I wish if I can give a less than 1 star to this place. I had perfectly running Honda Odyssey and one day I got an oil change from this place. They broke my oil plug and and then replaced it with temporary one. There was a oil leakage and they tried fixing 3 times. but no luck. Eventually I went for oil pan change and Honda Service Center and I don't know what they did my engine eventually seized. I wish I would have never gone here at the first place. These guys do not even know how to change oil or put the plug back. Looks like the tighten my plug really hard due to which the oil leaking started. read more

Good guys. Treated well after driving up. Helped me evaluate various filter options. Quoted a filter price of $29 however charged me $39 later on. Apparently they have filters "starting" from $29. However since he spoke nicely with me, I just wanted to assume that he put in a better filter. I would go there again. Although a bit on the expensive side. read more

Broke my air cleaner cover and never came through with the replacement they promised. Pushy on extra services. I had them repair a nick in my windshield. The repair was sloppy and dealing with my insurance company was not at all as easy as they said it would be. read more

Four Stars on Yelp = "Yay! I'm a fan" I have been taking my 94 Subaru here for a while now and I trust them. They are fast and pro and seem to have good camaraderie. If you poke your head out into the work bay, you can hear the techs calling out the safety checks to each other and speaking lube lingo. The waiting area is simple but comfortable. Normally I just get the oil changed, but I have a road trip coming up so today I got the works: oil change, air filter, as well as flushed the radiator fluid and changed the transmission fluid. Erica did a good job checking me in and explaining the options and costs, and Brian did his work confidently and quickly and even managed to show me a little bit about how some of the equipment worked and gave me some good tips. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because the costs seem a little high to me, but you are paying some extra for the speed and convenience I guess. Four Stars on Yelp = "Yay! I'm a fan" and Five Stars on Yelp = "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" so if the prices were a little better then it would have been "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" Just went to jiffy lube and had great service!! Vance the manager helped me with my wiper blades that apparently I bought the wrong kind and he gave me ones that work properly! He was also very knowledgeable about some other issues I had. The other guys held the door open for me after my oil change. What great service!!! read more

oil change, synthetic, they want to give you a sticker that says the manufacturer's suggested mileage, but don't tell you with synthetic or synthetic blend that you're good for more than double that. reported that they checked my tire pressure and filled it up to 32lbs, but they were still at 19.5lbs right where I left them. Should've just done it at home myself. You pay for being lazy, I guess. They get 3 stars for giving me clean oil and oil filter and showing me the air filter and letting me decide. read more

These guys are the best. I always get my cars oil changed here. They are very quick, in 15 mins ur on ur way. Even when there are a lot of people ahead it dosent take very long. Staff is very nice and friendly prices are per market rate. Overall very nice five glowing stars. read more

I pulled up, was immediately was greeted by a young man who opened my door and escorted me to the waiting room. Within five minutes an employee came in and told me he just removed a rodent's nest from my engine and suggested I visit the dealership so they can access areas where Jiffy Lube could not access like the duct system to make sure there wasn't any other nests hiding because rodents can carry diseases that could be harmful to my respiratory system. I thanked him and he went back and changed my oil and I was out of there within 15 minutes. Everyone was polite, professional and nice. read more

