This location is great! The customer service here is awesome, everyone was very kind and helpful. Some locations will try to upsell but this was not the impression I got at this location. Above and beyond in terms of efficiency, transparency, and communication. They even taught me a little bit about the new tires I got a few years ago which was helpful for me to know! I received an oil change today. It was approximately 114 degrees and the ac in the waiting room was out. There was not one fan and it was cooler outside than in waiting room. The service was amazing but the customers and employees had nowhere to go to have a reprieve from the heat. It was horrible. Not one fan in the waiting room. I was miserable and am sure the employees were even more miserable. Not even during a break did the employees have somewhere to cool down. It was cooler outside. So horrible. The only reason I would go back was the service. This was inhumane!! What a horrible company!!!! read more

These gentleman were very professional & well knowledgeable & didn't push any extra services on me. I called the day before I actually showed up and got service... The person on the phone was very very helpful and gave me a rundown of how Jiffy Lube works...(I wish I could remember his name because he was very helpful and after talking with him I made the decision to definitely visit this Jiffy Lube... I think it was Ramon or another name starting with an R) It was a nice informative conversation nothing pushy or rude at all. Very thorough! I asked when was the latest I could bring in my car & he very enthusiastically said 6:59pm...they close at 7pm... I was happy to hear that it was viewed favorably to arrive even a minute before they close & they'll happily service your car. Way to make people feel welcomed & comfortable! Keep him on the phones! Once I pulled in I was greeted by José and he explained many things to me and answered my questions...It was great that he treated my questions with importance & I didn't feel like I was asking stupid female questions...if you're a female (even if you have car knowledge) & you've ever asked a mechanic a question, you know what I mean...hahaha...they don't have that attitude here...Yay! He then showed me several options on the computer screen... The recommended options and the basic options and the manufacturers recommendation as well... There was no hard sell to upsell me on anything... I just felt really informed and was given the opportunity to make the decision for myself... He then showed me what other services they offer and when the next services should be done in the future... Very helpful! Thank you José... The oil change service was done within 30 minutes of me pulling up to their Service Bay...that's a great thing when in this day and age we don't have time for anything... I am really happy I went there because I didn't have to wait an hour or two hours or drop off the car and come back later and all that mumbo-jumbo... There is even a nice waiting area outside so, if you like to be outdoors, there is that option for you...I like it too... And it's a really nice time of year to take advantage of that... There's also a waiting room inside with coffee and water...no frills...but hey you're not going to be there for very long anyways! The service included oil change and vacuuming carpets and filling fluids and air in the tires... They even have a top off service that I just found out about... What you do is come in within 3000 miles of your last service and they will top off your oil, and other fluids & vacuum & air up your tires, if I heard it all correctly... Rudy did the checkout process and he was very pleasant and seemed happy to have me as a client as well as the next people that were walking in the door...Thank You Rudy for enjoying your job & doing your best to earn a customer! I can see why this location has more stars than the other locations! Well, I don't really know about the other locations... Time management is a issue, I stopped a couple weeks ago got a service on my rig, was there a hour, they didn't put the mileage sticker or reset trip miles. I have called two times and was told they were to busy to type in a license plate number and look up service mileage Just stopped by 5 cars in the bay busy I get it asked if he could look it up for me he said he couldn't he was to busy. Maybe I'm confused on how a oil service line works three times told to busy to do a 30 second reference due to the lack of preparation on your part. Has now become my problem! read more

This is the worst vehicle repair store you can go to. They manipulated me into switching out the suspension on the entire vehicle. They charged me top dollar for service but gave me cheap basic parts that didn't last one week. This store is not in rolled in the warranty program and they provide false information. If they tell you they are going to give you a discount on parts that just means they are giving you crappy parts. Now they are trying to charge me for a problem that they gave me. Worse of the worse, course, cold and confrontational. In line 15 minutes before any other cars and they took the car behind me first. When pointing out to employee he asked the other employees who was first, questioning whether who was first when all he had to do is ask the car behind me, and now beside me in the bay, if in fact he was behind me in line as he was. I'm certainly not waiting an additional 30 minutes on someone situated behind me in the first place. Why would I EVER give my business to someone so rude and confrontational? We stopped by today to get an oil change and air in our tires. The guys working were super busy and every bay was full, which would make you think that it would take a long time to get help. It was the complete opposite, all the guys working were super friendly, thorough, and helpful! They even told my husband that because we got the higher quality oil at our last visit, we didn't need an oil change this time. They filled up our tires and didn't charge us a thing. This place is an awful place to take your car. They changed my oil and charged me 25.00 for one extra quart of oil. Then they said my air filter, which was recently changed needed changed again. The worst part was when they said I needed New Back Brakes. The Brakes in front are new and he back ones have 30% wear on them according to another auto shop. These are bad people who I'm sure are taking advantage of unsuspecting older people. Unfortunately they are a Franchise so trying to call the regional manager won't go very far in fixing these assholes. read more
