I mean I the service was fast , but the mechanic assured me there was no transmission filter on my 2020 Honda accord sport. Comes to find out there is one , they replaced the transmission oil with no filter. The mechanic here said only the dealer has the small flitters. I literally called another jiffy lube when they were done and the change the filters along with the oil. The guy here completely lied in my face . Now I have to get the filter changed a probably pay another 150 in maintenance,just because the guy was to last to change the filter . I've been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for years and always paid around $109 for a full synthetic oil change with a tire rotation. So I figured I'd try out this location--BIG mistake. I was shocked when I got hit with a $163 bill, and that's after using a $25 off coupon! Without it, it would've been close to $190! To make it worse, I waited over 45 minutes, which is insane considering how quick this service usually is. While I was sitting there, I looked up prices at other Jiffy Lube locations and saw them advertising $99-$109 for full synthetic, just like I've always paid. But the real kicker? When I got my receipt, I saw they charged me $60 for oil change labor and $30 for tire rotation labor--on top of a $30 upcharge for synthetic oil. Are you serious?! That's pure price gouging. I'm done with this location and honestly, I don't think anyone should go here. They take advantage of customers who expect consistent pricing. This time i had a weird noise coming from the wheels .Fernando offered me a free brake inspection and found out that my front brakes were down to the minimum.. we replace the brake pads and they clean my rotors now my car has no more noises and i feel safe to drive . One star review from last March If zero stars were allowed I would definitely give this place that. What I won't be giving them is my business ever again. I went their for rear brakes and an oil change. The mechanic that did the rear brakes did not know what he was doing. It took forever, two hour after the quote. Then when the job was completed, I drove away. Getting to the stop sign near the Italian restaurant the car would only stop using the front break. I noticed the difference right away. I drove back to the Jiffy Lube and he needed another hour and a half to complete. This was not cool at all. I know rear brakes last a while. Now little over six months, they are bad again. One the guy was incompetent, two they charged a lot to get ripped off and three took way too long. Do yourself a favor stick the the lube and you won't get screwed. read more

Although Adrian was polite in taking my call and answering my questions as a first time customer, he didn't offer proper pricing over the phone because he never asked for mileage or vehicle information. I showed up to try and get my vehicle serviced for the $59.99 plan Adrian quoted on the phone and the manager Fernando disclosed that they don't carry the oil for that price point. It's not that it's out of stock it's just that they don't have it. The only oil blend they have is for the $109 oil change. It's a full synthetic blend. The right thing to do at that point given his employees misinformation (mistake) and lack of control on our phone call is to offer the oil they do have for the price I was drawn in the come and spend. I understand this is a service and a convenient way of getting an oil change, but the service on both the employees part and manager could've been better given it was my first time here. But the manager refused and was rude and told me I was welcomed to call the BBB over this which I totally plan to do. He offered to honor my $20 coupon and then said he was giving me the employee price. I understand the value of convenience. I do. But the dealership is still CHEAPER then this joint and although the value does stand out more here because it's a quick job, I'd rather save money and have the right action taken on a mistake then risk a bad review. read more

Not only did they get me in and out with in a reasonable amount of time (it was busy) but they also managed to save me tons of money!!! Me and my mom went to get our oil change and the people didn't even change the oil and they put a wrong screw back on the oil filter which made my oil leak for the next two weeks. So then I took it to my mechanic and he told me that my oil looks like it has been changed in like 3 months. So I wouldn't recommend anybody go here! Normally I go to a GM service center for vehicle maintenance, but lately their customer service has been deplorable so I decided to visit this Jiffy Lube, and let me just say that I wish I would have come sooner. As soon as I pulled in to the drive-thru, one of the service men came to my car and kindly greeted me. When I told him I was here for a tire rotation, he escorted me to the office, opened the door for me and told me "please take a seat and someone will assist you shortly." After a few minutes, Elias took care of me and worked on my car. The service only took 20 minutes, and when he was done he came into the waiting room and let me know that my car was ready. I presented my student I.D and he gave me a student discount - he was super friendly and his service was exceptional. Then he led me to my car, which was already pulled up with the door open and ready to go. Came during the week for a routine oil change- I was way overdue and really couldn't wait any longer. The staff was nice and the change was quick. There was a small waiting room with a TV set to the Travel Channel and free coffee. Within 20-minutes I was on my way with a nice vacuumed car and clean windows. I felt like the upselling was minimal and they weren't pushy about getting me to do other suggested maintenance. I receive free oil changes but the 3 hr wait at the dealership is nonsense, sometimes its easier to pay for a quick oil change. I popped in on a Sunday morning, expecting a wait time of at least 45 minutes. But, lo and behold, I only waited for approximately 10 minutes before my oil change was done! I got my brake lights changed, oil changed, coolant topped off all within 10 minutes! The technicians also let me know that my radiator was leaking coolant and recommended I buy a radiator cap. Now, this might not seem like a big deal to you, but I drove to Whittier to visit my mom from Santa Barbara (~3 hour drive). Had they not let me know about my radiator cap issue, I'd probably be stuck on the freeway, with an overheated car, somewhere in Ventura. Props to them for changing my oil so quickly and for being great at customer service! Next time I visit my mom, I know where I'll go! :D read more
