(I went to a different Jiffy Lube location for an oil change after my car acted a little weird this morning. They told me they could not change my oil because the threads in the oil cap were compromised, and if they damaged it when removing the car, it would be their responsibility. The woman recommended I take it to a nearby jiffy lube location that had a mechanic on site in case it needed repair.) This shop didn't have a mechanic today but agreed to check it again at my request. they were able to remove the cap no problem (?) but discovered there was no oil left (!). They did the oil change without incident, and stressed how disastrous it would have been to drive home with no oil. I'm very grateful for their quick and accurate service! If I need an oil change when I'm in the SFV, I will definitely come back to this location :) read more

The vast canyon of difference between the employees who are kind, helpful and respectful and the employees who are smart mouthed, unfriendly and downright rude is perplexing and vast. Usan and Angel for example are kind helpful and respectful. Usan (intake) (not sure on the spelling) in particular went above and beyond providing excellent and friendly service. You should be proud to have him. Triad on the other hand is smart mouthed, unfriendly and downright rude. Why he's employed there I don't understand. He should not be dealing with customers under any circumstances whatsoever. You are just asking for a lawsuit or a fight from him upsetting the wrong person. Great service in a jiffy. Brought in my Honda for oil change and oil filter change, and they had it done in under 30 mins.

Brought my own oil filter but the worker there didn't even use it . Charging me the price of an oil filter $62.96 . I also brought my own oil and the person told me I couldn't use it because i needed 5 quarts when I brought in 4 quarts . He told me we need the 5 quarts so he is going to charge me for the service . I'm thinking he just going to charge me for the 5 quart of oil because we were talking about oil so I just thought , " whatever then " ! Thinking he can still use my oil filter but I was wrong . I got back into my car and drove off , then realizing next to me was the oil filter I brought . I drove back and told him , " why couldn't you use my own oil filter I brought ? Then he said , " I told you we had to use our service " then I said , " okay but that was just for the oil , why couldn't u use my oil filter . He said because we used our oil , we use our oil filter . Worker should have been more clear to me . Never going there again . read more

A rude sounding guy told me to come right over as their tire guy was there until 5pm. I drove across town in traffic, and was told there's no one to help me and they don't work on cars like mine. 2/5/24:Soo first time at this one and things go ok. Have me wait in the car while they do the oil change. Four days later I see an oil spot in my parking spot when I come back from the day. I thought it was someone else who used my spot but the next morning there is a larger spot and it's my car leaking. On 2/10/24 I take it to them and they say someone spelt oil but so they cleaned it up. Next morning there is still another spot under my car and they broke something but didn't tell me either!!! Its for the air intake and it was just sitting like this!!! They didn't say anything!!!! This is the second time there has been a leak days after going to a jeffy lube. I know it's leaking from the filter but I'm sure they won't change it out without charging me for what they missed up on like the last Jiffy lube did. I'm just going to drive to see if oil light comes on, by then the engine will break and when it does I'm going to sue Jiffy lube and I have a dash cam so I know who worked on it. 2/13/24: soo didn't yesterday so there was no leak but I start it up today and I have video now of it just leaking at the filter!! No other oil around it but just the filter and when I check the dipstick it's down about 2 qts or so. I'm not going to email them I want an answer here, just a straight up answer of "we will fix the issue at no cost and we will refund you money." Right now I'm supposed to be driving for Lyft but I can't do that because of this. So this is costing me money. Oh I will also have to go buy a qt or two just so my engine doesn't get damaged so thats money I can't get reimbursed for. read more
