I had a similar experience to Dee. No vacuum, they went over my windows with a dirty oil rag that left huge streaks across it. They mixed two types of oil because they "ran out" of what I asked for & I had to get my own car in and out of the garage while they watched and didn't even help navigate me on and off of the lift. Seriously, I can screw up my car at home. I don't need to pay other people to do that for me! I must be asking for it. I went there again because I had a coupon. They put my car on the lift BEFORE telling me that it cost 34.99 after the coupon ($10 more than the 3 other oil change places within walking distance). When I asked why they were more they claimed that it was because they vacuum & do the windows. Despite claiming that was the reasoning, they DIDN'T clean my windows nor did they vacuum my interior. In fact, they left foot prints on the drivers side & an oil streak on my window. On top of that, they tried to do the high pressure sales moves for all of these tiny upgrades (synthetic, tire rotation for an obscene price, air filter even though mine wasn't dirty). Whatever you do, don't go here! By the way, am I the only one that noticed that the person who left the good review for this place mentioned all of the employees by name. Great customer service. They were very polite and friendly with us. They walked us through every step. My only two warnings is that they are naturally nicer to women (especially if attractive), and they will try to up sell you on anything they can. Just remember that's their job! You can always say NO to anything they suggest you do! Make a note of what they say, because they're telling the truth, and consider it at another time when you have the money or find a cheaper place to do it. The good thing about this place is that they are very by the book so they strive to not cheat you. I appreciated their friendliness and how quick they were. We came in for an oil change, and were in and out within 15 minutes. The place was fairly empty, but they focused on being quick with our oil change. Great experience! read more

I work near by this location my first visit was out of convenience however I continue to come to the same location because of their great service! The young woman was able to answer all my questions which made me feel like she knew exactly what she was doing. The men working were also very professional and polite. I recommend this place to anybody who wants good costumer service with employees who know what they are doing. read more

Surprisingly good. I came here because I needed an oil change. Decided to come here Because there was a banner saying 10 dollars off.. That's all the convincing I needed. The line wasn't too long.. Pulled my car in within 5 mins. They then escorted me to the wait room. After a few questions, they told me to sit tight and they will take care of everything. OK.. Here's the thing, I usually wouldn't trust my car to an oil joint like this, usually I go to the dealer. But single I didn't have the time, I settled. These people are great.. They changed my oil while I waited in their waiting room. Got me the full synthetic oil and new filter for 50 dollars. Usually they are 60 or more plus tax. Not only did they change my oil, they cleaned my car, windows and checked my tires. All as a courtesy. Lost one star because they didn't have the specific oil I asked for. Service was fast and relatively cheap ($40) for an oil change. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The team is a little pushy about air filters, but it's an unnecessary service, so I didn't go for it. Still, they were very professional and courteous and had a good sense of humor. read more

I read a few of the negative reviews but came in anyway. They wanted me to wait in their comfy waiting room (coffee, TV, clean) but with all those negative reviews I opted to stand outside. No stars are deserved! I arrived at this location Saturday, September 23rd at approximately 1:30pm, I was told there was an hour wait. There were 2 workers onsite a young woman and a young man, the young woman looked like she had just woke up from a 3-day drunk, was rude and un-interested, the guy tech was texting and checking his phone with a waiting room full of people. After 30-minutes and no movement on any of the vehicles, I chose to leave. I will NEVER return here again! Hire some professionals please and thank you! read more

