This place is a life saver. Yesterday, a motorist saw that both my brake and turn signal lights were out. He nearly hit me from behind. Immediately, this needed swift attention before an accident happens. I went to Auto Zone first to purchase the lights and tried to have their staff to install them. However, they couldn't install them because they didn't have the secondary lights to install the turn signals. Then I called Joffy Lube which had the lights in stock along. This morning I went to Jiffy Lube in Van Nuys to get this taken care of. Jouse took great care of me and fixed the lights within 5 minutes. There was no need of a second light to replace the lights. During COVID, no need to get out of the vehicle, everyone is wearing masks and the only thing you have to touch is their pen (so bring some hand sanitizer). Quick, easy and affordable (they have coupons on their website). No major upselling to me this time around which made me happy, and they genuinely seemed to care for my car. All hard working during these times of COVID and wildfires (the air was thick with smoke and a light dampening of ash, so kudos for them for working hard (I guess a plus side of wearing masks is it keeps the ash from my face). My tire pressure had been low for several days and every time I stopped at a gas station their air pump was not working. So I came to jiffy lube to ask if they could check my tire pressure, Ruben was so helpful and accommodating. He checked all of my tires and filled them up to the correct pressure, he also made sure to add caps to the tires so they wouldn't lose additional air.
