Jiffy lube on south Virginia is awesome! The customer service is always amazing. Today I stopped in with a Groupon for an oil change, Richard was very helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation! I actually drive a little farther to go to the location by meadowood mall because of the people who work at that location. It is necessary to mention the remarkable job this guys do. Today I stopped by with the big necessity of having my windshield repair from a chip. A gentleman named James came to my encounter and despite my not following directions due to the big hurry I was under, he proceeded to politely fix the rock chip in my window. I noticed on that man all the pressure we was under for having other customers to take care of. And still never lost his cool. Also worthy to mention is the professionalism of Richard the cashier. I had my oil changed on 07/29/15 at this location and last week my car started leaking oil. Brought it to the dealership because I thought it was transmission fluid and found out that the mechanic who changed my oil tightened the drain to hard so that the seal cracked and over time it started to leak oil. Dealership had to replace washer and oil plug. So I went back to the Jiffy Lube because I want to get reimbursed for the damaged they caused, not even to mention the oil stains on my brand new driveway, and received a less then friendly response from the manager. I bring my cars to Jiffy Lube for over 10 years and never had an issue but now I am reconsidering going back. read more

Ok let me just say that the customer service here was over the top, top notch. I had never been to this location so didn't know what to expect. I parked my car and was greeted by Alex before I even got out of the car asking me how he can help me today. I had questions regarding oil changes and prices and he was very patient and helpful while I texted my husband confirming the service and prices I wanted. Gomez walked up, said hello and assisted as well. I decided to move forward with getting my oil change. I was asked to bring my vehicle around so I rolled up and was then greeted by Colby with a smile and a "Welcome to Jiffy Lube." He told me he would escort me to the customer lounge where he pointed out to me of all the amenities and complimentary beverages while I wait. Smiles all around by the three of them. It sounds crazy but I felt like I was in a commercial! Lol! Gomez checked in with me while I waited and informed me of all the great things they did in addition to the oil change: cleaned my windows, vacuumed my floors, refilled my windshield fluid, checked my filters, etc. In addition, he provided me with printed manufacturer information about my vehicle for future reference. I wasn't expecting all that but it sure was nice! When my vehicle was complete, the guys accompanied me to my vehicle and showed me under the hood pointing out all the completions done. They asked me if I had any questions. Gomez even said, "allow me to help you with your car door!" Very congenial and respectful gentlemen from start to finish! I gotta say...these guys were great! The service here was fine. If you're looking for a deal with Groupon, you have to go elsewhere. There are many locally owned oil change facilities that will get the job done for $30-$35. I purchased a Groupon for $45. There was no line and I needed it done quickly. At the end of my experience, I was charged another $25. $70 is much too much for a high mileage oil change. Jiffy Lube is also owned by Pennzoil. I would much rather support a locally owned business. read more

Very courteous and fast. They even mechanically re tightened my lug nuts on my wheels after i had changed a tire.

This Jiffy Lube was quick to get me in and out while being extremely helpful and nice! I had my two year old with me and a friend and had planned on my oil change and service taking a while, yet we were there for under 30 minutes, and saved some cash with a discount on the oil change. In addition they cleaned my filthy car windows, vacuumed and wiped down the interior. Very nice! Took two cars here at different times. Both times they tried to overcharge me, and both times neglected to turn off the oil change indicator, worse when I complained they said they didn't know how! Really? On a Chevrolet? Not rocket science and should be part of the service! Go anywhere else. read more

Great thorough place! A guy named T escorted me inside with a friendly greeting. Asked me if I can have a seat while they pull my car up and call me up for my service. Right when I was finished signing my estimate, about 3 mins later I get called up to pay! I was shocked on how fast they were. T then got me in the waiting room and showed me that everything under my hood was tight and secure. Love this jiffy lube and will always return! They are so awesome! I went in last week for an oil change on my mustang and they were so kind. They walked me through everything. I went to a different jiffy lube for my previous oil change and the guys there made me feel very uncomfortable I thought that I was going to get the same treatment here at this jiffy lube but I was wrong! I'll keep going there for all my upcoming oil changes without a doubt. They greeted me into the waiting room and in less than three minutes they rang me up they told me that it was recommended to get my air filter changed by my cars company at the mileage I was at but it wouldn't do no harm if I waited until my next two oil changes to replace it. They showed me what could happen if I didn't change it they even went out of their way to go under my car and see if everything was okay. After they finished in less than 30 minutes they walked me out to my car to see that everything on my car was closed and that my oil was changed. Arrived just before the location opened. Was greeted, even though they weren't open yet! Vehicle is old and has issues. They didn't even blink. Recommendations were given, prices were provided, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. I felt completely comfortable picking and choosing what I felt was needed right away, and what could wait. All of my coupons were applied without question. Charges $327 to service the transmission on my car. Really? Hutch's at McCarron and Virginia, literally down the street charges $149 to service the transmission on the same car. Overpriced to say the least. Rude when I questioned the outrageous estimate. The poor treatment alone will drive me away and recommend the same to all of my local friends. read more

NEVER AGAIN. During a routine oil change, they spilled oil all over the engine, which eventually dripped onto my garage floor. Now I have permanent stains on a relatively new garage floor. No reimbursement either after complaining to the local manager. read more

Great customer service. Everyone very nice. Explains things quite well and tried to fix my hubcap I screwed up.

We attended here just this week for a simple tire rotation that turned into an alignment. No big deal right! WRONG! Not only could they not properly align the rear passenger tire, they took it for a test drive before returning it and mentioned a "vibration" in the steering. Never having had an issue with this before we said we'd come back in next week if it was an issue! As we drove out of the drive way we felt the "vibration" the entire car shook and shuddered! We drove right back in and ran to have someone check it out. I looked it over in panic and notice 2 LUG NUTS MISSING from rear passenger tire and the wheel inches passed the rim!!! We then saw two lugs entirely loose after they apparently replaced them all at our request. Not only were lugs NOT changed, they tried to blow us off about the loose lugs! Eventually all 5 were replaced and car realigned. We took it elsewhere to be looked over. Would NEVER trust this location again. read more
