This was really a disgraceful visit. We go with a coupon and we're going to have our Trans fluid changed and they gave us the price which after the coupon still was hight when the Tax figured in but we needed to have it done. So we are there sitting for about 25 minutes and a Tech comes and says they can't do it the cap is too tight. No resolution no nothing just a sorry and he walked away. As we were driving away, I realized he didn't give us our coupon back so my husband back to ask for it and all of them were doing nothing and smoking cigarettes. They just didn't wanna do the job. This was 10/07/2018 at 11:52 a.m. They lost 245.24 so we went to our regular Jiffy Lube in Ave S and 25th East and they did the job in less than 30 minutes and there was no issue with the cap. I took my van in to S and 25th once and just had to find a better jiffy so I came in to this one. Manager there is very helpful and knows how to treat a customer. I know my vehicle takes full synthetic oil so I know the 24.99 dollar change doesn't apply. I've seen reviews with complaints about price but in reality that is for reg base oil and not for most new vehicles that require a half or full synthetic. My first time coming here. I didn't read yelp's reviews before I went. To my surprise, it was actually a pretty pleasant experience, unlike what the other reviews have stated. The technicians were friendly and kind. They let you know what kind of services they had performed, and reminded you of parts that needed to be concerned about. About the price, I paid a total of $28.89. Well, they didn't include the $3 hazardous waste charge on their advertised price, plus tax. Rip off! I asked for the cheapest oil change they had and they said it was $40. After it was done, I saw the sign on the wall that said $24 for an oil change. I asked why I was charged more when I specifically asked for the cheapest oil change. He said you have to specifically request the cheapest oil hangs by using the words "basic oil change." Rip off! This place is totally ripoff now, they got a compete new stuff who are less than friendly. I usually bring my own oil and filter and would normally pay $20 out the door for labor, now they charge you for a full service oil change even if you bring your own stuff. When I asked about the old staff they said they were stealing from business by charing people cheaper prices. read more

Just had an amazing thing happen. Took my Scion in for an oil change. I've had the car for five months and wasn't sure when the last oil change had been done, but I have put almost 2,000 miles on it since I got it. Mind you, the car is driven only once a week. Well, the attendant at this Jiffy Lube called me out to show me that my oil is still clean. Very clean. He said the air filters are clean, too. In fact, I didn't need an oil change. He said they'd do one if I wanted, but I should know that it wasn't needed. He told me to come back after another 2,600 miles or so. Can you believe that? With that kind of candor, they'll be getting my future business for sure! read more

I bring many of my vehicles here. They have nice staff who will tend to you quickly. I'm usually in and out of there within 10-20 minutes for an oil change. Not sure about repairs since I have my own mechanic for that but as far as quick oil changes I would definitely recommend this place. read more

The staff is very informative and let you know ahead of time of what the vehicle needs. Overall the actual mechanic work and repair done on my car is actually really good. I've never had any issues with any repairs or services done to my car. They've always been really fast, efficient and decent price. My only complaint is using their coupons. I just spent 10 minutes arguing was a mechanic over the wording of the coupons. By law businesses have to follow advertised pricing and coupon. I was trying to use a 10% off additional services. Only exclusion on that coupon states that I am not able to combine with any other offer and it is not available to use towards any repairs or brake work. I wanted to use this 10% towards a regular oil change, because now military discount only applies to the higher end oil change. But the jerk mechanic kept trying to argue and tell me that it's only if I get any recommended manufacturer servicing. But no where stated on their website or on the coupon that that 10% sent off has to be used towards any recommended repairs. So as I'm trying to show the mechanic what it said on the website he is sitting there huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes. Then he points to another customer and says she came in and use the coupon and didn't argue with me you were the only one arguing with me. Like really dude? What happens to the customer is always right? Especially when I didn't even lose my cool or get irritated and tell this guy started rolling his eyes at me. They really should have their mechanics take a class in customer service because overall that just ruined my experience and I highly doubt I'll be going back to Jiffy Lube for any more services there. I'm not going to waste my time and argue with somebody over wording of the coupon. I am a very literal person and I see things Black and white. I pride myself and saving every penny and every dollar. You can call me a coupon queen. So either they need to reword their coupons or they need to have their mechanics take a class in customer service because for sure I will never go back and get my car serviced there again.
