I was actually going to get my nails done at 3D Nails and was happy to see Jiffy Lube was in the same shopping center. I stopped in here on Memorial day at 1:30 p.m. and was welcomed by Frank and Ed. I normally go to the Jiffy Lube in Anaheim (by work) so this was my first time here. They gave me an estimate and I walked across the lot to get my nails done. I walked back an hour later and my oil change was completed. My floor mats were vacuumed, fluids were topped off and a analysis of some cracks under the car were given to me. I showed my Yelp check-in offer for $12 but the computer wasn't taking the Yelp12 code. Mark gave a code for $10 off instead, but I think that check-in code needs to be updated or removed. I just left Jiffy Lube in Upland on foothill Boulevard and I cannot thank the men that work there enough I had an oil change done at 1 o'clock this afternoon in Azusa at a Jiffy Lube and I drove my car home loaded it up to go to Lake Arrowhead, I had my dog and as I was driving along the 210 Fwy something started to rattle underneath my car. Low and behold they did not screw my plate back on and it was banging underneath my car from the wind. My husband wanted me to have the car towed home. However, I was able to find a Jiffy Lube still open in Upland on foothill Boulevard and they helped me fix the the problem. They screwed the dangling plate back on and I was on my way. So to Andrew, Ed, and Giovanni I cannot thank you enough you guys are rock stars whoever owns this franchise of Jiffy Lube should be very proud to have guys like you working for them. Don't come here by yourself if you're a girl haha I got an oil change here about 5 months ago and the technician recommended me to replace my air filter so I did. I came back today for an oil change again and a different technician serviced me. I always get conventional oil and this guy tried to convince me to get the synthetic. And then while inspecting my car he took out the air filter and asked "when's the last time you replaced this?" and I said "last time I was here" lololol and he's like "ohhh ok my bad sorry.. we'll take care of that at your next service" and then later proceeds to say "it just caught my attention that your air filter is pretty clean, you must not drive your car as much" .. yeahhh don't come here by yourself ladies, this is an embarrassment on their end read more

I decided to go to this particular one since it's convenient and the person who assisted me over the phone sounded very accommodating as compared to the usual "crocodiles" we hear and encounter. The moment I drove in, I was greeted appropriately. No upsell of unnecessary services. The waiting room is clean and cool. I was offered to sit and change the tv channel.
