I really like taking my truck to jiffy lube, as it's usually very quick and priced fairly. Yesterday was my first time at this particular location, and the employee that helped us really made it worthwhile. Never again. I waited an hour to have them tell me they don't have the filter for my car. What oil change specialist would not have a filter on site? I would understand if I owned an exotic sports car. But come on. A cadi? Why wouldn't the person who guided me into the bay have a list of cars they can't work on that day? Inventory can't be that hard. After waiting an hour and being told sorry, they didn't even offer any sort of help. An appointment for later so I would not have to wait again would have sufficed. Took my car in for an oil change 9 days ago. Driving to work this morning in terrible winter weather road conditions and I needed to clean my windshield, only there wasn't any fluid and I couldn't see. Thankful I made it to work without incident but that could have gone really wrong. Then when I called to inform them they didn't put any fluid in the half away guy tells me they will fill it for me if I bring it in. Way to go Jiffy Lube for an amazing experience today with fantastic customer service in greeting me as I got out of my car, directing me to where to line my car up and then walking me to the reception. A few minutes later Richard calls me up and goes through the estimate with detailed explanation why it would be a good idea to do each of their recommendations and 10 minutes later ... done. I would have never realized that my registration was expired until I got my 10% off smog coupon came in the mail and made me think. I was able to smog, register my late car, and get an oil change all with in an hour. Always great friendly service. They never push unnecessary services for my car which happens a lot to because I am a woman. They really made my Friday! read more

Stopped by for an oil change. Waited for someone to check us in inside. After awhile someone came. I said we wanted to go to the mall while waiting and asked if they wanted our info. The guy asked if it was our first time there and I said yes. He said no need to give him any info. I walked out the door saying I didn't have a good feeling about just leaving and they don't know anything about us or the car. Upon our return 40 minutes later we found out they weren't able to do the oil change because they were out of filters but the manager just returned and they could do it now. Unfortunately we didn't have time and he offered us a $15 discount if we returned. At our next stop we discovered the hood had not been closed all the way. Luckily it didn't fly up while driving. We ended up going to Hutch and had a great experience there. read more

I would give zero stars if I could! When I pulled up I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. As our car was almost finished my fiancé asked if they had rotated the tires they said no and when we said I had asked at the time of pulling up (I was driving) he said since my fiancé didn't ask for it then we had to wait and get back in line. I am so angry right now to be treated as I am not smart enough to know what I want because I'm a woman! Instead of owning his mistake he wouldn't budge and made us wait longer. The service part of this Jiffy Lube is not the problem. All service guys involved were polite and efficient. It was the PRICE of their services. I will take the blame for not just getting back into my 2013 Ford Escape and driving away when I was quoted $87.99 for a REGULAR, not synthetic or a blend, OIL CHANGE and FILTER. What????!! I had a coupon for $12.99 off bringing the total down to $75 and change. I am a mature female who has changed my own oil in the past and has a good understanding of automobiles. You can purchase a quart of oil for about $5/ quart. My vehicle takes 5 quarts so that is $25. An oil filter is about $5. So product total is $30. Now we know they need to make a profit. Okay, so tack on another $10. But really, $45 more?? That's crazy!!! While the guy was changing my oil I noticed they had my air filter out and I could see it was tattered. So I waited for the young fellow to come in and show me the air filter and tell me what he would charge to replace it even though I would do this myself because it is very easy and cheap to do so. He quoted me $64.95 to which I said NO, then said he would give me $20 off of that quote. Again I politely declined and said I would replace the air filter myself. I bought an air filter for $14 and changed it myself. Ladies and some gentleman, PLEASE, PLEASE be aware and Jiffy Lube will rip you off if they see that you are either a female or younger individual! DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS! I only let them do the oil change because I wanted it done because I have too much going on in my personal life to do it myself. If I could give no stars I would. Went in for a oil change and left thinking they blew my radiator, come back to pick it up in the morning and it's fine??? Took to a mechanic and he said they put to much pressure causing the lines to pop and leak coolant.... will never be back. There was only one other car being worked on so we got in right away. Everything was explained to us regarding an oil change. During the wait, we were told about low coolant and to fill it or not. On check out we were explained everything don't to the car and were able to use a coupon. Right before we left the tech pointed out what they did and showed us the oil. read more

Had my oil changed, when they where done, I was watching as they peeled out in my truck, can't drive stick. Got home oil was leaking on the ground, the drain plug was finger tight and leaking. Also started to check everything the filter was also leaking. They also failed to attach my oil filter cover lost one of the bolts. Scared on the rest of the things. This place sucks. read more

Service was ok. It took longer than expected for a Tuesday (over an hour) and they did explain everything they did. The only problem is they said they cleaned my windows and if they did all that was done was dust wiped off. My front window was worse than when I went in. I had to clean it with cleaner when I got home so I could see out. read more

Very mad. Had an appt at 9 am for ac repair. Have been here 3 1/2 hours. They could have told me there were issues so that I could call someone to leave or get a ride, but there is no end in site and no one will tell me how long it will be. Went to get my oil changed and there were two other cars. I was told it would take about 20 minutes and I ended up waiting 70 minutes. You could tell the guys tried to be genuine but their lack of knowledge about their equipment and computer system made me uneasy. The guy at the end just happened to ask me if I wanted to see my oil level and I said okay. When I popped my hood their were multiple work rags left under the hood. My lady went to target and I got my oil changed. I was done and back to target to shop with the lady. No up sells, no bullshit, just a standard oil change for $30. Yeesh I have been here for 45 minutes... they changed my oil and I showed them my $15 off coupon. They ran my card and the total showed only $10 taken off. I asked them to fix this to reflect the proper discount, and they brought me back some paperwork showing my refund - but it was on to someone else's card... so now they took my card again and I am still waiting... read more

My husband took my car in for a regular oil change. Several weeks later we started seeing a leak on the pavement that progressively worsened. He took the car to our mechanic who told us it was an oil leak. He took the car back to Jiffy Lube. They denied responsibility. They went ahead and did another oil change with no discount. Low and behold! No more oil leak. My husband believes that they did not do a good job the first time. They should have made it right the second time. We will not return to that Jiffy Lube again. read more
