    On Set 10/24 I requested a service, and the employees told me that I have to wait for aprox. 40 minutes because they were waiting for a vehicle services approval, I asked if they can do my service while they wait for the approval of the other vehicle. And te employee replied " we can only do one vehicle at the time and they were busy. Minutes later I found the guys were just checking their cell and not busy at all, see the attached picture frrom their own security cameras

    Let me just say that looks can be deceiving. When I came to this Jiffy Lube my first thoughts were, "Damn that's it, this is so small"...but boy did this Jiffy Lube get me in & out fast. I was really impressed with how friendly the staff is. Armando was the one that helped me on my first visit here & not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very helpful in assisting me with my automotive questions. I've came here 2 times already once to bring my mans ride & the second time to bring my ride & both times I've been treating with respect & was in & out in under 15 minutes. What I really like is that they're maintaining quarantine guidelines & overall all around good place to get a quick oil change. Thanks Armando & team for your help

    Luckily, I got here and no line, my car was serviced in 20 minutes. I was able to use my Yelp coupon, what a great deal when I checked in today. Friendly staff and reliable. FYI Meat Market next door you buy goodies, if needed. FYI due to COVID bathroom and water dispense are closed !

    After 3 hours asked for my truck back without the rear brakes to be completed.

    Update: earlier today I had the owner of the Jiffy Lube contact me directly. He went over and beyond to apologize. I explained to him there were no hard feelings & maybe Frank had an off day when I was there. I looked over his reviews & it seems it was unlike him. Because of the owners effort & genuine kindness I agree to take my truck back to finish the rest of the work. In return I will not let this one bad experience ruin the many other times and years coming to this establishment. I also stressed to the owner he did not need to apologize but he was a very humble person & only wants for his customers to be happy with the service & good relationship with customers and workers. My review changed & won my 5 star review on them. After 5 months, on Wednesday 03/01/23, I took my truck back for an oil change... additionally needed brake fluid, and new brakes. After dropping my kid, I dropped off my truck at Jiffy Lube off Lambert/Gunn Av, Whittier. Francisco "Frank", the only mechanic available at the time with another employee were at the location. Frank tells me it will take approximately 2 hours to get these things done. Mind you it can take a little less or more. After 3 hours I decided to walk back to the location and see if it was ready. Frank did state he would give me a call, however that didn't happen: when I arrived another employee approaches me and I ask how much longer for my truck to be ready. He advises me to speak to the person I made my agreement with. Hmmm ???? Ok whatever, Frank is on the phone on a corporate meeting. Over the phone they are doing raffles or whatever. I ask Frank what happen it's been a little over 3 hours. He then said, "I told you it was approximate 2 hours!" I told Him I understand but it's now 3 hours later, and I didn't receive a call. This way I can make arrangements for work because it's not like I can come in at any time. He continued to say he had to take the rotors to get cut which weren't part of the maintenance and did not have the time to make the phone call. He's saying this while he's on the phone on who knows how long meeting. I said how much longer he said another hour. I said it's not professional to not communicate with a client. This way they may have time to make changes or coordinate. He then had the gals to say, "Maybe you should have had a ride ready if this was to happen for work." Wow!!!! I said, "First of all, I do not like your disrespectful tone. You don't get to tell me what I need to do with my time and with my life!" Then Frank said, "No you are being disrespectful by asking me why I took more than 2 hours." This guy is so full of himself, his ego couldn't be much bigger and setting me straight. Don't know what he was thinking. Then Frank said to me, "We can give your car back without the rear breaks being done!" I said, "You know what, yes give me back my truck." When checking me out to pay, he put on the notations "Rear breaks not completed per customer". Then tell me the rear rotors are cracked. I said it's noted. I paid my $442.98 out of the $898 and went about my way. I left this place of business unsatisfied with the service. The lack of professionalism, respect, and tone he used to speak to me was unacceptable. You can be the only mechanic but you need to have the skills to speak to PAYING customers with respect. They have cameras they can look at how I was with him. I did not raise my voice, I asked questions, and made a suggestion to call your customers when there's something more than the service being quoted for. Communication is key for collaboration.

    Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely horrible. Probably one of the worst I've ever experienced at an auto body shop. Before I even could pull in , a gentleman that works there, (Tall curly hair who refused to provide name) as he's walking up to my car he trying to be sneaky and hide the fact he's checking his phone to see what time it is. I came around 4:45pm when they close at 6:00pm. He ask me what service do I want and I said oil change , he replies we do $110 for synthetic. I really needed an oil change since being busy from work and final had a time to do it. Which I didn't even ask for a synthetic oil change nor mention one. From his tone I was brought back and asked for manager and he tells me that he's gone. Him being aggressive made me not want anything to do with this business anymore. But I will do what I can to speak to that manager to make sure my voice is heard. I've visited many jiffy lubes in OC/LA never experience an angry dramatic worker like this !

    The staff was very friendly Fernando the manager took care of things he is very knowledgeable great customer service and communication skills. The facility was clean inside and out. There is seating inside and outside. Everyone was wearing a mask this place was very FAST and FRIENDLY I do recommend this place it's right off the corner you can't miss it while you're waiting for your oil change there's a TV repair shop and a lawn equipment store might as well just brows around.

    This is the third vehicle that I've brought to Father & Son Transmission within these passed 10…read moreyears. My first was a 2005 Acura TL, needed a full transmission rebuild. Second was a 2002 Yukon Denali, needed a transfer case rebuild. Just recently my wife's Dodge Durango had been giving us problems. Turns out it wasn't the transmission, but the TCM solenoid. With Angel's honesty, attention to detail, and great work ethic, I've had all repairs done correctly, with minimal downtime, and not being ripped off. He explained all issues so a non-mechanic as myself can understand. Thanks again Angel!

    8L90 Started feeling slipping in the transmission, ended up…read morecoming to Angel before it went out. This is only the second time I have ever had a transmission issue on any vehicle. This is basically the 2nd worst thing that could happen to a vehicle IMO The job did take time but I made it work with getting around. Angel and his team did have to do some trouble shooting because this specific transmission requires the valve body to be primed on the bench prior to installation. He rebuilt the entire core and also changed out the engine rear main seal. Now, the transmission feels better than ever. I had to give him a little bit of a hard time about not having Zelle which he ended up getting after. Overall I would say, he really does care about taking care of his customers and will make sure the job is done correctly.
