VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER NEVER 0 out of 10 RETURNING HERE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE This place is not a very customer friendly, they stripped my plug bolt and then they charge me extra to change the oil. Then they claimed that I didn't go to that location when I clearly remembered that I did . They began getting combative with me when I asked why they did the work if they knew that the bolt was stripped . They began to raise their voice telling me " why didn't you tell us that the bolt was stripped " when it was clearly in their records. They were very unprofessional they told me that I should of "taken your car in to get fixed" before I went there The two very unhelpful "technicians " were named Emmanuel Macias # 108904 and some other guy named Adrian. Instead of trying to help me , they began to blame the other Jiffy lube location where I had my car service and other employees at their location. They also were looking at my phone and saw that I was gonna post a review and Mr. Macias told me that he was not gonna get in trouble " I already know what I'm going to say to my manager" was what he said. To that point I requested to speak with his manager and was refused ... I had been a customer for over 5 years but now you can be sure that I am going to take my vehicles to a place where they have real mechanics on duty. I've taken my car to this location a couple of times and always received good service and like their name, I have always been in and out in a "Jiffy". Today when I took my Mini Cooper in for a routine oil change there was a problem with one of the hoses that could have left me stranded. The last two times a man by the name of Lional(leon) has helped me I'm not exactly sure what his position is but he should definitely be a manager if he isn't already. I was first to arrive around 7:45am and Mark took my car right away at 8:00. I usually go to the dealership but just didn't have time; cost was about the same here and service was much faster, the location is better for me too! I have NEVER seen customer service as good as this outside of high end restaurants. I pulled up and the manager greeted me by name... I'd never been to that location before .. but he was able to pull up my info based on my plate and use my name upon greeting me.. he also knew that I needed a special oils filter and that most of the time the locations don't have it. So he recognized that and let me know he does keep it in stock and would have me out quick... I don't think I have Ever been impressed getting an oil change before this.. not sure I can go anywhere else again. I'm would never recommend this Jiffy Lube location again. My Daughter took her car there today for an oil change, after telling the sales guy she wanted a basic oil change just SAE 5/30 the guy tries to up sell her on some premium service for twice as much money. When she told him she only wanted the basic service he told her she was going to have problems in the future with her car and that it will eventually clog up the engine, WTH. What are they doing selling an inferior product or defective oil? Maybe they should close before they screw up a lot people's cars, or corporate should close them down for not keeping company standards. Women be aware they will take advantage of you if you are not knowledgeable. read more

Tried going to the other Jiffy Lube location in upland but after waiting 15 minutes to get checked in when they only had 2 cars & at least 3 employees I came here. Immediately pulling up one of the 2 employees came up and greater me & directed me in the bay. Was told work was checked twice yet while driving to work oil leaked and a part not placed back onto my car right made the car not safe to drive causing me to take it back again to fix this mistake. Staff are friendly but not too helpful. If you call with a complaint you're placed on hold until you figure out that that was there way of hanging up on you because they never come back to you on the phone. If you have no time or are in a hurry try them but other than that just take it to your mechanic or any other mechanic's shop. read more

They alerted me to damage under my guard. I figured... last night I accidentally hit a possum on my drive home from the gym. 130am and that guy was just in the middle of the road. I couldn't avoid him and I suspect someone had already hit him hence him just posted up. Poor dude. My car will be ok. I hope his little possum fam will be able to mourn him properly.
