Today I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Imperial Hwy. Was greeted by Jr with a big smile and a hello. He set me up quickly with my oil change and his crew got right on it. FAST, FRIENDLY, THOROUGH, and INEXPENSIVE, compared to my regular repair shop. I couldn't have been treated nicer by Jr and his guys. I was outta of there in 45 minutes. I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube based on my experience. I brought my car in for a brake replacement and was told it would be ready by the end of the day on Monday. Three days later, I was still waiting for my vehicle. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of honest communication. On Tuesday the guy called in the morning saying it would be done by noon. They didn't call me until 1:30 saying it's almost done. Well by 3 pm I still haven't heard from them so I called and they said they were almost done. Every time I called, I was told my car was "almost done," yet the timeline kept getting pushed back without any clear explanation. By the end of day Tuesday they said they needed something else to fix. At this time the rental car places were closed so I was screwed without a ride. On Wednesday, the guy called saying again they were almost done and should be done by noon. Again I haven't heard from them at all so I had to call them at 3pm. They kept saying they were almost done. They didn't finish until nearly 7pm and this place closed at 6. Ridiculous. If they had been upfront from the beginning and provided realistic expectations, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was repeatedly given inaccurate updates, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. Waiting three days for a brake job is unacceptable, especially when there is little communication and no proactive effort to keep the customer informed. Good customer service isn't just about fixing cars--it's about respecting your customers' time and communicating honestly. This terrible communication and inaccurate timelines are reasons I will not come back. read more

Ok so I come for their advertised 15 min oil change. 45 minutes later and it's not even done yet. They make you wait outside on their hard stone tables not even in your car. And after requesting and signing for an oil change and tire rotation, then after over 45 minutes when I ask them how we are looking they say "we're not gonna be able to do the tire rotation for the efficiency of our team, bring it back another day". I came here instead of Valvoline because they had a discount of $30 for Sunday oil change, whereas valvoline offers a $20 discount, never again. Not worth the hassle, the misrepresentation, nor the deceptive yea we got you, but after the service is almost done awww we can't do the service we had you sign for agreed to and sent the car in. Had the just told me when I came in they couldn't do it I wouldn't have stayed and got the service. I would've went somewhere else. Unaccetpable. Update after complaining they did complete the TR. won't be returning. Too much hassle and no customer service. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years and I was really blown away by the great customer service I was shown by Levy and Edgar. They should be given a huge raise or promotion. They were able to service my rav4 in a timely matter and were very helpful in answering any questions I had about the service recommendations. you're looking about an hour or so for an oil change, even if you're the only car there. The employees show up looking like they just rolled out of bed, wearing dirty and unpresentable uniforms. Unlike other locations, you can't stay in your vehicle here unless you're OK with staying in your car for an hour or more. At other locations, I've easily gotten an oil change done on my lunch break in under 30 minutes. I wouldn't take the risk with this one. read more