Not enough staff.., poor service... but plenty of attitude! Ulysses - the manager - was less than polite and quickly copped an attitude after having a client return that was asked to come back... simply for asking if the staff had returned from lunch. Lots of excuses - it's the holidays, I'm under staffed... - but unwilling to be courteous to a customer, answer the question about the wait time, or offer something small for the inconvenience of being asked to leave and come back in 30 minutes... just to find the situation was no different an hour later. Service at this location has been slowly going downhill, but disrespect is not something I will tolerate. Yes it's the holidays and it's busy for everyone, but there's always time to be courteous. It's a shame... my husband stopped going to this location because they failed to put the oil filter in tight... shame on me for being a loyal customer and saying it was simply human error - we're all human, right. Never again. They lost a decade-long customer... hope Ulysses has a better attitude with the next customer - and perhaps his managerial skills will somehow improve. Went their 2 months ago to get an oil change they told me I would need a new air filter so I agreed to their price and had them remove the old one and put a new one. We'll they removed the filter but didn't replace it. They left it open as we'll. so here I am driving long distance for three months and just now finding it out! Best believe I'm going back over right now with my receipt and getting my money back!!! Horrible service horrible people horrible product don't go here !! I enjoy and appreciate my oil changes at Jiffy Lube. I have not had not one bad experience here. I come to this particular Jiffy Lube every 3 months. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff work at this Jiffy Lube. I appreciate the extra services, such as vacuuming, cleaning the windows and topping off the windshield wiper fluid reservoir, and putting air in the tires. Keep up the good work! I will rate Jiffy Lube 0 Stars, they aren't even worthy of a one-star rating. Went there to have my brakes inspected, they said I did not need brakes. They rotated my tires and I had to take them somewhere else to have them balanced because they don't do that there. Found out from the tire company that I did indeed need brakes. read more

ATTENTION LYFT DRIVERS: I went to this location for my annual Inspection. I did not have my inspection sheet printed out and they wouldn't print it for me. They guy told me the charge was 23.99 and that I should go print it out or go to PepBoys and see their Lyft counter for one and then come back. Well I usually go to PepBoys for everything anyways and sure enough right around the corner they have inspection sheets printed for you already (before the Lyft counter even opens) and they charge $17 instead of $24. They're also much friendlier and very speedy and don't shoe you away when they don't want to waste their time with a low cost service. The one star would be a zero if possible since I was literally told to go elsewhere. read more

Amateurs!!! This place is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to get an oil change. I sat in my truck for 90 minutes before they even touched my truck. Then it took them over an hour to change the oil in my truck once I finally got in the garage. All and all, I was there close to three hours. When I get home, there's oily finger prints all over my freshly washed truck, the air filter was installed incorrectly, and oil all over the top intake cover of my motor. read more

Came in today without an appointment for an oil change and other minor maintenance. There were three people in front of me. I was offered to wait in my car or wait inside. There was coffee, magazines and they had some talk show playing. I was quote 30-45 minutes and was out in about 45. The guys there work efficiently and had me on my way quickly. Tried to have oil change service this past Wednesday. I requested a synthetic blend service and was denied by the service guy. He insisted that i get the full synthetic service instead or he was not going to service my car. I took into consideration what their computer RECOMMENDED, but asked for a different alternative. Denied by the guy who might have been the manager. Definitely not customer service minded. I took my car to Wheel Works. Very sad business pratice to try and force the cutomer to buy an upgrade service when it is not needed or asked for. Idiot for a manager. read more

Went in to have battery checked. Checked out okay but recommended that it be replaced. Was quoted price of $199 which included installation and tax Told them I wanted the best and was told that price was for the best. When I went to pay it jumped to $299. I complained and was told it was the best one. Six days later while out of town car wouldn't start. Dead battery Called AAA and the battery was dead. I no longer wanted that battery so purchased a new one for much cheaper than jiffy lubes, even a longer warranty. When I returned to jiffy lube and wanted a refund they said they would replace the battery and i could return the new one. That was not acceptable to me, I wanted a refund. After the manager made a phone call and I complained about the raise in price he said they would issue a refund by mail. I am an older woman and they literally ripped me off and I'm still waiting for the refund. In addition the AAA man questioned whether the jiffy lube battery was even new. I will never use any jiffy lube again for anything. read more

I got an oil change here two days ago. Ever since, my car has been leaking oil. It's never done that before. So this morning, I came back to have the oil changed again. I arrived at 8:30 and nobody was there. Let me say that again, for emphasis: the shop was supposed to open at 8:00 and nobody was here at 8:30! It's now 9:30, and, while two Jiffy Lube employees have arrived, nobody can open the shop. They've tried to call the manager, but nobody answered their calls.
