Well if it was possible I wouldn't even give them one star. Yesterday morning I decided to go take my car to get an oil change. This place was recommended to me by a friend. So we drive up with my husband, well the guys that were there said they couldn't open the cap. They told my husband that it was to tight, to take the car to where the last oil change was done because it was so tight that they were not able to open it. So we left. I did not see them even try hard to take the top off. I personally think they were just lazy and didn't want to use some strength. They looked lazy, we ended up driving to a place that's next to The Valley Car Wash on Van Nuys and Saticoy. It did not take them more than one minute to open the top and start doing what they had to do. Jiffy lube had some lazy workers that I feel did not go out of the way to satisfy a customer. They guy did it easier to send us away than to try a little harder to get the job done. read more

At another jiffy lube location they messed up my oil filter, as an emergency I came to this location and they fixed up my oil filter, topped off my oil and cleaned the oil mess inside my hood, they did it quickly and responded with a smile and friendliness, and even explained too me exactly what the possibility of the mistake could be, note it was like 20 minutes before they closed and they still gave my car service, and didn't make a fuzz about there closing times, I understand that sometimes locations take this time to clean up or start to close down but they still attended me and helped with the issue, if you need a reliable place to change your oil the location on van nuys is the best place to do it, ask for josue from now on his the one doing my oil change. read more

Do not use this shop. I'm one of many people who have had huge problems after getting a simple oil change. They over tightened the drain plug and the plug was spinning. I made a claim and showed them what they did and they denied it. Anyone thinking of going here please read my warning. I also was over sold on replacing the coolant in my radiator that was a "need". Some people are crooks and some just do shady bad service. This jiffy lube does both. And the one guy who was nice there all the other "tech" were mean to him as well. Just a rude business. What horrible service, had my oil changed here and they didn't screw the bottom part on right. Went back to tell them about the issue and a bearded gentleman accused me of hitting the car somewhere and took zero responsibility. They literally didn't screw on the part right and it's been scraping on the floor. I asked to speak with a manager and stood there looking dumb for 30 minutes. No one came to speak to me and they didn't even bother looking at the car. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Being in sales and service all my life this is no way to treat customers I hope that this issue can be elevated if jiffy lube cares for their reputation at all. read more

I have a 09 Toyota Corolla just came out from the car wash across the street I spoke to Raul about my issue with my vehicle I told him that I have a funky smell inside my car that was coming out from the A/C vents and also the problem leaking motor oil. Raul was very helpful he told me that the cabin filter was in poor conditions and that the oil leaks were coming from the oil drain plug washer they were able to replace the washer for no extra charge. He was able to honor the discount on my phone. These guys rock I will be bringing my car to this location for the next oil change. read more

My car has had an AC problem this last month and I've had to come back twice because of an electrical issue. Both times I've been to this jiffy lube I've been assisted and taken care of by the best team ever! these guys aren't just quick, they take their time to figure out the problem and do everything they can to fix it and explain to me the issue. I told him i had the part and asked how much it would be to install, he said he would take care of me free of charge. What a guy. Truly so nice and kind, everyone was. This is one of the best locations I have been too. I recently moved from West Hollywood to Van Nuys and needed an oil change. It was so quick and easy. They were able to show me how to reprogram my car and topped off all the fluids that were on low like water for the windshield and coolant. After a long overdue oil change, I took my car to another location and they didn't have my BMW filter, so I called Jiffy Lube and this real nice individual named Anderson picked up and he was so gracious in helping me. Umm... $50 for an oil change at Jiffy Lube - NO Thank You! Sure they have a nice lobby and a friendly staff. And yes they even vacuum the inside of your vehicle. However, I wouldn't trust them to perform any major work on my car and to pay 50 dollars for a simple oil change on my little Toyota is just ridiculous. I will be taking my car to the dealership in the future (at least that way I will be getting Toyota parts for the same price). read more

This aint no regular jiffy lube. This is my first time at this location and the service provided by Ruben and Josue made it feel like a mom and pop shop I've been going to for years. They went above and beyond the call of duty for my service. They were highly competent and not pushy at all about additional services.
