I was pleasantly surprised that I got service within a few minutes of pulling in to line. The service (oil change) was done professionally. I was expecting them to try to upsell me on some other service (like telling me that I needed brake fluid flush), but they just did what I asked. Carlos and his team were very respectful, caring, and attentive! We came in due to having our oil light turn on in our vehicle and Carlos and his team were beyond helpful. I was not even sure how to check my engine oil levels and they went above and beyond to show me how to check my engine oil levels! They were super patient and helpful with us. Our oil was super low. They then filled my oil to the correct level and gave us advise as to how often to change the oil (for older vehicles) and what oil to use. I drove right in and was greeted by Charlie & George, with a smile and eager to assist me. This review is specifically for Tony. My fiancee brought in my Honda Civic last week to get an oil change. Afterwards, I noticed that my car seemed low -- that it was hitting the bottom on driveways that it normally wouldn't. Before I had a chance to bring it back, I hit the bottom on something. When I looked under the car at this point, there was a piece of metal hanging and it was completely dented. We stopped driving the car until we had a chance to bring it in this morning. When I brought it in, Tony identified the issue as the skid plate. I mentioned how I had noticed the car being low after the oil change. It's true that it's hard to say with certainty that there wasn't already an issue with the skid plate before I came in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube or if Jiffy Lube hadn't reaffixed it properly after the oil change. Either way, Tony spent about an hour fixing the skid plate to make it serviceable. I appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to provide us with a reasonable solution and a full explanation of what was going on with my car. He even brought my fiancee underneath the car to show him what was wrong with it. Thank you Tony, for taking the time to help us! read more

( the intention of this follow up is to inform others of this shifty business and its practices) if i were you i would definitely not take my car here to this location particularly. they will mess your car up.... i jus spent 450+ to fix my car. because they damaged the oil filter housing and gasket. after talking with (david allen) a district manager and being told they will not accept responsibility cause i had oil on my skid plate and there notes said excessive oil leak to cover their ass for messing up my car. my car had no major oil leaks prior to my visit. i had a excessive amount of oil in my engine causing it to come out from oil dip spout... if they changed the oil the problem would be fixed. they assured me i had no leaks before pulling out... i waz assured by tech of no leaks.. 3 days later i noticed my car leaking oil and trailing my car from a stand still at start up.... buyer beware of going to this location heed thy warning bad place to take your car.... this place is attended by half wits with very little knowledge of what they are doing... read more

These guys are the biggest rip off, i got an oil chage and AC recharge. I was told the machine would check to see if there were any leaks in the AC unit and i was told there werent any leaks. So a couple days later i use my AC and only hot air was blowing. I told my car back to this jiffy lube and they ran another test and low and behold there was a leak and my question was you charged me last time when you know there was a leak. I asked the associate why the machine didnt pick of the leak the first time and his response was I dont know. I don't think I will go to any Jiffy Lubes ever again read more
