I love this jiffy lube. I just got done with an oil change and air filters replaced. They checked my tires for me also because I just got brand new tires and one was low. They aired me up and answered all of my questions and even gave me great advice on keeping mice away because apparently one made a nest in my engine area!!!!! Freaking excellent service and super friendly staff. They are more expensive than the service centers in mccleary (where I live) but I come here specifically because of the service. I would take my car maintenance and repair needs to this Jiffy Lube without hesitation. This is an honest business with an experienced crew. I had oil change there a a couple of months ago. They left me with a very good impression. So, yesterday, when I needed a mechanic to find and get rid of the noise coming out of a wheel, I took my car to this business. They found a rock inside the brake drum and removed it. What's more, they told me the service was free. They said they routinely provide some free services to customers. Great, friendly service! And super fast too! I was planning for it to take a half an hour at least and I was out of there in 20 minutes flat. While I appreciate the information about other services I need, I can't help but feel the up-sell is a bit much, but I know that's a "Jiffy Lube" thing, and not this location in particular. I did feel that the pressure was "soft", so it wasn't uncomfortable to pass for now and wait for my regular mechanic to check the other maintenance "issues". I paid $140 for an oil change & $30 for an air filter. Not cheap, but great service and seems like a fair value for the service. read more

Nate is incredible! Erin is a super professional and really nice too! My old RV was way overheated, I just pulled in wouldn't have made it home. They jumped right in, helped figure out how to get at the motor and found a shredded fan belt. Of course they don't carry those but they kept looking until they found one, nor are they diesel specialists but they fixed me up, got my dog a drink of water, and I thought it would cost big bucks but it was under $100; Nate scanned two coupons to help out! Great, great, great. Women doing mechanical work?? EXCELLENT!! The automotive world has quite the reputation of not treating women like they know very much, but this team absolutely breaks that image. The ladies (and the gent I saw out there!) were fast, friendly, obviously knew what they were doing and still treated me like I might know a thing or two as well. Props to Hevyn, she is the one who helped me out. Honest, no exaggerated up-sells (my coolant was low and needed to be filled, but she didn't push me to pay them to do it since I knew I had some at home). When they were out of the product I needed she upgraded me at no charge. Straight up! No trying to push me into a higher choice, just went ahead and upgraded me. Amazing military discount. I was in and out in under 30 minutes (even with two customers ahead of me), interior vacuumed and windows cleaned. And it wasn't just me; I watched her treat both the gentlemen ahead of me just as kindly. Props to the rest of the team as well out in the shop! Before going to this shop, I went online and reviewed the lowest ratings to see the types of things that they were being judged on. I also looked at reviews for other shops in Olympia. I decided to go with this shop. I called and spoke with Elijah, the assistant manager, got an estimate of the cost to change the oil in my differentials and transfer case. I drove in and they got right on it and were done in less than a half hour. When Elijah was ringing up the total, asked me if I was over 65, I am, so I got a 20% senior discount that I was totally unaware of. Wahoo! As they were doing the job, the pit man was calling out what he was seeing and I received ongoing reports of what they were finding. This gave me information about my vehicle that I didn't know, and the opportunity to say yea or nay to additional services. I appreciated the thorough service I received. Good Job! read more

Service was good, however a basic oil change here was $47! Midas down the road is $30 and often has a $10 off coupon. Same service, not worth that much more. 2/29/16 Update: customer service responded and said that there are often coupons on their website and Groupon. I checked and there was nothing on Groupon and your website coupon for $10 off brings it to $37, still $17 more than Midas for the same service. Plus you don't take appointments. read more

Good implementation of technology that showed exactly what my car needed and gave me a variety of choices about what services I wanted. No high pressure sell tactics, free wifi and TV for the kids. While they didn't carry the oil or air filter we needed for my husband's BMW X5 Turbo Diesel we chose to order it to our home and go back to this Jiffy Lube to have the work done because they were so great!!! What I had read in Yelp reviews was true. Nate was friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. He does indeed love Hondas and made me feel great about my older rare CR-V with manual transmission. He diagnosed my dead and noisy catalytic converter, which they don't work on there, and spent several minutes educating me that the car would still run fine and what my options would likely be for replacing the unit elsewhere. All this attention for the price of a basic, no-frills oil change. He made me feel so welcome and appreciated, and I will go back there again and recommend this location to others! read more

If you know you want to be taken advantage of this is your place. My young teenaged son took his car in and was told he "needed" every add on possible! So impressionable and trusting he believed the tech. Now I get the need to up sell but this was ridiculous! 118.00 later my son drives away and is now broke. 55.00 for an additive that is 3.00 at the auto zone. I've been using Jiffy Lube for years and have been happy but all of a sudden I can't get decent service at all. I had started using the Jiffy Lube in Yelm but the last time I was there getting a service on my Isuzu Trooper they messed up my air filter and tried to sell me a bulb and wipers when I knew my lights were all working and had just put on brand new wipers earlier that day. I then went to a different Jiffy Lube on Pacific Avenue in Lacey with my Chevy Astro van and had to darned near get angry at the guy because he was pushing so hard on upsells. Then I get home and pull the van into my shop to do a brake job and when I pull the wheels and tires I see that the zerks on my ball joints and steering linkage are all dry and covered with dirt and sand. I go and grab the paperwork and in the column for lube it say "sealed". Now how in the heck can I ever go to a Jiffy Lube again and trust them? Looks to me like I'm back to doing my own services. read more

Had a great experience yesterday taking our overheating decrepit Jeep Cherokee into this Jiffy Lube location. Not the usual kind of thing to take to Jiffy Lube but gave it a try on the spur of the moment. Erin diagnosed the problem in a polite, knowledgable, and efficient manner, and threw in several services for free into an $89 radiator flush which appears to have (temporarily, at least) addressed the problem. I recently needed my oil changed. Jiffy lube has been doing mine for 417k miles on my 1999 ford ranger and most locations do a pretty good job. The guys at this location were extra helpful, as I had a coolant leak and they took the time to locate it, point me to an auto part store and encourage me to make the easy fix myself. Im sure they saved me at least a couple hundred dollars by not taking it to a shop. This was especially helpful, as my wallet was quite drained at the time. Thanks Guys! read more
