Wow! They are fast and the price is pretty good. The employees are also really nice. I came in for an oil change after work and had 2 cars ahead of me. I was in and out in less than an hour! Definitely a plus! Unlike PepBoys where you have to wait 45 mins + and there's no one in front of you. I love that they also wiped down the windows and interior of the car, and even vacuumed it. Absolutely ridiculous. $63 for an oil change? And their excuse, " "high mileage?" Wow. First, before I even settle my son in his stroller, I'm rushed to sign a form. Which, luckily, I don't. By the time I'm done strapping my son, my car is pulled in and it seems they are ready to begin. Hmm. Quick. I get the form and just before I am about to sign I notice the price. $62 and done change! What?! I tell the guy, " oh no, it's too much, even with the coupon" the guy has the audacity to give me some bs about the fluctuation of oil change prices. BS. Luckily I know how to change my own oil and recognize this BS. I don't budge. Guy shouts out and my car is closed and pulled up to the front. Just before I leave, another guy says to me, " how much did you think it was?" "I came here last time and you guys charged us $30. $60 is just too much. I'll just do this myself. Thank you." " well, if you bring me the receipt, I'll adjust the pricing." Yeah, no. They first try to rip me off, then they are making me drive home, waste gas and time. Yeah, no. Went to their competitors EZ Lube (Burbank) and not only did they want to charge me their regular priced oil change package for $30, they honored a coupon I had for almost $12 off. I plan on looking for my receipt, going back to jiffy lube and telling them about my experience with ez lube. I can see why most jiffy lubes in my area have bad reviews now. Went to get an oil change, and were amazed by the friendly welcome, the quick service! We needed a part, they got it in ten minutes and installed it rapidly. They checked all fluids, tires and lights! All of this took less than an hour, AND with a smile! It is our new service location from now on, highly recommend!!! read more

LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! DON'T GO HERE! This place will screw you over, whether or not it's because they're unethical or just inept doesn't make a difference. I paid for an oil change and a cabin air filter to be replaced. At first I was surprisingly happy how fast they were but then when I started my car my oil light was on, which wasn't on when I brought it to them (just the maintenance required light was on). So I got out of my car and went back inside to tell them the light was on. One of the mechanics got out and checked my oil and found out it wasn't even filled up all the way. I literally watched them put another half quart of oil in my car. That's a ton of oil to leave out! Then while one of the workers is poking around my car he sees that my engine air filter is dirty and tries to sell me on one. I didn't have the cash for it so I told him all I paid for was the cabin air filter, which he soon pulls out and it looks disgusting. IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN REPLACED!!! I paid them $45 and would have left having paid for nothing if my car oil light hadn't turned on. I almost left having paid $95 total with labor, parts, and oil but would have actually received nothing. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! My biggest fear of taking my car to a place like this is getting taken advantage of since I know I look like a clean-cut white kid who knows nothing about cars, which is true. I will never trust Jiffy Lube again and you certainly shouldn't trust this one. read more

Went in for a 29.99 oil change. $172 later, got an oil change and an air filter. I expect to trust a business when they tell me I need something and that they'll charge fairly for it. Tip: Before you go, check the website for coupons I when to get my oil changed. I was things that needed to be changed on my car, the last time I had my oil change but I forgot about it. The guy was nice enough to tell me which one can wait for the next visit and gave me $15 off the service that I needed to do. Note to self: Go to Pep boys to check on doing the air filter myself. Parking and Entry: is from the back of the building. Do not pull up from the street that's the exit (and it wasn't marked when I was there). They have a clean and a nice waiting room and they have a bathroom, which I did not visit. Overall: Nice, Clean, Professional, and FAST. read more

Went there today. The guys were friendly and did a quick and thorough job. However, the hard-sell they do for additional services is getting rather old. And $45 for a basic oil change has pushed me into action. Although they are good, I simply don't find enough value in what they do for $45. I would be much happier with a shop that got me in and out quickly for about $30. And that without the hard sell and telling me conventional oil does not last for more than 3000 miles. It was clean, not crowded, service was quick, they offered to replace my filters and were honest that I'd never had it done before so I felt like it was ok to proceed with that purchase, and I even had a nice conversation with the other patrons in the waiting room. Came here for an oil change a few weeks ago. I liked that I was in and out fairly quickly. Be aware that this place doesn't really have a front door. I awkwardly parked and walked around to the front where I thought there was a door but alas, I was wrong. Pull your car right up to one of their garages (or in line behind the other cars there) and get out and find a mechanic to say hi to you if they don't find you first. Otherwise you'll end up wandering around like me looking crazy. Don't be that person. I also felt like I was really being upsold on types of oil and other services. They weren't pushy and everyone was fairly kind, but it was a little offputting. I did my research before I arrived! When I firmly told them my choice, they didn't bring it up again which I appreciated. Tip: Go to their website. They have a LOT of coupons listed for this location. Not all of them are in their computer, but if you show them the coupon on your smartphone as being listed for their specific location, they'll do an override and honor them. I definitely appreciated that. Overall, I would go back for a basic oil change because of how conveniently located this place is and because they were willing to honor all of my coupons. read more

I have been to this location 3 times, once for my Jeep in which I got an oil change and an engine flush. The first time with my Jeep I would say the experience was a 4 star rating. Fast, efficient and a good price. That little trip cost me $111 (engine flush and oil change) about 30 minutes of a wait. The engine flush wasn't pushed by them but I knew it needed to be done. The second time was with my fiance's Saturn that needed an oil change.This was in mid-November. I would give that experience a 3 star for their politeness, speedy service and great price (19.99 for the oil change with a Jack in the Box coupon) came to a total of $24.33. The reason why the 3 stars also consists of the 3rd trip that I took today. The 3rd trip was because I noticed that the oil level was low even though I went for an oil change in mid-November. They had told me that if I needed my fluids topped of before my next oil change they would do it for free. I went in for them to check my oil level and indeed it was low. They were polite and efficient in topping of my oil. However, I wouldn't have needed it if they had just tightened the oil filter correctly the first time I had my oil changed. Again, they were polite and fast with my service being completed in 10 minutes. read more

Came here to get an oil changed and ended up getting a bunch of stuff fixed as well that came out to around 300. I was told that the wait to have everything done would be around 25-30 minutes and I had to get back home for a teleconference so I said that that time is perfect. I came with my friend and sister so we just walked across the street to Pasadena College and it ended up not being ready in time, so I had to call in my TC whilst walking around...pretty awkward. The place was clean, and the service wasn't bad, I just wish that they had given me a better estimate of how long it would take. But I did have a coupon where it gave me $15 off my oil change, but the service guy gave me some other discount where it took off $20 instead. Not a huge deal but still makes a difference. I've been to other Jiffy Lube locations in San Diego that I thought were better in the service department but being that this one is so close, I'll probably come back just for the oil change. read more

I would have given this place 3 stars if not for the manager, Gerardo. Realizing that his mechanics had failed to vacuum my car, he quickly did a thorough job himself. Make sure he's involved in your visit and you'll be fine. The mechanics are okay, but given that they forgot to vacuum I have to wonder if other 'little' corners were cut, like whether the tires were rotated. The reminder sticker they put on the window was dirty and already peeling off when I drove away. If I go back, I will definitely keep a more watchful eye on the service. I tried giving good feedback during the telephone interview, but it was so long I hung up after several minutes because I was at a store. Unfortunately, price had not come up yet. It's too high, even for synthetic-- especially when a Civic uses less than 4 quarts! read more
