'm very happy with my decision read more

I'm totally diggin' this, "Stay in Your Car" trend while shops change your oil and do minor, quick maintenance fixes (thanks COVID-19). I also never believe they will complete everything in 15 minutes...but alas they prove me wrong every time (because of course, I time them) I've been to many Jiffy Lube locations, and this location is one of the better ones, but not the best one I've been a customer at. The lead mechanic Edwin, who I interacted with the most, was very professional, nice, and easy to deal with. He did not try and upsell me, but rather asked me if there were any additional services I would be needing besides my oil change. He gets major brownie points for this right here alone. I've worked in retail before where upselling clients was not an option, it was a requirement if I wanted to keep my job, and I hated doing it. I don't see anything wrong with offering the current specials or whatnot, but don't try and sell me 4 new tires when I just came in for an oil change. So, bravo to Edwin for doing this. I also came in as a member of the platform CarAdvise offered through Uber for their fleet drivers which provides a certain discount on my oil change. Now, I will admit, CarAdvise is not the easiest or most streamlined platform out there -- and they can make a mistake (or 3) every now then (which they did this time, but fixed everything in the end). Edwin spoke with a CarAdvise representation several times in order to resolve the payment issue we were having and handled everything with professionalism and ease. Had it been me, I don't think it would have gone as smoothly, then again, that's why I don't work in retail anymore. The one-star deduction is for Edwin's lack of communicating to me the service comments he added to my invoice and marking that I declined a cabin air filter check. Under the service comments, he stated that my "engine oil leaks on arrival" and my "skid plate missing screw pts" The first comment, at least for me, seems like something that's fairly important to relay to the owner of a car, am I right? Was my car leaking as I left the shop I wonder? Do I need to go to my dealership or a full-service shop for additional services? The second comment is some foreign car language unknown to me and I had, and still have, absolutely no idea if my skid plates are still missing screws, if he replaced them, etc. Nor do I know what a skid plate is, besides sounding like a protective pad one would put inside their underwear. I called the shop to follow-up later on that day, but Edwin was not available. I have to take my car to the dealership for a squealing noise now anyway, so I will have them look into these two issues rather than bring the car back to JL. And if you didn't offer a service to me, don't mark down I declined your non-existent offer. It just looks shady and it made you look like you were rushing to beat that 15-minute timer you had tickin' away in the back. I'm all above quick service, but I'd rather have quality service when it comes to something I've paid over $10,000 for. All in all, I was satisfied with my experience at location number 3243 and would most likely bring my car back for future oil changes due to the very competitive pricing they offer, fast and efficient service, and the awesome Groupon's Jiffy Lube offers. But, I will for sure review my invoice prior to leaving the shop to make sure there wasn't a note about a lugnut being loose on one of my tires (which could end really, really bad) and to make sure all necessary fixes and been offered and completed. read more