First of all I have been here maybe 3 times at most. The first time the service was slow. This time it seemed as though the young men were anything about working, let alone Customer Service. They changed the oil, but they did not "up-sale" the estimate when they were done, like most Jiffy Lubes do. Like for example ask about my air filter etc. The Receipt that you get when you are done is a list of what is completed. Top off wind shield wiper liquid, which they did not. They did not vacuum the inside of the car, nor did they clean the inside, or exterior of the windows. I know this is a free service, but still this is what keeps us as consumers to want to return. By the way the form, for these particular things were all marked complete. They were obviously were not! This experience confirmed my dred of trying this location again. Don't go here. They caused over $2,000 worth of damages several months ago and are not getting back to us. The Regional Manager has ignored our many attempts and we are forced to go through corporate to get any help and even that is proving to be challenging. Very disappointing being that we have been customers for over 15 years. What happened to owning your mistakes? *WARNING! FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED!* On January 13, 2018 we had the oil changed in our 2006 BMW 330XI at the Jiffy Lube in downtown Redmond near Bear Creek. It states on the receipt that the oil change interval is 7000 miles. The service we chose was the "Signature Service Synthetic" and Pennzoil Platinum oil was used. The car was running great until June 3, 2018 when we went to dinner in Snoqualmie. We left the restaurant and all was well and we made another stop before coming home to Sammamish. When we started the car it made a HORRIBLE noise and multiple warning lights came on. The car could not be driven and we had to have it towed back to our house. It was obvious that the oil filter was not seated correctly after the oil change as oil could be seen seeping out from under the top-mounted oil filter and pooling on top of the engine. We never had any reason to open the hood of the car when the car was running so had no way of knowing that this was happening as the car was running great. My son took a video of the leaking oil and sent it to an independent mechanic who has worked on the car and he immediately said it was "rod knock" and the engine was toast. To put it another way, he said later that it sounded like there was a woodpecker inside the oil pan. We pulled out the receipt from the oil change and we had driven the car only 3,186 miles so not even half of what the recommended oil change interval was that was stated on the receipt. My son and I both called the Redmond Jiffy Lube and talked to the store manager and explained our situation and he said the warranty was for 3 months or 3,000 miles even though their recommended interval was 7000 miles. I insisted he check with a district manager and I was not going to go away! He also said that the warranty information was on the back of my receipt but my receipt appeared to be a copy of the front page and there was nothing on the back. After repeated phone calls to the store manager, I finally went to see him in person. I showed him my receipt and that there was NOTHING about a warranty on it and he said "Oh...that's not the right receipt. Let me get you the correct one." I said "NO! You should have given me the correct receipt when I had the oil changed!" I asked for the name of the general manager or district manager and was given the name of Rich Estep and got his phone number. I called Rich Estep at least three times and left messages on his voice mail. I explained the situation and RICH ESTEP NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AND DISCUSS THE SITUATION WITH US! WHAT KIND OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?! I was hoping that he would have the courtesy to return my phone call and thereby avoid a bad review. He didn't and I am not sure what upsets me more - my broken car or the complete lack of professional customer service and unwillingness to accept any responsibility for an obvious error while hiding behind warranty information I was never given. This is not the way to treat customers! SO PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE PAIN THAT WE HAVE AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED! read more

I have used various Jiffy Lubes probably 50+ times over the years and most provide dependable, honest service. This one however gives me concerns based on two visits. (1) During each visit, they indicated my windshield needed immediate replacement due to a tiny divit. If I had comprehensive insurance, they would bill the insurance company $400 and nothing out of pocket; otherwise it would be $200 cash. And they told that same story to all five other people who had their car serviced at the same time. What are the odds that all 5 out of 5 need windshield replacement? I ended up declining and the windshield is (still) in perfect condition. (2) Not too long after the last oil change, my engine service light went on and when I took it into the mechanic they said the oxygen sensor shorted due to oil leakage, costing $700 in repairs. Might be a coincidence, might not but the timing is suspect. read more

Had a really good experience today with everyone there - usually I get my oil change at the dealership but chose to get it done closer at this location. Erica was super nice and explained everything of the oil change package my car would get, even gave me a discount for being a first timer and went through with my accommodations as I wanted a basic oil change. Thank you Erica. Was in and out within 40 minutes while there was a customer ahead of me as well. I don't mind waiting but the fact that the service was great and friendly, really made my morning along with that small discount she just gave me! I got a really bad experience from this place. There was a tire pressure light that was ON when i went for a oil change, i asked them to check and they said they checked and it will go away in few mins. I was very doubtful since they literally took 5 mins to give the car back then i took the car to close by Discount tyre and they checked and one of the tire was low and they fixed it in few mins. MY Q here is why would you lie when you have not checked the pressure and don't even have the curtesy to respond to the customer when there is a doubt. I would never go back. read more

Friendly, fast, great for oil changes. Unfortunately parts for other services are substandard. The generic serpentine belt (for my Subaru) didn't fit even after a second trip to readjust it and squealed horribly most of the time. The headlight burned out within a month. To their credit, I was given a full refund after taking my car to a dealer and having them replace the items. Also watch the charges, I wasn't offered the special for having the belt changed which I saw on a big poster while waiting for the service and had to ask for it. read more

They were quick and fast but charged me 106 dollars for an oil change....I don't drive any kind of fancy car and when I showed my dad the receipt he said they put in the fanciest kind of oil. Being a 17 year old girl I had no idea, I guess they took advantage of that. read more

