I never knew getting an oil change could be so easy, effortless, and an actually an enjoyable experience. I came in this past Monday and I was a little bummed because they were pretty busy as there were 3 cars ahead of me and I had about 30 minutes to get to work. I asked the first person to help me (I'm a jerk and didn't catch his name or any of the amazing guys who serviced my car) and he said it would take 30 minutes, I shrugged and told him that I was going to be late to work but whatever, I needed my oil changed. These guys did everything to get me (as well as everyone else ahead of me) in and out in a timely manner. I was so impressed by the friendly staff, the professionalism, and the way they show you things about your car and point things out. I spoke with Patty (the only person who's name I remembered) while my car while it was being serviced and she was so friendly and kept me company while I waited. I've gone to this Jiffy Lube for quite a few years now. They always take care of everything and explain what they're doing. I had an issue with the oil drain screw and they requested I come back when the Manager was there to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I did go back and the Manager told me he was made aware of the issue and he took care of it. Always in and out of there within 15-20 minutes. Love them!!!! read more

Condescending and dishonest! My husband took my older Toyota 4Runner to this Jiffy Lube location several months ago for an oil change, and when I saw the receipt I was shocked to see it was almost $60. For just an oil change. Not wanting to look a gift husband in the mouth (I hate taking my car for an oil change so am so happy when he does it), I didn't question it much, but the next time he took it to a different Jiffy Lube and asked up front about the price, they gave him a coupon, and it was under $30. Great! A couple of weeks ago the old rig needed another oil change and I decided to take it myself to this location because it's convenient to my house. Pulled in and asked the guy up front how much it would be and he quoted me almost $50. $39.99 for the "standard" service by my car takes "extra oil" so it would be $10 more. I showed him the invoice from the last service at the other location, and he condescendingly told me that the price was less because of the coupon. Yes, Sherlock, I can see that the total price is less, but I'm talking about the base price, before the coupon, why is that $10 more? "Extra oil" he says but will not elaborate and just keeps pointing to the coupon discount. Well, I'm not one to pay more for the exact same service so I left and called the other location. Turns out my car takes a HALF quart of "extra oil", for which the other location charges $2.49 but this rip-off joint was going to charge me $10. And the employees were smirking at me as I left, telling me not to hit any other cars as I slowly backed up to get around the person who had parked sideways behind me. Really, I needed to be told that would be a bad idea, to back into another car. There's never more than one customer in this location when I drive by, while other Jiffy Lubes frequently have a line. I have been going to this location with this incredible staff for 2 vehicles now and they have always been the most helpful and stress-free place to go. This isn't only the best Jiffy Lube, it's the best place for an oil change PERIOD. I've been coming here for over a year now and have waited to write a review to make sure I saw consistency. I HAVE NOT BEEN LET DOWN! Ronaldo and Patty are always making sure that my car is serviced properly and the other employees always seem to enjoy working here. I've never seen this kind of service in any shop I've been to. I have a VW that other body shops seem to struggle with. You would think a simple oil change would not be a problem but other shops have struggled in the past. I've yet to have had any problem here. I used to bring my Passat, now I bring my CC and my wife's Nitro. This is the best place. read more

They are awesome here. I went to check if my power steering was low.The guys that was helping me at jiffy lube was super helpful and nice. First he checked my car right away then told me that my power steering fluid was low and it was leaking. So he filled it all the way up with no charge at all! And he still checked a couple other things and told me to go to the mechanic because it could be one other thing. Also he said if I needed anymore help to come back and he would help me again. So nice and I wish I got his name. He looked like he might of been the manager but I could be wrong. I will definitely come back here again. Excellent customer service! read more

Very disappointed with there honesty. I have been coming to this location for years. I recently had my oil change in March. About a week went by and I started to notice a small puddle of oil under my car, thought maybe it was from my cars skid plate, so I put a drain pan under to catch the oil and over the next 3 days my car had almost drained most of the oil out of it. I brought my car to another shop and come to find out the drain bolt threads on the oil pan had been repaired at some point and that repair had failed. I am not saying jiffy lube did the repair originally as my car has 140k on it and I have had many oil changes. Since my oil change I put less that 100 miles on the car before it started leaking excessively. My issue is that Jiffy Lube did not notify me that my drain bolt thread repair was failing which they would have noticed when the performed my oil change. Instead my Repair Order read "oil leak upon arrival" Working in a similar industry I understand they put this to cover themselves but you would think that they would communicate the severity of a drain bolt failing due to the risk of a customer driving while a drain bolt fell out causing oil loss and engine damage. Needless to say I will never step foot in this location or any other Jiffy Lube again due to their lack of customer service and communication. For what they charge for an oil change you are better off going to a legit mechanic not some kid that is a "lube tech". read more

These people put the wrong filter and forgot to even tighten the filter. I took it to get diagnosed and got red flagged at the dealer. Then I took it to another mechanic and he said whoever changed your oil messed up by putting the wrong filter and didn't tighten it enough. I took my car there and they deny it's wrong and now they say I don't have authority to do anything. Usually when businesses make a mistake, they own up to it. Have been taking my 3 cars there for 5+ years. The manager Ronaldo has zero people skills and makes it seem like the customers fault. Telling me to get all the facts and go to corporate with it, which I am going to do for sure!! My car is still currently being fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Read under a couple comments down and you'll see another person that said they broke his seal. A real business would try to comfort or help the customer, not try to deny a mistake. We're all human and make mistakes, own up to it. You lost my business and every person I now I will make sure they don't come there. All you had to do was admit to the mistake and help resolve the issues. It I could I would give you 0 stars. Disgusting people, zero customer service, and don't yell at your customers over the phone. . . You're supposed to be a franchise and I hope jiffy lube sees this and sees what kind of people that own their franchise. read more

Friendly staff on phone and in person. Was in and out in no time! Was not hassled to buy a bunch of services not needed like many other Jiffy Lube's. However, they were very thorough with their service and let me know I needed a new air filter (which I knew already). I will commend this spot for a quick oil change to friends. I went here to get an oil change about a year ago. I felt compelled today, because I had my oil changed at the dealer and although not a great experience, I am glad that I decided not to ever come here. The guy was nice enough, but felt like I was being talked "down" too. As a woman, I get it a lot. True, I don't know everything, but in my younger years I would change the oil myself. The reason why I will never come back is not only the price, but the fact that I had to pay something like $30 to have my tires rotated. The last two places have included it with the oil change. Yeah, the guy told me I was getting a special deal, but it didn't feel like it. I paid almost $100 for a synthetic oil change and to rotate my tires. An upwell wasn't an option in my case. Two stars because it was done correctly and it was quick. read more
