The door was opened for me and service was amazing. They tried to vaccuum my vehicle, but it was a mess- I own tiny humans. Lol. They had an error with their system and it got all messed up and they blamed me and embarrassed me. I went in for a oil change today and was greeted by Joe, the manager I believe. He asked me if I would like to drive my car in, because of the pandemic that is currently going on... that really put my mind at ease because i really don't want anyone in my car. Joe went over everything that my car needed and things that I should be aware for in the future. I respect the fact that he was being honest and didn't try to upsell me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs an oil change. I've been lied to before at other service centers, but this is my go to spot now for now. Brought a company car here with a coupon for a specific service (oil change). I guess that's why they did not try to upsell, which was a good thing. I think this place is actually very good. They were quick and best of all, they cleaned my windows and vacuumed the interior. I have brought my car here for 3 oil changes and so far, their processes have been consistent. I really can't rate the value of an oil change here, since i never was able to get one. What i can rate is their deplorable customer service. I arrived promptly at 10am on a Wednesday morning. The gentleman who opened my door was kind and polite. I noted I needed to be at work around the corner at 11 am, and was told only one car was in front of me. This should be no problem. Now I realize I am tall, blonde, and female so i am a prime candidate for being offered unnecessary services, but what happened was just ridiculous sexism and corporate will be hearing about it. My car was NEXT. I then proceeded to watch 3 more MEN come with their trucks/cars after me and while my car was in the right lane (the right bay was EMPTY the car before me completed and sent off) the technician took ALL THREE men's cars ahead of me on the left. Finally at 10:40 I went outside and asked him if he was going to get to my car any time soon and he told me the car next to mine was next. The nice man offered to help me and said no that car is not next, she was here first, but it was of no point. The technician was rude and told me, quite flatly, that i wasn't going to make it to work and i could try coming back after work but they close at 6. are you SERIOUS. one car ahead of me?! you can't even offer to start my car right NOW? obviously i didn't go back, i didn't want this rude and ignorant individual to put rocks in my engine! This jiffy lube embodies EVERY single stereotype of a greasy and sleazeball going to rip you off change shop. If i was the owner i would be ashamed of myself for operating such a terrible business and having such poor representation of me working there. DO not go here. Should have known better than to go near a jiffy lube. I was 19 and a bit naive. I was across the street and thought "hey I need an oil change, what the hell, it is right here". I dare you to walk in and tell me you don't feel that bad vibe. Here's why: Jiffy is a company built on dishonesty, greed and self betterment alone. They are pretty much all like this. Do not get a job here, it will be toxic. Jiffy hires people off the street, with no previous or very little experience and trains them on site without any specialization or foundation of true mechanics. Aka it doesn't need to be in your blood, you're last job could have been a grocery clerk. They WILL lie to you to try and get more money out of you, they WILL do a very and sometime dangerously shoddy job, and you WILL leave with a bad taste in your mouth. So as a 19 year old, I took my Buick LeSaber here for an oil change, asked them to add coolant which they said they were out of (wtf) and instead just added more water which it totally didn't need. Then they they didn't put the cap back on securely and two days later, it popped off while driving and lodged in the engine making it explode and basically shoot shrapnel style throughout the engine totaling my previously healthy car. Sadly, like I said I was naive, and did not know that I could have had them replace my car. It ended up paralyzing my financial growth and so I walked and took buses for an entire year before I could get another car. It's sad though I forgive them their thoughtlessness but I want to prevent this from happening to more people. Don't go to any Jiffy Lube's anywhere, this is what you can expect. read more

Had a great experience with the guys at jiffy lube today. The team worked very well together and got me in and out quickly. The manager Matt had the team working in unison and I was quite impressed. Dalton, Alfredo and Isaac all did their jobs and were really great keeping me posted on where we were in the process. In the past this location had been understaffed not this time! Went there yesterday to change my wife's oil. This morning I saw the bottom of it leaking oil. They were busy but not extremely busy, and they were telling customers that it was going to be a long wait or for them to "go somewhere else". I should've listen to what they were telling the others but I didn't because they were already working on my car. Anyway, I spent over an hour there and now I had to lift my car, tighten the bolts myself and see if that fix the leaking. This place needs better management as well as people well trained. Not coming back unless my car keeps leaking and they need to fix it. Other than that, they lost me as a customer. read more

DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY COMPLETELY RIP YOU OFF. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for a simple oil change and had a coupon for it that should cost around $40 or less. By the time they were done with my car, I realized I was ripped off. I had to pay $117. First off the labor was $75 which is absolutely ridiculous. At Honda, they charged $18 for labor. Second they charged me an extra $40 for a cabin air filter that was NOT on the original estimate. Nor did he tell me they were going to do that until AFTER they did it. I'm pretty sure the salesman, Fady, saw me and thought "I could definitely rip this person off." I was definitely taken advantage of. I already filed a complaint with corporate so hopefully they can take care of that ridiculous labor cost, and the cabin air filter that I did not ask for!!! I should've just gone to Honda. read more

