This was a slow and tedious service. Then they tried to up sell me to all kinds of filters I didn't want. The next visit I'll bring a lunch.

Very disappointed. Came in for oil change, radiator service and state inspection. They talked me into differential service with a $10 discount. At checkout they said they couldn't give me the discount and offered me a coupon instead. I drove off and minutes later my truck overheated. They flushed the radiator and didn't bother to refill. Thought these guys would have been good, but guess not! Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they busted one of my studs while trying to put my tires on. They said they couldn't get the tire on. So instead of stopping, trying to figure out what the problem was, they kept ramming the tire on until the stud broke. Thought their job was knowing how to put a tire on? They stated that they didn't know why the tire wasn't going on and asked if I wanted them to fix it. Joking? No! So, I am still waiting for parts now. To top it off, they quoted me a specific price initially, then when I went to pay, they tried to charge me more than what was quoted, with the same amount of work done. read more

Had a great service at this location. I had my oil changed with full synthetic, replaced my air filters, and had my tires rotated. The staff was courteous, kind, and were able to answer all of my questions completely and competently. We were the first customers of the morning and we were getting an inspection sticker. However 3 other customers checked out before we did. We had to wait an hour for our vehicle to be finished. I got an oil change and a tire rotation here, and they forgot to reinstall a lug nut on a rear wheel. When I went back several days later after noticing the missing lug nut, they said they didn't have it. They told me to buy one and they would put it on. They lost it. They should replace it. They also left one of the black covers on the front fender and I drove off with it on the vehicle, and it flew off right in front of their shop. They got two stars because they remembered to reinstall the oil cap. read more

Terrible service. My wife got the oil changed there two days ago. I opened the hood of the car to find the source of some rattling and bumping noises. They had left the battery unsecured. It takes a minute to tighten the bolts on the cross bar that keeps the battery in place. Against my better judgment they replaced a headlight bulb. They loosened a couple parts to get to the bulb. These were left dangling in the engine compartment. Go anywhere else but here. These obviously care little about your car. I'd give zero stars if possible. read more

I got my car inspected here on the 29th, right after i got off work at 5:00. There were no customers ahead of me, so they got to work on my car immediately. I waited about a total of 30 minutes, and they were done! I was really surprised, being that it's the end of the month. Very efficient, and the whole staff was very friendly and professional. I went to a Jiffy Lube and they messed up my oil pan and oil leaked all over my driveway. I started to drive it to work the next day and noticed oil on the driveway, stopped and checked the dip stick and no oil on it. I had to bike down to the autoparts to buy a couple of quarts of oil to get my car to the Ford dealership who told me I needed a new oil pan. I called Jiffy Lube and they told me the fine print says they don't fix anything plastic and the oil pan has some plastic parts and they won't pay. He told me sorry, we can't help you. Never again would I go to a Jiffy Lube and I'm on Yelp trying to find a good place to get a coolant flush when I thought I might want to share my Jiffy Lube story. read more

I've just recently discovered this Jiffy Lube, and I'm so happy I did. Both times I have went, Chris has helped me and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I get it, but for the love of god, man, how about just that oil change that I asked for? To their credit, when they finally did the oil change, it was pretty quick (2 other customers were in there with me) and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. But that wasn't before having to opt out of about 6 different up-sale options with the guy on a computer screen that was literally located in one of the in-use bays -- so much so that I was actually nudged out of the way by the truck that was driven out of it by another tech. I suppose the experience is about what one should expect from a corporate chain style lube shop, but I certainly wouldn't have gone had I not had a $15 off coupon (and it was still $60+ after said coupon). They are always fast, professional and don't try to push other services on me. I called a auto repair service in the Woodlands to remove my broken undercar shield since it was hitting the road and they jokingly laughed and said they couldn't fit me in. I called this jiffy lube and they said come in and we will remove it for you. It took 4 mins and they didn't charge me. They said when I get a new one they would put it on for me. They did t treat me like a second class citizen like the other place did. read more

