SO fast, SO friendly! David (customer service manager) will put a smile on your face. The team worked so fast. I arrived on my lunch break and sat in a long line for about 5 minutes, and thought I was gonna be stuck there all day. No joke was out there 25 minutes after handing them my keys, including oil change, tire rotation, air filter change and complementary vacuum and windshield cleaning! They even gave me a nice discount, and good advice on how to take better care of my tires. read more

I don't want one team members actions to impact your whole location or brand, but you have dishonest team members working at your location. I always take my car to Jiffy Lube but now, I don't trust you. I took my car in for a simple oil change like usual. They told me that last time they used the premium oil on my car for $89.99 I told them that was not true because I have never used the premium oil and have never paid that much for an oil change. He showed me the records and the type of oil used last time. I asked him to pull up the past receipts on record and he said he couldn't. He then told me that if I switch back to the cheaper oil it will mess up my car. So now what? I'm stuck having to go with the premium oil that I know I've never used before but I'm afraid to mess up my car. When I got home, I looked it up on the computer and it's a myth. I hope you're happy you hired team members that try to hustle customers. Integrity and honesty are what bring customers back. I hope you're happy you made an extra $40 when you just lost a repeat customer. read more

I love this Jiffy Lube! I go to this one location for everything. Every time I go I find them to be very helpful. They attendants there go out of their way to help you, I went there yesterday just to get my lights fixed and they hooked me up by replacing all the lights for one price after I advised them I couldn't afford to pay for all four of the lights to be fixed at that time. This is consistent behavior for them because in the past they have gone out of their way to try and find a coupon to help me supplement the cost of my oil change. My car is old and has a lot of miles and so it needs the most expensive one to keep running. If you are looking for a place with honest helpful people to get an oil change then I would check them out! read more

Go to the other Pasadena location (on walnut 2 mins away)!! Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this Jiffy Lube on Colorado. Yesterday I came for an oil change and all seemed well, they serviced me pretty quickly. I was able to stay in my car, and the guys seemed very polite. Fast forward to today, I was driving on the freeway and heard really bad scraping. I immediately drove back to this location around 12:30 pm and saw that both service lines were closed. I saw a worker so decided to approach him and ask if they were closed (considering they should be open until 5 pm) to which he responded that they would be closed for the next 45-1 hour. I explained to him that I was here yesterday and he said he remembered and I explained to him the scraping hoping he would just quickly glance at it considering it was their mistake to correct. He then told me again that they would be closed and to go to the other location (on Walnut) or else wait an hour in the parking lot. It was so upsetting considering I had no issues with my car until coming here and they weren't even willing to take a look before sending us somewhere else and not wanting to deal with it. I couldn't wait an hour so went to the Walnut location and they helped me and explained that they screwed something under my car incorrectly and I even had bolts missing. They also explained that if it was their mistake, they shouldn't send you elsewhere to get rid of you. They serviced me and fixed all the issues for no cost and apologized for the treatment I received at this location. Bottom line, if you're in Pasadena, go to the walnut location. It's 2 mins away and they are helpful and kind and service you correctly without trying to get rid of you. read more

Never again. This place forgot to put back the dipstick- you can just imagine what happened after months of driving without it. OIL everywhere and all the other damages that followed. I'd rather pay the dealer more than to trust this place. I should sue them. If there was negative 5 stars, this would be their rating. read more

Sooooooooo much better than every other oil change place and I'll tell you why. They have a reputation for service and I know when I'm there they will do exactly what I ask and they will do it right. You don't have that assurance with other places that undercut prices. Also it's so clean there. They have a nice air-conditioned waiting area with coffee and a restroom if you need it. Considering the scorching weather these days it's a nice treat. Lastly I have to give a shout-out to the gentleman who helped me. I wish I caught his name but he was young and had a buzzed haircut. Not only was he nice but he went the extra mile to service my car with vacuuming and wiped down my window. Nobody in this industry would do that. And even those small shops would nickel and dime you for everything. This guy was so sweet and nice. I will definitely be going back. read more

It's a little small but they sure get the job done. I like coming to this one because it's less crowded than the other Jiffy Lube around the corner. They don't really hassle me about getting the extra stuff done to my car and it doesn't take'em that long to change the oil... about 20 minutes. It's located right across the from Pasadena City College and it's down the street from some nice food joints. Not much goin on inside, just a few leather chairs, coffee table, magazines, and a flat screen tv. Not sure if you're using Yelp to find your next great oil change experience, but you should definitely give this Jiffy Lube a try! read more