From the very 1st minute I arrived, I was very impressed with the very friendly customer service I received from Angel. He explained what was included and escorted me over to a well air-conditioned room where they had fresh coffee waiting for me. Within a few minutes he came back and reviewed what they found. He made some recommendations but I didn't feel he was trying to 'upsell' me as others have expressed. They have a great $10 off special which brought their regular price of $39.99 to $29.99! I have been getting my car serviced here at this location for over 2 years now! I'm always greeted within seconds of parking. All of the guys are super friendly and attentive. I feel safe in handing over my keys to let them do their work. Plus the location is great to grab a snack while you wait - it's flanked by Jack in the Box and McDonalds. Their estimates of wait time have truly been spot on. Weekends are typically when I frequent here, (which is understandably busy) but I've never had to wait longer than an hour. Just this evening, I needed an emergency service with my vehicle. Hector went out of his way to stay PAST closing time to make sure I would be driving safe over this holiday weekend. Went to get an oil change last weekend, had to spend almost $90 because they used synthetic oil which was fine, happens with new trucks. Then yesterday morning I went to the truck and my oil light was on, checked my oil and it was 2-3 quarts low, and no, no oil was burning. Super frustrating buying more synthetic oil elsewhere when it's literally less than 7 days ago that I got an oil change. Won't be going back. read more

The guys here have been OK over the past 4 years that I've been bringing both my trucks here. But over the past 3 or 4 visits it's just gone down hill faster than you can imagine. The wait times are absolutely horrible. Today they expected me to wait over an hour for them to start my truck. There was only 2 cars in front of me. Ridiculous. Last time was almost as bad. They don't care either, no empathy whatsoever. Luckily, Valvoline is right across the street. They had no wait, better service and comparable prices. I will not return to jiffy lube. read more

Came in today for an oil change. Spoke with Hector on the phone and i mentioned a 10 dollar off coupon offer. The process was super fast...I was initially helped by Fernando,Angel,& Hector. They are all very nice and attentive for a confused person( like me ) who doesn't know much about car servicing . OH! The coffee and water was a great touch because I didn't get my starbucks haha! The service is fast and this jiffy lube's employees were very thorough & honest with the signature service (COMPLETELY APPRECIATED). They were done in 20 mins and even cleaned my windows ! I am a Lyft driver. I had just gotten back from a dropping a customer off at their destination. They gave me a $2 tip. I threw it in the center console just below my radio. I drove into get a Uber inspection and oil change. They said the Uber inspection would be free with an oil change. There were some issues getting my car passed. I needed a buld for one of my brake lights, new wiper blades and there was some minor damage on my bumper. When I left I noticed the $2 tip was gone. It was only $2 but when you go into an establishment you don't expect them to steal from you. I think it's disgusting that they stole $2 from me. The sad part is they put such a bad light on the Jiffy Lube in general. Take your car somewhere else for a lube. read more

Last time I was here was February 2015 for an oil change- within minutes someone had called me over and explained to me that they couldn't top off my oil due to my coolant being super low and there being an apparent leak. So what did they do? They topped off my coolant free-of-charge and urgently explained to me that I needed to head straight over to a mechanic. Then they handed me a flier for a discount the next time I came by and apologized. Super impressed by them, here I am today visiting for another oil change before I head out on a trip up north. These guys welcomed me kindly, took my car straight into the bay and led me into their waiting room. When Angel came inside and called me, we discussed the oil change and after he gave me a brief update on how everything else was looking. He didn't have to share any of this with me, but he showed me where my fuel system was, my alternator belt, my battery, my coolant, headlights, windshield wipers and so on! Then he explained what everything meant and his recommendations and helped me get a discount on the services I chose which were an oil change with a reminder at 5k miles using standard oil and topping off my coolant which had fallen to 40%. These guys here are dressed nice, act cordially and are overall very professional. Definitely will continue to come back here and recommend them, they deserve 5 stars! I would never go to a place that lies to customers saying that my vechile needed synthetic oil when my oil cap says other and 2 other places told me the truth.I went with Xpress lube and only paid $36.00 with a new air filter,as with the extra 1 gallon and Groupon discount was good for everything else. This place is terrible. Went in for an oil change, was told 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later still nothing. The staff are these dopey guys who spend way too much time chit chatting and joking with each other, they have zero hustle and it shows. The best part was they had already opened the hood of my car, when I went to leave they closed it incorrectly. Another customer stopped me on my way out to close the hood all the way. This shop is run by morons. To anyone reading this I would suggest you take your car to either BJ's automotive on Donville, or Simi Oil and Lube a couple blocks west on Los Angeles, either are good options. read more