Went to pay for my high-mileage oil change, and about fell over when the guy behind the counter said it was $60!! I asked what the heck I paid $60 for, and he showed me a list of "benefits" including cleaning all my windows, vacuuming my carpets etc. I told him that if I had known how much it would cost, I would've just gotten the regular oil change for half the price. He told me that as the customer it was my responsibility to know the prices. I didn't want any trouble, and my husband was starting to get mad, so I just said I guess I should've asked. When we finished up the Jiffy Lube guy said "have a good day" and I asked "do you have my keys?" His response was that they were waiting outside. I figured there must be a stand or something outside where I could pick up my keys. But there wasn't. My husband and I looked around for a while and couldn't find my keys. So we went back inside, only to stand in line. Eventually I went back outside and found someone else. He told me that the keys were on the front tire. What the heck???? A little better description would've been helpful. Then again, the guy inside couldn't manage to zip up his fly, so guess he couldn't be bothered with the complicated stuff like letting his customers know what was going on. The worst part? I got home and was looking at my car. They hadn't washed the windows, and they hadn't vacuumed my car. Who knows what else they didn't do!! This place was awful. Please stay away from this place if you value your car !!! I was here about 5 pm 2/11/15 and first, the handle of my dipstick broke off during the oil change. After adding the oil the employees studied the dipstick for a while and said " It's Full" They COULD NOT have known if the car was full of oil because the dipstick could not be pushed in the tube all of the way without the handle. Now the dipstick is stuck in the tube, and I can't get it out or check the level of oil. Second they did NOT give me a receipt. I think that they kept my money, and did not put my info in the computer. They stuck a sticker on my windshield, but it does not have the Date of next oil change, or mileage of next oil change on it, it is just a blank sticker. STAY AWAY. read more

Let me first start by saying, I have been a faithful Jiffy Lube customer for over 20 years. They have always changed the oil in my 1998 Honda Civic from when I lived in Dallas to me moving to Houston. They have changed the oil in all 3 of my vehicles, a Honda Ridgeline and Hyundai Santa Fe. Although I had heard a lot of negative things over years about Jiffy Lube especially at this location, I kept telling everyone, that I have not had a bad experience with them so their negative stories were not my story. Unfortunately, their negative story officially became my store on a Saturday morning, August 2016. I took my car to the Jiffy Lube located on Sawdust Rd. as I have done many times before and requested an oil change. They went through the normal process of giving their recommendations outside of the oil change. I gave them permission to change the windshield wiper blades and that was it outside of the oil change. I go back in and sit waiting for them to finish and about 8 minutes after sitting down, they come and get me. The gentlemen proceeds to tell me that one of my spark plugs pops and flies out of its cylinder while they were changing the oil and checking the fluid levels. I said it did what, he said while they were checking the fluid levels, they heard a crackling sound, then a pop and the next thing they knew, the spark plug came flying out and landed on the motor. He then asked me if anyone else had touched the car or changed the spark plugs and I told him no. He said he can show me where the spark plug landed which was right on the motor. I told him no one else had touched my car but I will make sure to tell my husband what he said. He said they put the spark plug back in and they will let me know when they were finished. After they finished with everything, I got ready to leave and before I could pull out of the driveway of station good, my car starts hesitating while I'm driving and can't really pick up any speed and then the check engine light comes on. At this point, I turn around and go back to Jiffy Lube and tell the guy what the car is doing. I told him it's not picking up speed and the check engine light came on. He said they just needed to recalibrate the sensor and the light should go off and once I drive it, everything should balance out. Now, I want to trust what he's saying because I have not had any issues before but I knew something was off. We recalibrate the sensor and the light goes off. I drive off the lot and before I can turn at the light good, the check engine light comes back on and my car begins to drive slower. I didn't want to turn around again because I was scared the car would stop. I got home and told my husband what happened and he said a spark plug flying out ABSOLUTELY CANNOT HAPPEN. He said they really told you that, and I told him yeah. He said ok, let's take it to Riley Automotive to see what they say. Unfortunately for us, Riley was closed. I eventually had to get me a new car because of the incompetency of this Jiffy Lube. Come to find out, the wire was stripped and the wires and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. So I have officially made it my mention to WARN EVERYONE i know and meet to STAY AWAY from the DEATH CAR TRAP known as JIFFY LUBE. I had to pay 465.48 because of the incompetency and bold face lie told because of the lack of ownership and integrity of the employees and the company. It's amazing, all they had to do was take ownership and fix the problem they created but nope they felt deceit was a better route. Thank you for creating this cause, because consumers need to know about this place and company. read more
