Just left this location after waiting over an hour. Pleasantly I waited on Juneteenth holiday.Knowing I would be awhile this is the location I always go to because it's close to home. One of the techs I always see working bypass me for 2 other cars that arrived 30 mins after me. Saying it's all about who he sees first. Bet that race had nothing to do with this. However I seriously doubt it because even after I explained and told him of the yellow jeep I seen him suggest the 145th location an hour before that and before those cars were in sight. One of which was a gold grand am car that arrived shortly after. Truly I am one of those customers who values service but I know what just happened to me wasn't right and I will report it as well. Came here for an oil change (as I have in the past), the mechanic said it would be too difficult to get to my oil pan and their tools weren't strong enough. Sent me to another location stating that they have a "full mechanics shop." Upon arrival at the suggested location they informed me they have the exact same tools. Definitely not a full shop. Now I have added 30 minutes in drive time (on top of the time I spent waiting at the first and second locations) to get an oil change. Not a good look and a massive waste of time. read more

This Jiffy Lube is in a great location. You have to physically leave the office to see that the work is getting done on your car, as they check things off on their checklist that they are not doing. They did not, for example, clean my windows or vacuum as indicated on the checklist, so I have to physically ask them to see my old oil filter and check the oil immediately after I leave or while my car is sitting in the bay to see if the oil was, in fact, changed. I can't trust them. They also left someone else's car keys on my dashboard, and that right there tells me they are just not paying attention. Will check out the other Jiffy Lube's next time, or go to Grease Monkey instead, but I am done with this location. The two stars is for their generally friendly attitude and free coffee. read more

Serviced my 2015 Range Rover Sport HSE for an oil/filter change and service level was exceptional. Oil changes for this vehicle type are more complicated than most. Greenwood Jiffy Lube took the time to verify the correct parts were in stock and worked together to complete the job. This is the only Jiffy Lube (in all of my experience) that has NOT pressured me to buy anything in addition to a standard oil change! NO JOKE. I used to hate coming to Jiffy Lube because of that; it would cause my anxiety to go into hyperdrive just anticipating it. And because I was not pressured, I was much more open to actually purchasing new filters, etc. Seriously guys, I'm so easy. That's all it takes. Quick, efficient, and friendly. It wasn't until a recent issue where I didn't receive an oil change that I paid for at a different Jiffylube location that made me appreciate my usual Jiffylube shop. One of the guys put his body weight on the cap to my radiator and cracked it. He kept it to himself and they sent me off with a clean bill of health. A couple weeks later my car overheated on the freeway and the damage was discovered. The process of solving this cost me the ability to spend thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years with my family. It damaged my head and my head gasket when it overheated and so now I don't even have a working car. I can not discourage anyone enough from coming to this location. Aside from dangerous negligence (I could have been seriously injured), I now don't even have a working car because of the exceptionally negligent work done by them. read more

Good place to go if you are in *desperate* need of an oil change. I chose the most basic of options, refused all of their add-ons (coolant flush, etc). Which really, I would contact a more reputable mechanic to flush any fluids... After I refused, the man who asked me if I wanted my coolant to be flushed... he grumbled as he walked away... and said something underneath his breath. Dude, I just said no, leave me alone.... I was later asked if I wanted a new air filter. They purposely showed me a dirty one without showing me what mine looked like.... Just a weird, almost passive-aggressive way of dealing with customers. Also, I asked the employees (they come to my work up the road) why there are two Jiffy Lubes within 2 blocks of each other. None of them have given me an answer besides "I don't know" yet. read more

Alright, I've had a wide variety of experiences with Jiffy Lube, this was definitely one of the better. I rolled in 15 minutes before they closed and they happily greeted me and went straight to work. The attendant, Chris, was very friendly, straightforward and not pushy with up selling (enough so that I knew what was available, but not pushing me to get a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need). My niece thought she was doing me a favor by taking my car that she had been driving for an oil change. Long story short the mechanic didn't put the air filter system back together correctly causing the engine to fail. The store manager told me to take it to my mechanic to fix the problem and the store would reimburse me. It's been almost a month and still no payment. The manager doesn't return my calls and always says he'll get back to me and he never does. It's a 143.13$ just pay me already. read more

I don't trust these people anymore. Today I went in for a new headlight and the guy said my regular headlight was okay but I needed to special order the high beam headlight for $150 without labor. When it got dark I turned on my high beams and it worked! He was going to rip me off! Never again will I go there and I suggest you don't either. I called to ask for a price and was told an oil change with synthetic was $89. When I showed up, the price changed to $89.99 plus $3.99 for a disposal fee. I'm tired of being nickel and dimed by big national companies who charge a higher price but don't disclose that until their add-ons. read more