I just came for battery change (I purchased from auto Zone because jiffy lube didn't have the 5years battery) they told me before they will charge me $40 for the change.... They ended up charging me $60 Dlls, yes as an oil change, because he said there is a lot a cables to connect, when he said that I feel bad for him.... I watch a video and I find out it was not the way he describes.... I drove my 25 mile commute to my local jiffy lube only to discover they closed at 6pm and I had arrived at 6:20! Cassie saw me and didn't hesitate to check my oil and top me off. Jiffy Lube signature oil change includes -CHECK AND FILL- MY windshield washer fluid was NOT filled, however a recommendation to replace my back license plate light was suggested. The wait time was about an hour - hour-ten minutes, I guess they were busy, but it's at a shopping center so I was able to get some errands done while I waited. I liked that they checked fluid levels, and noticed that my air filters needed to be changed so they offered to get all that done as well. The price was fair for oil change, coolant refill and air filter replacements. They accepted my coupon, and they even cleaned my front and back windows. Been skeptical about writing this but I gotta warn people. I came in for an oil change in February and the tech suggested I needed new brakes. They changed my brakes and a few days my engine started misfiring. They said I needed a new motor and then I ended up getting a second opinion and they said I needed new spark plugs and coils. It's good now, but my brakes are still squeaking Some of the techs were training each other which I don't think is safe for people to have their cars worked on. Every other day my tire pressure light goes on when I just changed all my tires and sensors in November. Called everywhere and prices were identical for synthetic oil change. I was a bit skeptical since I usually take my car to a European mechanic or the dealership but gave Jiffy Lube a try since they were close to me & had a Yelp discount. I was greeted, told the price and was waiting about 20 mins. Eventually, I was told the mechanic took out the wrong fluid (transmission) so they had to get the transmission oil directly from Audi. Since it was a Sunday, the specific oil was not available. Because of this, Jiffy Lube offered to get me a rental car for my troubles but due to the time constraint, I denied since I needed to go somewhere ASAP. Due to this issue, they told me they would replace the transmission fluid (I don't have to do it again for 40K miles), free synthetic oil change as well as free air filter by the next day. Everyone makes mistakes but how they handled my situation assured me that they would take care of everything. Next day, I called Jiffy Lube & the manager, Laura, already knew my situation & took care of everything for me. Thank you Chris & Laura for taking care of your customers & my Audi! You definitely turned a sour taste pleasant again! ---- To update review: after 2 days of the original service, my skid plate under my Honda fell out on the freeway and got destroyed. Contacted Jiffy Lube straight away and was told by the manager at the time (the one who gave me issues prior) of the issue, and he let me know that they will replace it within 2 weeks. 2 weeks come, I call and they don't have the part. Call the following week, they have the part but not the bolts to attach. Told me that he would call me once they're in. No call came. I call 2 weeks later, still no bolts. I call a month later after finals are done, and still nothing. This week, I contact the same Jiffy Lube. Luis answered the phone, explained the situation and was not surprised to find out there was no record of the issue, and he was on the verge of returning my parts as he did not know what customer this was for. Was able to bring my car in this morning and get out by 9am with a brand new oil change and skid plate! Could not recommend the top tier service Luis supplies more!! Came in for an oil change and they convinced me to change the cabin air filter. I know its a rip off but I went ahead with it because I had no time to do it myself. After I got my car back, I heard rattling every time I turned the AC on. It got worst and worst and finally my AC blew out. I opened up the cabin air filter and the new filter looked crushed and when I took it out, there was a lot of debris stuck in the back that looks like it got shredded. In December 2023, my wife and I purchased new radiator from Jiffy Lube with a lifetime warranty. Recently, the radiator had to be replaced. Based on the delayed response I received, I had the radiator replaced by another automotive repair shop. After I complained to Jiffy corporate office, I was contacted by the District manager of the LA Habra location. He promised to reimburse me for the cost of having to lay for a new radiator. He and the manager instructed me to bring the radiator I purchased from Jiffy to their shop and my receipt of the purchase of my new radiator and they would reimburse me for the cost of my new radiator. Per their instructions, I took the Jiffy radiator and the receipt to mu new one to their shop. This was about 2 months ago. Since then, I have had several phone conversations with the manager. He repeatedly promised me that I would receive a check in the mail. Needless to say, I have not received my reimbursement check. The manager and district manager have not returned my calls for about 3 weeks. They also have my old radiator. No telling what they have done with it. read more

Please don't go to this business. They take advantage of women. My mom went there for a brake job and oil change. During the stay they told my mom that she needs some work done on her engine, so the total cost for everything should be $400 to 500, My mom agreed. After everything was completed, she got a bill for $1,000. The personnel at jiffy lube replace her battery without permission, which I know the battery was holding at 12.5 to 14 volts. They rotated her tires without permission, they never sat down with her to advise her that the repair cost will be more then $500.. This battle is not over, we will go to corporate and the court's if need be. read more

I came here to get an oil change and of course they also check your tires as part of the full check that they normally do. But the new assistant manager here doesn't value customer's times, you wanna know why? Because after my car was finished, I asked if I can be checked out so I can go home. They all tell me that they cannot check me out and only the assistant manager can do that. So I ask where he is and they tell me that he's in his truck. So I'm just waiting. And since he doesn't come, I ask if they can call him over and let him know a customer wants to go home. So one of the guys hesitates but he ends up going for me. He said that he said he'll be here in a bit. So I waited a total of 30 minutes after my car was finished just to be checked out. This is ridiculous. The old general manager Lauren would've never. This guy values his relaxation time towards the end of the shift (it was around 4:30pm) more than he values closing the shop up and letting customer's go. Once I finally get my car I noticed that it still has a flat tire. My car was obviously not checked for tire pressure as it normally is. The assistant manager seems disinterested.
