I went here because it was the closest oil change place to me, and I really needed to get my car done. I know nothing about cars so I was hesitant, but upon arrival I felt welcomed by the staff. I sat out in front of the garage, got out of my car and wandered through the office and garage and didn't see a single Jiffy Lube employee. 15 minutes later I pulled into the garage to drive through and the three employees jumped out of a white Toyota Avalon screaming bloody murder "what the f*ck are you doing man!! Never ever do I come away with the advertised price, and sigh, never ever do I say "no"...because they always find things that need changing. Thanks, I suppose! The best thing about choosing a Jiffy Lube is that there are so many of them around the country. In between oil changes, if you ever need your tires checked/filled, water for your wipers filled, a little oil -- they'll fill'er up. Best, they'll do it for free. Plus, they are open 7 days a week. I have been bringing my cars into Jiffy Lube for over 5 years... Never had a problem!! Last week my car's oil light went off and I had some time so I stopped by to get a quick oil change... I was first asked a few questions to put me into the computer database which I thought was odd... since I have been coming here for years, and I told the young man, why all the questions?? He said my info was not in the computer?? He then asked me if I would like the recommended "break flush" and I told him I did it last time I was at Jiffy Lube!? And then he gave me the quote for the oil... $200.00 for just an oil change!! I was looking at the invoice and said, The dealership charges less?! And then he told me "go to the dealership!!" I got upset about the lack of respect!! It seems like ever since COVID and all the mask people, with stores being allowed to be rude to customers they think it is ok to talk to customers that way now!! I went in for an oil change like I usually do. He said it would be 45 minutes, so I said I was gonna run an errand. I came back 10 minutes later, and my car was already out of the bay. I asked if they still wash the windows and vacuum the carpet and he said yes, but it wasn't done.. and the guy went and did a horrible job washing the windows. They were smudges everywhere worse than when I pulled in. And he still didn't vacuum.. I'm not even feeling confident than anything was checked or done properly at this point. I came in for an oil change and they sold me a rotor and brake pad job along with brake fluid replacement. They really did not know exactly how to remove the brake calipers and eventually told me autozone only had one rotor. They put everything back together and told me they could not do the job. When i checked online autozone did have rotors at the local store. For a signature service some of the services were not performed. No vacuuming, windows dirty, don't know if they even topped off the windshield wiper fluid or not. I just did not get a feeling that they were competent at their job to do brakes there. Ben was very honest and made me feel comfortable; I am weary of being taken advantage when it comes to anything car related. Ben explained to me the options for service, which I decided on a higher quality synthetic oil. I am not one who likes being upsold, and Ben was respectful when I declined additional services. My car was ready in a jiffy, likely literally less than 30 minutes. The rest of the team was also kind and provided good customer service.