There are two Jiffy Lubes on this street for some reason. The other one is right on the corner and looks nice and flashy. This one is a bit worn out on the outside but inside it's great service with a wonderful attitude. I have been here once, and they answered all my silly questions. They even cleaned up the stubborn bird poo on my window that I have been planning on cleaning for the last few weeks. I highly recommend their friendly and professional service. read more

I have previously had great customer service at this location. However, I had my oil changed here last week and the staff told me my cabin air filter was missing. I have had my air filter inspected every three months with oil changes and this is the first time anyone has said the air filter was missing. They either misplaced it or lied to me, then said I could pay 39.99 for a new one. read more

Updating! I love this location just as much each time. The people are always kind and courteous as well as HONEST. They never try and upsell me which is a big concern for me as a younger girl. They are also very upfront about wait times and never promise something they can't deliver. A little hard to get into the location but other than that an A+++ experience. Quick service for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. They walked me through their recommendations on what needed servicing on my car in conjunction with what subaru recommends. I was very impressed by the service that I received from Keith today. The location was super clean in the waiting room. They took care of my car in a "jiffy". Keith was personable as he explained the manufactures recommendations for my car in a low pressure educational fashion that I appreciated. Jiffy Lube management was superb in dealing with my complaint and sent a replacement cap for my vehicle at no charge and did so with a pleasant attitude, which can be tough when dealing with a demanding and critical public. I don't know where they find their employees, or maybe it is how they are trained, but my goodness are they friendly! I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. I feel they are honest with my cars' problems, and she has many I know. Their fluid top off program is super easy. I've been going here for years, and I've only had one issue, which was corrected quickly. I've also been to the Jiffy Lube up the street on Greenwood, but I feel the service crew is more efficient and friendly on the Holman Road crew! read more

I Love This Jiffy Lube!!!!! My daughter bought a used car and within a week it started to break down, she was able to bitch enough that they said they would look at it, then they claimed that replaced the radiator, flushed out all fluids and added new fluids. I told my dughter to get it looked at again by someplace like Jiffy Lube. So she went to the one on Holman Rd. and Greg was glad to help us. He said that they did not replace the radiator and the fluid they claimed to change and make new was pretty much all water. Greg drained the water and added the correct fluid at no charge....I will always use this Jiffy Lube now.....its nice to see their are still some people that are kind helpful and respectful.....Koodos to Greg.....you rock. read more

These guys are bungling idiots. Took our new car in for the first oil change. They apparently put in the wrong oil filter. Months later found out my car was down 3 quarts of oil. When taking the car to the dealer for the subsequent 2nd oil change, we discovered the wrong filter was installed. In talking to the corporate office, their suggestion was to get a diagnostic check, which is something not available to assess possible engine damage due to their inability to do a simple oil change and filter replacement. They did offer to refund the the $69 charge. Bottom line, go to the dealer, you save nothing by using Jiffy Lube and the level of competence found there is so low, there is no benefit for the consumer. read more

This is for the Jiffy Lube in Greenwood near Holman Road. I came here in Jan 2018 and the guy was decent, straight up, quick, and even hinted I could find a coupon online (which saved me $10). My bill was about $64. Yesterday (April 2018), however, was a much different experience. I went in and it was this big dude at the computer. He was the classic dishonest sales mechanic trying to upsell me and blatantly lying. He said I didn't get the Basic Service last time but got the Premium so I should go with that. Also told me that he would give me $15 off "five dollars more than the coupon" if I got that service. Then he told me a bunch of things I needed fixing and also needed antifreeze. I told him just fill the antifreeze ($4.99). My final bill this time? $101.82. Oh, and when I looked closely at my receipt after, he didn't give me $15 off, just the $10 coupon. I felt like I was had and wish I had documents from last time so I could reference it when he lied to me about what I got last time and also to compare prices. I guess it all depends on who's there that day. Avoid the big beefy guy! Dishonest! read more

I parked the car and the guy working there seemed like he was still waking up a bit as he was not necessarily friendly but told me what I needed to do. He asked me some questions about the type of oil and I asked him what he thought and if it needed an oil change and he was honest enough to check and see that I could wait a while longer and not forcing me to pay for anything. He was friendlier at that point and asked if I would review the business. I appreciate the mostly friendly attitude at Jiffy Lube though as others have said I do not like them trying to sell me any extras...I just came in for an oil change. Thank you!!! read more
