Came in today on 2/23/22 to Jiffy Lube like I have plenty of times before to get what I thought would be my standard quick and easy oil change. I drive a very standard car, common car so getting an oil change should be no problem... I was so wrong! In the process of my oil change they ended up POPPING ONE OF MY TIRES how does that happen when doing an oil change I have no idea but they managed to make it happen! I came in for a standard oil change nothing more and ended up with a popped tire! When I asked to speak to the Manager Rubin he was of no help to me at all, he only said that "these things happen." Not only that he told me he was "doing me a favor by putting on my spare tire." Doing ME a favor? YOU popped MY tire how else do you think I'm going to be able to leave (which trust me I was ready to leave) unless you put my spare on my tire? I was truly appalled that Rubin would speak to a customer like this, showing no remorse, no accountability and on top of that making it seem like it was an inconvenience to him to put on my spare tire. I also spoke to the District Manager Guillermo Gonzalez unfortunately he was just as unhelpful as Rubin was and said there was nothing that they could do for me and would be unable to compensate me for the tire that THEY popped! I had to spend the rest of my afternoon on a spare tire, driving to find a place available to sell me a tire and have it replaced before I had to work that evening. There is no one here willing to take any accountability for the mistakes they made. The poor customer service i received today was unacceptable and truly appalling. I can only imagine what "other things" happen here... what else could possibly go wrong? I would never come back here again, and would never recommend anyone to come here and risk something going wrong with their car. read more

On Dec. 18, 2023, I brought my Cadillac DeVille in for an oil change. I was promptly met by Mgr. Ruben and he listened as I told him what I wanted done, and what I wanted checked out. He quickly had my car brought in for servicing, as I waited in the roomy and comfortable waiting room, inside. Ruben and his team, who are Armando, Josue and Gabriel, are all nice young men and very respectful. They don't try to upsell you. They even brought to my attn. to a (preexisting) issue that seemed out of the ordinary, which I appreciated. They know what they're doing, they don't fool around, they're thorough, quick and efficient. And, they go above and beyond - to boot! My break light went out and I called my neighborhood Jiffy Lube to see if they replace break lights. They said yes, but it depends on the car type. I have a Buick Verano which is not a common car. They said they would do their best to ensure the lights are changed properly. The Jiffy Lube team worked diligently to replace my break lights and ensure they were working properly, even with not being familiar with my car type. My girl, only gets synthetic & is very close to being paid off. We've had a lot of miles together. So my mechanic would have changed me about $30 less BUT these guys where professional, polite, knowledgeable & efficient. I felt comfortable coming here. It was worth paying a little more. They also topped off my coolant and other fluids then checked my tire pressure. And apparently I am missing the cap for my coolant, haha (thanks guys!). read more

We took our 2005 Lexus RX330 for an oil change and they recommended replacing the cabin filter n engine filter. They came back and said that they did not have anymore engine filter. The technician opened the filter box and broke some clips for the box and lost the bolts. He did not say anything to us and when we drove on the freeway the next day, we heard a loud sound. Took it to our mechanic and he had to reconnect the cover of the box with new nut and bolts that jiffy lube tech did not put back. They should not touch stuff that they do not know anything about. I went back a week later and spoke to the manager and he offered me 50% off next oil change; but I'm not going back to jiffy lube ever again. read more

This is my go-to location. I recently went in for an oil change and was hoping to also get one of my headlights replaced. Ruben was and, always is, extremely kind and professional. He offers advice but isn't pushy about offering alternatives (like a better grade of oil). He makes sure I'm aware of low fluid levels and low tire pressure. More importantly, he makes friendly conversation throughout the service so I never feel like just another car that pulled up.
