They not only do great work on your cars, they also took time out of their busy day and helped me out when I got lost today, trying to find the Kaiser facility in Sylmar on Encinitas, so I could get my Covid shot. The workers are professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They also go over what they will do to your car before hand, AND they will go over the work they have done after with proof. Honestly the guys here are the sweetest and helped me out sooooo much. I came in to get my oil changed and turns out the last place I went to did it wrong and over twisted/broke one of my caps on my car. The team was so nice and helpful for fixing it. They offered to work within my budget to fix whatever need to be fix sooner rather than later. And I trust them enough to go back when I need to get the other things done too. They were even sweet enough to help me get the tree sap off my windows so I could see better. The team was so nice and very educational. Great and quick service, been going to this place for years. I have never had an issue.

The usual. No prices posted and expensive, they try and sell you services and things you don't need, they lie to you about service recommendations and technical specifications which don't exist, and they don't read the clearly marked technical specifications on the vehicle itself. So clueless they completely screwed up my tire pressures, which my dash immediately notified me about along with the service tech who was too disinterested to notice as he removed it from their bay. I had to immediately drive it over to Costco to fix. Far better and cheaper service at Walmart. Good wifi. read more

Love this location. Easy to swing into this place right off the freeway. Everytime I need to make a stop I barely wait any time at all to be seen. My oil change here takes about 10-15 minutes for my GMC Savannah. Staff are incredibly friendly. Always remind me when theyre running promotions. Been going here for years..dont think I will be coming back. I can look past the fact that the manager seemed to be bickering with another employee which doesn't inspire confidence. The real problem i had is that they have signs everywhere requiring customers to wear face masks and then the guy pulling my car out and accepting my payment didn't bother to wear one. Friendly and helpful staff. Came on a Wednesday afternoon at 4pm. Took about 45 minutes total. I had a question about my car that wasn't related to my oil change, Angel was very helpful in giving me thorough information about the question I had on power steering. I also had zero issues with the groupon I purchased and just had to pay for taxes and fees afterwards. Overall good experience. No issues, great experience on an oil change. Told thirty min, was done in thirty minutes. Was told of lower prices elsewhere and made sure I had that option explained to me. That was nice. When oil change was done, I was told of some things that popped up on my car, like coolant. Some upselling, but not pressured. Angel was very nice and polite and got me all lubed up! I have gone to this jiffy lube in the past on weekdays in the evening and have received great service but I went on a Saturday and one car was in bay and another was wAiting for service. I was there in the morning and was informed that they had a special car that was going to take at least 45 minutes and the guy was a so excited - the otter bay sat empty while the entire team watched the cool car be worked on. I came here because I needed an oil change before gifting my car to my aunt. I personally live out of town but I wanted to use a place close to where the car would be staying for possible future service. I can't tell you enough how amazing the service was that I received from Joshua Kellman. It's so good in fact that after I'm free from my new cars warranty demands, I am seriously considering coming back down here when visiting family just to get my services here. I've always favored Jiffy Lubes all around services but the ones by me aren't that great.
