I want to thank Luis and his Jiffy Lube team for being so helpful and professional with my situation. I called this location in regards to my vehicle leaking oil everyday since it was last serviced at a Jiffy Lube location in Agora Hills. Knowing that some Jiffy Lubes are independently owned I did not want to give up on one of my favorite auto repair shops for the past 10 years, however after speaking with Luis it was plainly obvious that the Agora Hills location had done a horrible job. Without out bad mouthing the other mechanics Luis the on duty supervisor was nice enough to let me come in without an appointment, check the vehicle, and fix the problem that Agora Hills failed to do properly the first time, which was to lock my oil gasket correctly. Luckily Luis diagnosed my issue correctly which could have resulted in a major vehicle issue. Thanks for the can do attitude your team showed as they completed the repair at no additional cost. The entire team and the manager (Ahmad) were the utmost professionals! Ahmad came up to me that they could not remove the oil filter for the oil change. Because of that, they changed my oil anyway and they DID NOT CHARGE me for the service even though I got fresh oil. They sent me an email of their findings so I can show that to the company I had the oil change done prior to me coming to Jiffy Lube. Got my oil changed on July 3. Took the car home and parked it. My son went to drive it on July 7 and oil gushed out of it. Towed it to a mechanic to find that they never took of the old gasket for the oil filter. So it had 2 gaskets. Cost me $100 plus 2 tows and my lost time. Stopped in yesterday (Sunday) at 15:52 and was out of there by 16:32. I've used Jiffy Lube close to my home/work and heard some sketchy stories recently about other Jiffy Lube's trying to up-sell customers and not really completing the service they just sold the customer, but fortunately I didn't experience this here. When I arrived there was one car in one of the bay's and three people working. I was greeted by Alex, a tall young lady that was working with the other gentleman (Michael O. and Zhamrock C.). I informed her that my oil is low and that it needs to be changed. I asked if she could look up the last time I did a tire rotation in the computer (I'm a loyal customer of the Jiffy Lube location in Anaheim on Lincoln); she checked and informed it had been a while. I asked to add this service on and she did. I'll admit, I did kind of peak and watch through the glass every now and again to see that they were actually changing my oil and rotating my tires. I saw Zhamrock C. squeegee my windshield, I heard someone vacuuming and confirmed later that they vacuumed my car mats which is more than my go-to Jiffy Lube does back home. About halfway through they moved my car into another lane to work on the tire rotation. After hearing the impact gun go off a couple times I realized my lug nuts had a lock on them and ran outside to tell the Michael O. this and he said, "I know" and showed me the key. Whether that was the key from my middle console or just one they have lying around, I'm not sure, but he had it. As Alex was running the final bill for service I noticed they sold windshield wipers and asked if they could replace mine. She said no problem and had the senior tech install them for me. I also asked if I could borrow a plug to charge my phone in the waiting room and Alex kindly lent me theirs. I searched online for a coupon and also there was a $12 coupon for checking in on Yelp and Alex honored the coupon (both were about the same discount). I checked the time I got in my car and took off and it was a total of 40 minutes, but it would've been sooner than that had I asked for the windshield wipers to be changed up front. Amazing - went in late on Saturday needing a battery change. My car was stranded 2 blocks away. Manny was attentive to my situation and offered to take me to my car and install a new battery. Whilst "off the clock" he drove me to my car in his personal vehicle and installed the battery with his personal tools. I have never had such amazing customer service. He is a true asset to Jiffy Lube and goes above and went above and beyond to ensure I could get home. Furthermore, he is a veteran - thank you for your service Manny. 1000 miles (about 1 month) after getting my oil changed at this Jiffy lube my car had a massive oil leak which had my car sitting in a pool of its own motor oil at a gas station. I had the car towed to an independent mechanic, as I didn't know the cause of the oil leak. It turns out that the drain plug was out of the oil pan drain. The mechanic put the drain plug and new oil in and no more oil leak. I approached the Jiffy lube manager and told him the situation and he refused to pay for the cost of the mechanic's repair or refund my service. I went to Jiffy lube customer service and they refused as well. They said that there were leaks noted on my engine and transmission on inspection, absolving them of any responsibility. That my engine might have a few leaks may be true, but THAT DOESN'T CAUSE THE DRAIN PLUG TO FALL OUT AND CAUSE A MASSIVE OIL LEAK! I should have known better than to go to Jiffy lube. An oil change is such a simple task, but it's too much to ask from these incompetent, greedy, and irresponsible wannabe mechanics. I will never trust them with any auto mechanical job again. Not only do they not know what they're doing, they'll do anything they can to avoid any responsibility for their own mistakes. I recommend no one go to them. I was at the Ontario Mills Mall and went to Jiffy Lube in the mills today for an oil change with a coupon. At first the employee said the coupon was only for a full synthetic oil change that was wrong. I read the coupon and it said for conventional oil change also and I showed him. They must have look and analyzed the coupon for five minutes then told me it was not good at there store because it was located in a different area. That made no sense. I said ok whatever. I will never go back and next time I'm going to Walmart. read more