Went in for oil change....the guy behind the counter told me my previous oil change had been the upgraded oil for high mileage cars...$62.95....and that's what was recommended....I said I had never paid that much for an oil change. He said that's what I paid last time....I told him no, that I wanted the conventional oil change for $32. When I got home, I checked in the glove compartment and found my previous receipt.....for the conventional oil change!! Guy flat out lied to me!! I used to go to this location regularly but stopped going there as there were multiple issues from quality of work to customer service. I went there again today after 4 or 5 years thinking they may have improved. I found it worst than before. First of all the person behind the counter was very rude. Secondly I asked them if the inside of the car was cleaned and they said yes. Later I noticed that it has not been touched so I had to drive back again to get it cleaned. The quality of service is poor, customer service is non-existing, and they are not honest. How do they expect to get the business. I am not going back even though it is very conveniently located for me. I would rather drive further to get the service done. read more

Since they are close to my house I had started taking my lexus is350 to them. Full synth around $100 (7qaurts + filter). Recently I decided to upgrade my alternator...while the new one was in transit my stock one coincidently died (crazy). (at the time I didn't know it was a dead alternator). When it died I had to towed to the lexus dealership. They told me they found oil coating the rear part of my underbody and my alternator had been coated in oil causing it to fail. Since i already had one on the way i wasnt terribly pissed, i did however request the dealership to not fix the leak so i could show it to Jiffy Lube.. I went back to Jiffy Lube, explained I wasn't going to press the dead alternator issue nor oil leak. I showed them the receipt from the dealership that outlined the issue. I said all is forgiven if they just fix the leak. They were happy to do so...or so I thought. Before I continue on with my story let me toss in my wifes: I figured perhaps lexus is just an brand beyond Jiffy Lubes capability. My wife drives a Jeep. She had been taking her Jeep to Jiffy Lube for 5 years or so. About a year ago we started noticing smoke from the engine when we stopped. She went to the dealership. $1000 later some hoses were replaced, the radiator was replaced. Leak was not fixed. Back to the dealership. $1600 later, more hoses replaced, brakes replaced in rear. Leak not fixed, horn doesn't work. When my wife told me she had been twice without a fix I saw the amount and went to the dealership to find out how they could charge $2600 and not fix an oil leak causing smoke every day. The mechanic at the dealership was sharp, and understanding. After I vented he had an idea that may be the cause. He asked where we got oil changes...Jiffy Lube. He removed the skid plate on the Jeep. Found fresh oil. Added some dye and gave us an oil change. He said the filter gasket looked like it had been reused and failed. For nearly a year this smoke was caused by continuous bad oil filter/gasket replacement from Jiffy Lube. Yes the dealership should have caught this the first $1000 visit. Now back to mine, a couple days ago I was working on the electrical when I dropped a washer down the battery side of the front engine compartment. Grabbing my telescoping magnetic retriever I began searching for the washer...suddenly I noticed wetness on the top of the skipplate. Jiffy Lube did not even fix the leak after it was explained to them exactly what was wrong. The dealership oil change today has notes in it referring what they phrased as an "unskilled technician" failing to properly seal the new filter. read more

On my way home from an oil change I noticed my car stereo was gone. When I pulled over to call the manager my car started to smoke like it was on fire. Service in the past has been hit or miss, so I try to keep it just to oil changes. Now I cannot trust them to do that well. read more

I took my daughters Taurus to this Redmond Jiffy Lube because the oil filter was leaking and I didn't want to deal changing it in the driveway or getting rid of the oil. While driving the car down there I noticed the defroster was blowing cool air even thought the gauge was showing the engine as warm. This is usually low coolant condition. I asked them to check the coolant and add some if needed. When they finished I asked about the coolant and was told it was fine and the paperwork show that the overflow tank was full. I got in the car and while driving home noticed that the defroster air was still cool. I got home and checked the coolant level myself and wound up adding almost two gallons of coolant. My daughter puts a lot of miles on that car and would have most certainly gotten stranded and possibly have a damaged engine. How hard is it to check the coolant? I was willing to pay the extra charge for adding some. Just real lazy. I shouldn't be surprised, when you have low paid people working on your car you're going to get what you pay for. read more