Came in on sunday for oil change seemed great and fast however there is engine oil nearly everywhere once i got my car back. Even in my windshield! My car now leaks oil and it's gonna be a headache to figure it out. I came in and everyone seemed friendly I was greeted by Alex. Then as I pulled up and popped the hood Hayden broke the dip stick and visibly got frustrated and threw a tantrum. Soon after Richard came over and executed the oil change and all the time no one made mention of what they were going to do to resolve my broken dip stick. It took me paying and them to be asked to explain that my dip stick has melted into the hole. I am not pleased with the service and the attitude by Hayden. Great service and people. Went in for just an oil change and they topped off all fluids and vacuumed the front off my my car floors. They had me in and out with a quickness plus hooked it up with a $10 coupon. Definitely coming back. This review is way overdue but I just wanted to say that I have come to this Jiffy lube for a couple of months now and I'm so happy. Luis is the manager and he has been so helpful with informing me on my cars needs. I trust his recommendations and my car has been running great since. My last visit I was helped by Mathew and Ponce. They were so nice and explained the whole process of my service. Mathew and Ponce topped my fluids off which is something my car dealer only offers on occasion. I've been coming a about a year or so to this location. It is close to work and honestly I never really have had any issues. I just came to get a headlight replaced. I guess since I didn't get an oil change they decided not to check my tire pressure. We visit your Jiffy Lube in Ontario Mills, CA for the first time. I have a $15 off coupon from the jiffy lube website. We do a premium fill synthetic oil change the Service Manager. When its done, I am ready to pay and I saw your note that get the $15 off the service if the Service Manager did not ask for my email. But when I bring it up to her, she said its for the next visit? How? And that time she just ask if I want to put my email, and I said no, after I brought it up. When I said there no note saying the $15 off for the next visit on the pamphlet, and she told another lame excuse that I already had the $15 coupon, and she cannot stacked it up? It should not be an excuse? I know its only $15 and I already got coupon, but this is principle that the Service Manager didn't honor youown company ad? And the worst thing after its done and we drove, the engine got smoked and smell burned, I had to pull out at Foothill Blvd, location to check them? Actually the Ontario Mills location put the cap backwards, the switch its not placed deep enough and there oil spill on the carburetor, thats why its got burned, so the Foothill location fix and clean them up. I'm very upset, after visiting there a few weeks ago I found the plate under my car was missing a piece and is now hanging down, and two of my tires are missing their air caps- who knows what else they cut corners on if they did this. This is very sloppy work and now I will have to go to my dealer anyway to have these issues fixed - the whole reason I went to jiffy lube was because I didn't have time to go to the dealer and is a mistake I'll never make again. read more

this jiffy lube is by far the worst of its franchises and should be investigated for fraud. i took in my 2019 dodge deisel for a simple feul filter change and the rookie who worked on my truck did something to where it no longer starts up and to top it off, their worthless manager marcus knows just as much as his rookies and will not even take my calls . he has his employees lie for him which surprisingly they even suck at that. this store is definitely up to no good and should be investigated possibly even shut down but at the least it needs new management asap. read more

Horrible! Took my mom vehicle to get oil checked out they recommended just topping off the fluid and to come back and get an oil change in 800 miles. This morning when she went to drive her car she noticed the vehicle was smoking. Come to find out they didn't put the cap back on to cover the oil area. So now the engine area has oil everywhere. Jiffy Lube employee drove my car onto the sidewalk! When I first drove up to their service bay, the manager (Jimmy) asked an employee to read my mileage. The employee told him - it was a little over 3000 miles. Jimmy said, "that's impossible, it's brand new". Okay, if it was brand new and didn't have 3000+ miles, why the f**k would I be there for an oil change? The employees stood around gawking at my car, pestering me with questions about it's horsepower and how much it cost. Instead of getting to work, the employees were bickering over who would drive it out of the bay when it was finished. I should have left at this point. After they finished changing my oil, Winston drove my car from the service area as I stood outside watching him. What's really messed up is that he knew I was watching him. No joke, Winston sped out of the bay and squealed wheels making a U-turn into the side parking lot. Turning into a parking space, he drove the front end of my car onto the sidewalk, less than ten feet from where I was standing. The front fascia/ground effects scraped the concrete. Winston opened the door with an Erkel-like facial expression and asked, "Did I scratch it?". I wanted to snap his neck. I snatched the keys from his hand and stormed inside while Winston ducked into the service bay. No one stepped up to handle the situation. Instead, I was handed a cellphone to speak with the owner. No apologies. I had to struggle to get his contact information. As I exited, Winston sarcastically called out, "have a nice day". The job market is loaded with hardworking applicants and Jiffy Lube hired this disrespectful piece of garbage. The franchisee dodged my calls for a week so I contacted my insurance company and they pursued a claim. After a few months, I finally received a check from their insurance company to cover my deductible. Stay away from Jiffy Lube on Mills Circle, their lack of respect starts at the top and trickles down to every worthless employee. read more

I've been coming to this location for a while now and never had any problems. Today I came on my lunch break to get an oil change and everything seemed to be fine, drove off with no issues. I proceed to get a smog check later in the day. They car smog place shows me a giant rubber piece inside the hood, sitting on top of the engine, that is supposed to be attached to the top inside of the hood. As far as I know, that piece was attached when I got to jiffy lube. So the car smog guy is telling me to go back to jiffy lube and show them the problem and have them fix it. So I drove over to jiffy lube and show them. The chick who helped me earlier in the day, acts like she doesn't know what the hell I'm talking about and actually seems to immediately get defensive. Then they guy who actually did the oil change comes over and says "it was already like that". Ummmm ok....so why didn't anyone tell me? Clearly I didn't know it wasn't freakin attached!!! He's like, well I tried to put it back but I guess it fell off again, it was already like that though. Total asshole. BTW he's the assistant manager. So I'm just standing there....waiting for something, anything, and finally he's like, well I'll go see if there's anything I can find to attach it. Well thanks dude.
